For Knee: Stand or sit with the leg slightly bent, and place the pad directly under the
knee cap.
For Elbow: Line up pad directly under elbow.

Feed the strap through the D-Ring and secure the hook and loop.

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, rinse
and lay flat to air dry.
