Broyhill easy-to-assemble furniture is easy to put together. Just follow these
step-by-step instructions carefully, and you will have furniture that is both attractive and
functional. The Broyhill name is your assurance of quality. If you have any questions
about your new furniture, just call 1 800 RTA-FURN (1 800 782-3876) between
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). Holiday weekends will
not be staffed. Important: Have the style number and the 1" x 3-1/2" date-code sticker
found on the side of the box handy when you call.
Here’s how.
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Before you begin assembly, read the instructions
carefully. We suggest starting with the subassembly of the pieces before the main
assembly.
IDENTIFY THE PIECES AND HARDWARE. First, lay all the pieces out on the floor
(preferably on carpet) and hardware as you see them in the Parts List. This will
help you locate the right item just as you need it. NOTE: ALL PARTS MAY NOT BE
IDENTIFIED WITH LABELS.

Broyhill is making every effort to conserve our precious resources. Therefore, certain
reworked materials have been used in the interior construction and may have a slightly
different appearance. These parts in no way affect the quality of the furniture and will
not be visible once the case is assembled.
And thanks for buying Broyhill easy-to assemble furniture. You have selected the finest
easy-to-assemble furniture value on the market today. We know you'll get years of
enjoyment out of your new furniture.
When removing part labels, gently rub a soft cloth moistened with a mild household
cleanser (Windex or Pledge) over the part label. Pick a corner of the label and pull
firmly -but smoothly until the label is removed. Dust as needed with a clean, lint-free
absorbent cloth. When cleaning is required, spray furniture polish may be used. In
active families, furniture occasionally receives scratches and nicks. These can be
touched up with a furniture touch-up stick, shoe polish, or a crayon.

• Screw (5) base feet into the inserts in bottom (B).

Back Panel adds stability to the unit.
It is important to nail into all pilot holes.
• With a helper, place unit on its front, as shown.
• Position back panel (O), notch as shown, even with the bottom edge of bottom (B)
and pilot holes align with partition (E).
• Make sure panel (O) fits square and even side to side. If it doesn't, adjust unit into
square by pushing or pulling on one corner of the unit until back panel fits squarely.
• While nailing into pilot holes, take care to hammer nails in straight.

• Push up slightly on the front edge of top (A) to allow door to
be placed upright. Have a helper secure door while installing.
(SEE STEPS 17 - 20 FOR DOORS (H) INSTALLATION.)
BEFORE INSTALLING THE DOORS,
READ THIS HELPFUL HINT:
IF YOU CANNOT INSTALL DOORS (H) WITH EASE, unlock the 9 cam
housings in the top edge of panels (D, E & C). Unlock cam housings with
a half turn counterclockwise of a standard flat-head screwdriver.

insert into the guide track in top (A).

• Place the lower runner guides in left door (H) into the back guide track in bottom (B).

• Place the lower runner guides in right door (H) into the front guide track in bottom
(B).
• Press in and up on the exposed runner guide button in the upper runner guide to
allow upper runner guide to insert into the guide track in top (A). SEE NEXT STEP TO
LOCK OTHER UPPER RUNNER GUIDE IN PLACE.

• Reposition left and right doors, as shown, to expose the other upper runner
guide in right door.
• Push in and up on the button to allow upper runner guide to insert into the
guide track in top (A).

• Peel the sticky backing and place (2) adhesive felt disc (FD) onto left and right doors
(H), as shown.

• Decorative cover caps are provided to cover all exposed cam housings on fi nished
panels.

Do not exceed the recommended weight limits on
the designated panels. Exceeding these limits could
cause sagging, possibly resulting in failure of the
panels or bodily injury.

cuidadosamente estas instrucciones, paso a paso, y tendrá un mueble que es, a la vez,

Cómo Montar el Mueble
LEA LAS INSTRUCCIONES. Lea las instrucciones cuidadosamente antes de comenzar a
ensamblar el mueble. Le sugerimos comenzar con el submontaje de las piezas antes del
montaje principal.
IDENTIFIQUE LAS PIEZAS Y EL HERRAJE. Primero, coloque todas las piezas y el herraje en
el piso (preferiblemente sobre una alfombra) tal como aparecen en la Lista de Piezas. Esto le
ayudará a localizar la pieza correcta según la necesite. NOTA: PUEDE SER QUE NO TODAS
LAS PIEZAS HAYAN SIDO IDENTIFICADAS CON ETIQUETA.
Cuidado del Mueble
Al quitarles las etiquetas a las piezas, frótelas ligeramente con un paño suave, humedecido
con un producto de limpieza suave (Windex o Pledge). Levante una esquina de la etiqueta y
jálela suavemente pero con firmeza hasta quitarla. Desempolve el mueble según sea necesario
con un paño limpio, absorbente y sin pelusas. Cuando se requiera limpiarlo, se puede usar un
lustramuebles en aerosol. En los hogares activos, los muebles se dañan de vez en cuando con
rayas y muescas. Éstas pueden ser retocadas utilizando un lápiz para el retoque de muebles,
o el betún, o un lápiz de color (crayola).
