Operating principle
Th dirt s parator op rating principl is bas d on th combin d
action of a numb r of physical ph nom na.
Th int rnal l m nt (1) consists of a s t of radial r ticular surfac s.
Th impuriti s in th wat r, on striking th s surfac s, g t
s parat d, dropping into th bottom of th body (2) wh r th y ar
coll ct d.
In addition, th larg int rnal volum of DIRTCAL®slows down th
flow sp d of th m dium thus h lping, by gravity, to s parat th
particl s it contains.
Th coll ct d impuriti s ar discharg d, v n with th syst m
running, by op ning th drain cock (3); this proc dur can v n b
p rform d whil th syst m is in op ration.
