TRAINING UND PFLEGEHINWEISE
Vor dem ersten Training
• Entfernen Sie mit einem weichen Tuch (z. B. aus Baumwolle) das Öl auf
der Griffstange und den Aufnahmen Ihrer neuen Langhantelstange.
Das verwendete Öl schützt Ihre neue Langhantelstange während der
Aufbewahrung und des Transports vor Rost.
• Wir empfehlen Ihnen grundsätzlich vor dem ersten Gebrauch der
Langhantelstange einige Tropfen Öl auf die Lager der Hantelstange zu
geben. Hierfür eignet sich 3:1 Öl hervorragend, dieses kann auch als Spray
erworben werden.
Hinweis: WD-40 ist kein geeignetes Öl und sollte hierfür nicht verwendet
werden.
Nach dem Training
Reinigen Sie nach dem Training die Langhantelstange gründlich mit einem Tuch
oder einer weichen Bürste, um Schweiß, Magnesium und andere Fremdstoffe
zu entfernen. Auf diese Art halten Sie die Stange sauber und schützen die
Beschichtung. Dies ist die einfachste und beste Maßnahme zum Schutz vor
Rost.
Regelmäßige Wartung
• Neben regelmäßiger Reinigung der Griffstangen sollten Sie den Lagern in
der Langhantelstange monatlich eine geringe Menge des passenden Öls
zuführen. Hierzu genügen bereits ca. 2 Pump-Stöße bzw. 2 Tropfen pro
Aufnahme. Um die Lager zu ölen, stellen Sie die Langhantelstange aufrecht
und geben Sie das Öl in den inneren Bereich der Aufnahme (zwischen
Griffstange und Aufnahme). Damit sich das Öl optimal verteilt, drehen
Sie die Aufnahme der frisch geölten Seite langsam hin und her und lassen
Sie die Hantelstange längere Zeit aufrecht stehen. Wiederholen Sie die
Prozedur im Anschluss auf der Gegenseite.
• Es empehlt sich, die Stange halbjährlich komplett einzuölen und sie so
zu pegen und einen leichten Schutzlm aufzubauen. Hierzu wird die
gesamte Stange geölt, das überschüssige Öl kann einige Stunden später
mit einem weichen Tuch abgewischt werden.

Aufbewahrung
• Lagern Sie die Langhantel zwischen den Trainingseinheiten horizontal in
einem Hantelhalter oder im Rack.
• Nehmen Sie vorher alle Gewichte herunter um die Langhantel nicht
unnötig zu belasten.
• Sollte Sie die Langhantel einmal für längere Zeit verstauen, legen Sie sie
horizontal hin und ölen Sie sie vorher komplett ein, um sie während der
Lagerung vor Rost zu schützen.
Hinweise zum Abwurf von Langhantelstangen: Werfen Sie die
Langhantelstange nur in Kombination mit geeigneten Bumper Plates ab.
Achten Sie darauf, dass auch der Untergrund für Abwürfe geeignet ist
(dicke Bodenmatten oder Abwurfplattform).
Trainingshinweise
Achten Sie beim Training stets auf die korrekte Haltung und Ausführung der
Übungen.
• Richten Sie Ihren Blick nach vorne und suchen Sie sich einen Fixpunkt in
der Ferne. Dadurch nehmen Sie automatisch eine aufrechte Haltung ein.
• Bei allen Übungen, die im Stehen ausgeführt werden, solltest Sie auf eine
leichte Beugung im Kniegelenk achten. Überstrecken Sie Ihre Gelenke
nicht. Tragen Sie geeignetes Schuhwerk oder trainieren Sie barfuß, um die
größtmögliche Sicherheit und Stabilität zu gewährleisten.
• Die gewählten Hantelplatten sollten zur sicheren Handhabung immer mit
Klemmen oder Verschlüssen an der Stange gesichert werden.

TRAINING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before the rst training
• Using a soft cloth (e.g. cotton), remove the oil from the handlebar and the
holders of your new barbell bar. The oil used protects your new barbell bar
from rust during storage and transportation.
• We recommend that you always add a few drops of oil to the barbell bar
bearings before using the barbell bar for the rst time. 3:1 oil is excellent
for this purpose, it can also be purchased as a spray.
Note: WD-40 is not a suitable oil and should not be used for this purpose.
After the training
After training, clean the barbell bar thoroughly with a cloth or soft brush to
remove sweat, magnesium and other foreign matter. This will keep the bar
clean and protect the coating. This is the easiest and best way to protect
against rust.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE
• In addition to regular cleaning of the handlebars, you should add a small
amount of suitable oil to the bearings in the barbell bar every month. For
this, 2 pump shocks or 2 drops per receptacle are sufcient. To lubricate
the bearings, place the barbell bar upright and pour the oil into the inner
area of the receptacle (between the handlebar and the receptacle). To
ensure optimum distribution of the oil, slowly rotate the receptacle of the
freshly oiled side back and forth and leave the barbell bar upright for a
longer period of time. Repeat the procedure on the opposite side.
• It is recommended to completely oil the bar every six months to maintain
it and build up a light protective lm. For this purpose the entire bar is
oiled, the excess oil can be wiped off a few hours later with a soft cloth.

Storage
• Between training sessions, store the barbell horizontally in a barbell
holder or rack.
• Take down all weights to avoid unnecessary stress on the barbell.
• If you should stow the barbell for a long time, lay it down horizontally and
oil it completely beforehand to protect it from rust during storage.
Instructions for dropping barbell bars: Drop the barbell bar only in
combination with suitable bumper plates. Ensure that the surface is also
suitable for drop bars (thick oor mats or drop platform).
Training instructions
When training, always pay attention to the correct posture and execution of
the exercises.
• Keep your eyes on the front and look for a xed point in the distance. This
will automatically take you into an upright position.
• For all standing exercises you should pay attention to a slight exion in
the knee joint. Do not overstretch your joints. Wear suitable footwear or
exercise barefoot to ensure maximum safety and stability.
• For safe handling, the selected dumbbell plates should always be secured
to the bar with clamps or fasteners.

ENTRENAMIENTO Y CONSEJOS DE CUIDADO
Antes del primer entrenamiento
• Con un paño suave (p. ej. de algodón) elimine el aceite de la barra
agarradera y los cojinetes de sus nuevas mancuernas. El aceite utilizado
protege a su nueva mancuerna durante el almacenamiento y el transporte
frente al óxido.
• Principalmente, le recomendamos que antes de utilizar por primera
vez la mancuerna vierta unas gotas de aceite en los rodamientos de la
mancuerna. Para ello es excelente el 3:1, que también se puede adquirir en
formato spray.
Nota: El WD-40 no es un aceite adecuado y no debe utilizarse.
Después del entrenamiento
Tras el entrenamiento, limpie a fondo la mancuerna con un paño o un cepillo
suave para eliminar el sudor, el magnesio y otros cuerpos extraños. De este
modo mantendrá limpia la barra y protegerá el recubrimiento. Es la medida
más sencilla y óptima para protegerla del óxido.
Mantenimiento periódico
• Además de una limpieza frecuente de la barra agarradera, debe lubricar
los rodamientos de la mancuerna una vez al mes con un poco de aceite.
Para ello debe aplicar dos pulverizaciones o dos gotas por cada ciclo de
mantenimiento. Para lubricar los rodamientos, coloque la mancuerna
en posición vertical y añada el aceite a la zona interior del casquillo
(entre la agarradera y el casquillo). Para que el aceite se distribuya de
manera óptima, gire el casquillo recién lubricado lentamente y deje que la
mancuerna se sitúe en posición vertical un tiempo. Repita el proceso en el
otro lado.
• Se recomienda lubricar completamente la barra cada seis meses y formar
una ligera película de protección. Para ello se lubrica toda la barra y el
aceite sobrante se puede limpiar posteriormente con un paño suave.

Conservación
• Conserve la mancuerna en posición horizontal en un soporte o en una
estantería entre cada una de las sesiones de entrenamiento.
• Retire todas las pesas para no cargar la mancuerna innecesariamente.
• Si la mancuerna se va a guardar durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado,
colóquela en posición horizontal y lubríquela completamente para
protegerla del óxido durante la conservación.
Indicaciones sobre el lanzamiento de mancuernas: Lance las mancuernas
solo en combinación con los discos de pesas adecuados. Asegúrese de
que la base para los lanzamientos sea apropiada (colchonetas gruesas o
plataforma de lanzamiento).
Indicaciones de entrenamiento
Durante el entrenamiento, recuerde la sujeción correcta y la ejecución
adecuada de los ejercicios.
• Oriente su mirada hacia adelante y busque un punto jo en la distancia. Así
tendrá automáticamente una postura vertical.
• En todos los ejercicios que se realizan de pie, debe recordar exionar
ligeramente las rodillas. No estire demasiado sus articulaciones. Utilice
calzado adecuado o entrene descalzo para garantizar la mayor seguridad y
estabilidad posibles.
• Los discos de pesas seleccionados deben asegurarse siempre con pinzas o
cierres a las barras para lograr un manejo seguro.

CONSEILS POUR L‘ENTRAÎNEMENT ET
L‘ENTRETIEN
Avant le premier entraînement
• Utilisez un chiffon doux (par exemple en coton) pour enlever l’huile sur
la barre et les supports de votre nouvel haltère, et l‘huile utilisée protège
votre nouvelle barre d‘haltère de la rouille pendant le stockage et le
transport.
• Avant d‘utiliser la barre d‘haltères pour la première fois, nous vous
recommandons de mettre quelques gouttes d‘huile sur ses roulements.
Pour cela, l‘huile 3: 1 est excellente, elle peut également être achetée en
spray.
Remarque : L‘huile WD-40 courante n‘est pas adaptée à cet usage.
Après l‘entraînement
Après l’entraînement, nettoyez soigneusement la trap bar avec un chiffon
ou une brosse douce pour éliminer la sueur, le magnésium et autres corps
étrangers. De cette façon, vous gardez votre appareil d‘entraînement propre et
protégez le revêtement. Il s‘agit de la façon la plus simple et la meilleure pour le
protéger contre la rouille.
Maintenance régulière
• En plus du nettoyage régulier de la barre d‘haltères, vous devez ajouter
une petite quantité de l‘huile pour roulements de barre d‘haltères une fois
par mois. Pour cela, il suft d’environ 2 pressions ou 2 gouttes par support.
Pour lubrier les roulements, positionnez la barre d’haltère et mettez
l’huile dans la partie interne du support (entre la barre et le support). Pour
répartir l‘huile de manière optimale, tournez lentement le support du côté
fraîchement huilé et laissez la barre debout un certain temps. Répétez la
procédure suivante du côté opposé.
• Il est conseillé de graisser complètement la barre tous les six mois, de l’en
entretenir et de former un léger lm protecteur. A ce moment-là, lubriez
toute la barre, et essuyez l’huile en excès quelques heures plus tard avec
un chiffon doux.

Rangement
• Entre deux séances d‘entraînement, rangez la barre à l‘horizontale dans un
support d‘haltère.
• Tout d’abord, enlevez tous les poids pour éviter une pression inutile sur la
barre.
• Si vous souhaitez ranger la barre pendant de longues périodes, posez-
la horizontalement et lubriez-la complètement pour la protéger de la
rouille pendant le stockage.
Conseils pour le lâcher des barres d‘haltères : Ne lâchez la barre
d’haltères qu‘avec des plaques pare-chocs appropriées. Assurez-vous que
le sol est également adapté aux lâchers (tapis de sol épais ou plate-forme
d‘éjection).
Conseils d‘entraînement
Lors de l‘entraînement, faites toujours attention à la posture et à l‘exécution
correcte des exercices.
• Regardez devant vous et cherchez un point xe au loin. Vous prendrez
automatiquement une posture droite.
• Pour tous les exercices effectués en position debout, vous devez faire
attention à une légère exion de l‘articulation du genou. Ne sollicitez pas
trop vos articulations. Portez des chaussures appropriées ou travaillez
pieds nus pour une sécurité et une stabilité maximales.
• Les disques de poids sélectionnés doivent toujours être xés avec des
pinces ou des verrous sur la barre pour une manipulation en toute
sécurité.

ALLENAMENTO E AVVERTENZE PER LA
MANUTENZIONE
Prima del primo allenamento
• Rimuovere con un panno morbido (ad es. in cotone) l’olio sull’impugnatura
e sugli attacchi del vostro nuovo bilanciere. L’olio utilizzato protegge il
bilanciere dalla ruggine durante stoccaggio e trasporto.
• Consigliamo di applicare qualche goccia d’olio sui cuscinetti del bilanciere
prima del primo utilizzo. A tal ne, è adatto un olio 3:1, disponibile anche in
spray.
Avvertenza: WD-40 non è un olio adatto e non deve essere utilizzato a
questo scopo.
Dopo l’allenamento
Dopo l’allenamento, pulire a fondo il bilanciere con un panno o una spazzola
morbida, in modo da rimuovere sudore, magnesio o altre sostanze estranee.
Questo è il modo migliore e più semplice per proteggere il bilanciere dalla
ruggine.
Regolare manutenzione
• Oltre alla normale pulizia delle impugnature, è necessario aggiungere
mensilmente una piccola quantità di olio adatto sui cuscinetti. Sono
sufcienti 2 erogazioni di olio o 2 gocce per attacco. Per oliare i cuscinetti,
mettere in verticale il bilanciere emettere l’olio all’interno dell’aria
dell’attacco (tra impugnatura e attacco). Per garantire una distribuzione
ottimale dell’olio, girare lentamente avanti e indietro l’attacco appena
oliato e lasciare il bilanciere in verticale per un po’ di tempo. Ripetere la
procedura dal lato opposto.
• Si consiglia di oliare completamente il bilanciere una volta ogni 6 mesi,
in modo da creare una sottile patina protettiva. A tal ne, oliare tutto il
bilanciere. L’olio in eccesso può essere rimosso dopo qualche ora con un
panno morbido.
