TRAININGSLEITFADEN
Kniebeuge
Klimmzug
Das Band unter die Füße und um die Schultern schlingen. Langsam
und kontrolliert die Beine beugen, den Oberkörper leicht nach vorne
neigen und das Gesäß nach hinten schieben. Die Oberschenkel
sind parallel zum Boden, das Becken aufgerichtet, die Knie bleiben
über den Zehenspitzen. Beim Hochdrücken ausatmen, das
Gesäß anspannen und die Fersen in den Boden drücken. In der
Endstellung sind die Hüft- und Kniegelenke gestreckt.
Das Band sicher an der Stange mit einer Schlaufe befestigen.
Den Fuß in das Band stellen und gerade halten. Die Stange ca.
schulterbreit greifen, die Finger zeigen weg vom Körper. Nach oben
ziehen und dabei die Bauch- und Gesäßmuskeln anspannen. Der
Kopf schaut nach vorn. In der oberen Position ist das Kinn über der
Stange und die Unterarme am Körper. Die Position kurz halten und
dann langsam und kontrolliert nach unten sinken lassen.

Bandzug
Schulterpresse
Die Arme ausgestreckt vor dem Körper halten und das Band
horizontal mit beiden Händen mehr als schulterbreit greifen. Das
Band auseinanderziehen, sodass es zur Brust kommt. Während
der Übung sind die Ellenbogen immer gestreckt und die Schultern
sind aktiv nach hinten, unten gezogen. Das Band langsam und
kontrolliert in die Ausgangsposition bringen.
Die Füße schulterbreit auf das Band stellen, den Rumpf
anspannen und den Rücken gerade halten. Die Hände halten das
obere Band auf Schulterhöhe, die Handflächen sind nach vorne
gerichtet. Nun wird das Band nach oben gedrückt, indem die
Arme durchgestreckt werden. Langsam und kontrolliert wieder
die Ausgangsposition einnehmen.

Die Füße schulterbreit auf das Band stellen. In die Hocke gehen bis
die Knie 90° gebeugt sind. Das Gesäß dabei nach hinten schieben
und darauf achten, dass die Knie nicht über die Zehen hinausragen.

TRAINING GUIDE
Squat
Pull-up
Slip the ribbon under the feet and around the shoulders. Bend
your legs slowly and controlled, tilt your upper body slightly
forward and push your bottom slightly backwards. Keep your
thighs parallel to the floor, your pelvis upright and your knees
above the tips of your toes. Exhale as you press up, tense your
buttocks and press your heels into the floor. In the nal position
the hips and knees are extended.
Securely fasten the band to the bar with a loop. Place one foot
in the band and keep it straight. Grasp bar about shoulder width
apart, ngers pointing away from body. Pull upwards, tensing the
abdominal and gluteal muscles. Head facing forward. In the upright
position the chin is positioned over the bar and the forearms
against the body. Hold the position briefly and then slowly lower in
a controlled motion.

Band tension
Shoulder press
Hold your arms stretched out in front of your body and grasp the
band horizontally with both hands by more than shoulder-width.
Pull the band apart so it reaches the chest. During the exercise the
elbows are always extended and the shoulders are moved actively
backwards, downwards. Slowly move the band to its starting
position in a controlled movement.
Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the band, tense your
core and keep your back straight. The hands hold the upper band
at shoulder level, palms facing forward. Push the band upwards
by stretching the arms. Return slowly and carefully back to the
starting position.

Deadlift
Core rotation
Place your feet at shoulder-width on the band. Squat until knees are
bent 90°. Push your buttocks backwards and make sure that your
knees do not extend beyond your toes. Slowly return to the starting
position in a controlled motion.
Securely fasten the band to the bar with a loop. Hold the band
with both hands on the right side so that the left arm is straight
and stretched across the body. Pull the band to the opposite side
until the right arm is straightened. Slowly and controlled move
the band back to its starting position.

GUIDE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT
Accroupissements
Tractions
Passez la bande sous vos pieds et autour de vos épaules. Pliez
vos jambes lentement et de manière contrôlée, inclinez légèrement
le haut du corps vers l'avant et poussez vos fessiers vers l'arrière.
Les cuisses sont parallèles au sol, le bassin droit, les genoux au-
dessus de la pointe des orteils. Expirez en poussant vers le haut,
en tendant vos fessiers et en appuyant vos talons au sol. Dans
la position nale, les articulations de la hanche et du genou sont
étirées.
Fixez le ruban à la barre en faisant une boucle. Placez votre pied
dans la bande et maintenez-le droit. Saisissez la barre à peu près
à la largeur des épaules, les doigts pointant loin du corps. Tirez,
contractez vos muscles abdominaux et fessiers. La tête regarde en
avant. En position haute, le menton est au-dessus de la barre et les
avant-bras sont contre le corps. Maintenez la position brièvement
puis descendez lentement et de manière contrôlée.

Tenez vos bras tendus devant votre corps et saisissez la bande
horizontalement avec les deux mains plus écartées que la largeur
des épaules. Tirez sur la bande pour qu'elle vienne jusqu'à votre
poitrine. Pendant l'exercice, les coudes sont toujours droits et les
épaules sont activement tirées vers l'arrière et vers le bas. Ramenez
la bande lentement et de manière contrôlée à la position de départ.
Placez vos pieds à la largeur des épaules sur la bande, tendez

Sentadillas
Tirar hacia arriba

GUIDA PER L'ALLENAMENTO
Flessione delle

in avanti e spingere i glutei all'indietro. Le cosce sono parallele
