PRECAUTIONS
Keep the scale away from strong EMI noises may cause incorrect weight
readings.
Do not subject the scale to sudden
temperature changes.
Place the scale on a flat and stable
surface.
If the scale is not properly
leveled, please adjust the
4 legs at the bottom of the
scale(turn legs clockwise or
counterclockwise) so as to
center the bubble of the
leveling gauge inside the
indicated circle.
Do not subject the platter to sudden
shocks. This scale must be installed in a dry and liquid free environment.
Leveling gauge
Make sure that you plug your scale into the proper power outlet.
Plug into a power outlet 30 minutes before operations.

This manual will help you with proper operation and care of the AD Series.

Turns the display ON or OFF.
Used to correct the ZERO point.
Used to enter a TARE weight.
Used to remove a TARE weight.
When the weight is not stable, display will show the average weight
for 4 seconds.
No function key.

When the weight is not
stable, press the HOLD key.
Remove the commodity
from the platter.
Display will show the
“HOLD”.
The display will show the
average weight 10 times.

1. General Weighing
Wait until display should be zero.
Place the commodity on
the platter. Remove the commodity from the platter.
Remove the commodity from
the platter. Remove the container from
the platter. Press TARE key.
Place the container on the
platter. Press TARE key. Place the commodity on the container.
2. Weighing with Tare
OPERATIONS
Turn on the display by pressing ON/OFF key.
Then the display will show all the segments and count up "0" to "9".
When you turn on the display, make sure that platter is empty.
The display indicates if the scale is at ZERO or if there is a TARE entered
into the scale by way of a ZERO and NET lamps.
When the display is not zero though there is nothing on the platter, press
the ZERO key.
In case of AD-2.5, AD-05H the display shows zero state as 0.0.

PRINT(ADH Series)
If you want to use print function, please contact CAS dealer.
1) Place a commodity on the platter, and press the HOLD key. The display shows
“P-on” and the weight is printed.
2) Remove the commodity from the platter, then the display shows zero state and
zero lamp should be ON.
3) If you weigh another commodity, the weight is printed automatically.
4) If you do not want to print anymore, press the HOLD key when you place a
commodity on the platter. Then the total report is printed and the display
shows “P-off”.
