2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance.
Keep this instruction manualfor future reference or new users.
•Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage
stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall
outlet is grounded.
•Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the
cord is damaged, it must be replaced bythe officialTechnical
Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of
danger.
•Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part
of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose the
electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are
dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
WARNING: if the appliance falls accidently into water, unplug it
immediately and do not reach into the water!
•Do not operate the device if any fault or unusual sign is
detected.
•Do not operate the product next to combustible, explosive
gas or flammable materials.
•The appliance must not be placed immediately below a
socket. Place it where it is far from heat sources and where
air can circulate properly around it.
•Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and other parts ofthe body
away from the appliance’s openings and moving parts.

•Make sure the appliance is placed on a flat and stable
surface and do not move it during operation.
•Keep a minimum safety distance of 1 m from the appliance
to heat-sensitive materials such as curtains, clothes or
other objects.
•Do not operate the product below or next to curtains.
•Do not cover the air inlet and outlet or the product itself
and do not place the product’s cord under carpets or other
objects during operating. Keep a minimum safety distance
from the appliance to any object or wall on each side, back
and front.
•Do not operate the device unattended.
•Do not disassemble the product’s housing, touching the
electrical components could cause risk of electric shock.
•It is not recommended to use the product with an extension
cord.
•Always turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use
and before assembling, disassembling or moving it. Pull
from the plug, not the cord, to disconnect it from the outlet.
•This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It is not
suitable for commercial or industrial use. Do not use it
outdoors.
•Cleaning and maintenance tasks should be carried out
according to this manual to ensure correct operation of the
device.
•During operation, distance of no less than 20 cm should

be kept away from the device to walls or corners to ensure
that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked.
•This appliance is not intended to be used by children
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
•Supervise young children to make sure that theydo not play
with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when
the appliance is being used by or near children.
3. BEFORE FIRST USE
•Take the product out of the box and make sure all the parts are included and in good
conditions. If any visible sign of damage is observed, contact the Technical Support
Service immediately.
• Place the device on a flat, stable surface.
4. OPERATION
ON/OFF
•Press the LED touch display on the to turn the device on.
• Long press the LED touch display until the product beeps twice to turn it off.
• Press the on/off button ( ) on the remote control to turn the device on or off.
TIMER
•Press the timer button ( ) on the remote control to set the timer or to deactivate this
function.
• The timer can be set from 0 to 8 hours.
• The rest of the functions and modes can be operated while the timer is activated.
• The device will automatically turn off when the set time has elapsed.

• The timer will be cancelled if the device is turned off.
SLEEP MODE
•Press this button ( ) on the remote control to activate the sleep mode.
• Air will be released softly.
• Press the same button to deactivate sleep mode.
TURBO MODE
•Press this button ( ) on the remote control to activate the turbo mode.
•Press the same button to deactivate this function.
OSCILLATION FUNCTION
•Long press the touch LED display on the fan while the device is operating to activate the
oscillation function.
•Long press the same button for 1 second until the device beeps once to deactivate this
function.
• Press the oscillation button ( ) on the remote control to activate this function.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT (REMOTE CONTROL)
The remote control requires a CR2025 button cell.
1. Pull out the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert the battery with the “+” sign facing upward.
3. Insert the battery compartment again in its position.
Warning: If the product is not going to be used for a long time, remove the battery from inside
the product.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Use a soft dampened cloth to cleanthe product’s surface. Do not use abrasive or corrosive
products.
• Use a dry clean cloth to clean the plug regularly, this will avoid future problems.
• Do not immerse any part of the fan in water or other liquids.

ENGLISH
•After cleaning, carefully dry the appliance and make sure that all the electrical parts are
completely dry.
•Make sure the air inlet and outlet are kept clean and protected from dust and dirt. Use a
small brush to clean it if necessary.
•If the product is not going to be used for a long period, unplug it and store it in a dry and
safe place where it is protected from dust.
•Do not try to repair the device by yourself, for any doubt or problem contact the Technical
Support Service of Cecotec.

7. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE), specifies that old household electricalappliances must not be disposed ofwith
the normal unsorted municipal waste. Old appliances must be collected separately, in
order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce
the impact on human health and the environment.
The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation to dispose
of the appliance correctly. If the product has a built-in battery or uses batteries, they should be
removed from the appliance and disposed of appropriately.
Consumers must contact theirlocal authorities or retailerfor information concerning the correct
disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.

8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE AND WARRANTY
This product is under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, as long as the proof of
purchase is submitted, the product is in perfect physical condition, and it has been given proper
use, as explained in this instruction manual.
The warranty will not cover the following situations:
•The product has been used forpurposes otherthanthose intended for it, misused, beaten,
exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, as well as any other
fault attributable to the customer.
•The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons, not authorised by
the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• Faults deriving from the normal wear and tear of its parts, due to use.
•The warranty service covers every manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years,
based on current legislation, except consumable parts. In the event of misuse, the
warranty will not apply.
