Tie-assembly HVL-M, pre-assembled
consists of:
▪ hammer head strap with serration
▪ 1 serrated counter plate
▪ 2 bolt fixing sets
(HALFEN Bolt HS 38/17- M 12 x 50
+ washer
+ tapered compression spring)
Insert HVL-E
= HALFEN HTA 38/17-300-UB
in the precast concrete element
to be connected
HALFEN Cast-in channel HTA 38/17
vertically installed in concrete column
Ensure the serrated
counter-plate has
engaged correctly!
The serrations
must interlock
correctly!

Assembly:
1. Roughly align the connecting
precast element.
2. Insert the tie with the T-head into
the HTA Channel in the column
and secure the two pre-assambled
HALFEN Bolts in the HVL-E.
3. Press the HALFEN Bolts into
the channel slot of the HVL-E,
turn clockwise 90° and release.
4. Align the connecting precast-element
precisely. For lateral adjustment lift
the serrated counter plate.
5. Check the serrated counter plate has
engaged correctly; adjust if necessary.
6. Tighten the nuts on the HALFEN Bolts
with a torque of 25Nm.
7. Finally, fill the recess with mortar
(if necessary).

Montage:
1. Anzuschließendes Betonfertigteil
grob ausrichten.
2. Lasche mit Hammerkopf in die
Halfenschiene im Pfeiler einfädeln
und die beiden vormontierten
Halfenschrauben in das Einbauteil
HVL-E im Anschlussbauteil einsetzen.
3. Schrauben eindrücken, um 90° im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen und wieder
loslassen.
4. Lage des anzuschließenden Beton-
fertigteil genau ausrichten. Für seit-
liche Justierung Rastungsplatte an-
heben.
5. Auf richtigen Sitz der Rastungs-
platte achten, ggfs. richtigstellen.
6. Muttern auf den Schrauben mit
dem erforderlichen Anzugsdreh-
moment von 25Nm festziehen.
7. Mörtelverguss im Endzustand wenn
notwendig.
