Concrete ≥ C20/25
All components are made of stainless steel for
a durable, safe anchorage.
Material class A (non-flammable) acc. to DIN 4102,
therefore suitable for structures with high demands
on fire protection.

1. Hole diameter 6 × 42mm or
7 × 42 mm drilled using the
HEA-BB4 (-BB5) Stop-drill-bit.
Clean any dust etc. out of the
drilled hole.

2. If supplied seperately, first slide
the expansion sleeve on the
HEA Anchor rod as shown in
the drawing.
Insert the HEA Cavity wall tie with
the expansion sleeve in place into
the drilled hole.
3. Using a hammer and the
HEA-EW4 (-EW5) Insertion tool,
drive the expansion sleeve into
the drill hole until the end of
the sleeve is flush with the
concrete surface.
4. Bend the end of the HEA Cavity
wall tie to an angle of 90° and ...
5. ... mortar into the brickwork joint.

Alle Komponenten sind aus rostfreiem Edelstahl für eine
dauerhaft sichere Verbindung.
Baustoffklasse A nach DIN 4102, dadurch auch geeignet
für Bauteile, an die besondere Anforderungen hinsichtlich
des Brandschutzes gestellt werden.

HEA Luftschicht-Einschlaganker sind bauaufsichtlich

werk gem. EC6 an Wänden aus Beton ≥ C20/25.

Tragkonstruktion
Beton ≥ C20/25 Verblendmauerwerk
1. Loch ∅ 6 × 42 mm bzw. 7 × 42 mm
mit Bundbohrer HEA-BB4 bzw.
-BB5 bohren. Bohrloch säubern.
2. Wenn lose mitgeliefert, vorher
Spreizhülse auf die HEA-Luft-
schichtankerstange gemäß Skizze
aufschieben.
HEA-Luftschicht-Einschlaganker mit
vormontierter Spreizhülse mit dem
konisch geformten Ende in das
Bohrloch einsetzen.
3. Mit einem Hammer und dem
Einschlagwerkzeug HEA-EW4
bzw. -EW5 die Spreizhülse in
das Bohrloch eintreiben, bis das
Hülsenende mit Betonoberfläche
bündig abschließt.
4. Das Ende des HEA-Luftschicht-
Einschlagankers um 90° abwinkeln
und ...
5. ... in der Mauerwerksfuge
einmörteln.
