FunctionalDescription AlarmTrigger:
The alarmcan be triggered byapplying high orlow
voltage tothe “GO+”or“GO-“ inputsterminals
respectively.The sound and flashlighttriggered
together.
Alarmsiren duration depended on the Triggerselector
state:
F.T-FollowTrigger.
TMR-siren cutoff after3minutes,thisstateis
recommended inordertoavoidviolation ofany
localregulations.
FlashTrigger:
The flashlightcan be triggered byapplying “low”
levelto“FL-“ terminal.Flashduration isnotlimited
and the timeofflashlightissetbycontrolpanel-as
long astriggeravailablethe flashlightwill be active
Tamper:
The tamperisnormallyclosed whilethe housing is
closed withthe screw,sointhisstatethe tamper
terminalsareshorted (0Ohm).The tamperwill open
whileopening the screworbytearing the housing
fromthe wall.
Note:It’sessentialtoscrewthe tampersocketto
the wall properly.
PowerFailure:
OnPowerFailurethe siren and flashlightare
triggering,until powersupplyisrestored ortimeout
period (5minutes)expires.
BatteryProtection
The Siren issupplied withprotection againsttotally
batterydischarge bycutting off the siren,when
voltage levelfallsdowntoless then 8Vdc.
Installation Instructions
1.Choosethe mounting location forthe siren –
the wall mustbe even and free ofholesand
excessiveprotrusions.
2.Markand drill 5holeswiththe helpofthe attach
drill patternplate(4holesforthe housing base
and 1forthe tamper).
Note:Takeaconsideration aboutthe wires
inputsinthe housing base.

3.Open the siren housing (1screwon the front),fig
1and removethe metalcover(2screws),fig2.
4.Unplug the terminal(5)on the siren driver
5.Mountthe siren housing on the wall.
6.Connectthe wirestothe terminals(5).
Important: Cutoff the powerbeforeyou
makethe connections.
7.Plug the terminaltothe driveboard.
8.Poweron the systemand check thatit
function properly.
9.Connectthe Back-up battery.
Important: Keep attention tothe polarityof
the Battery,areversepolaritycan cause
damage tothe drivercircuit.
10.Mountthe metalcoverby2screws.
11.Closethe housing by1screw.

Connectittoan outputinthe AlarmSystem,Active
whilethe inputislow.
Terminals2-Marked “GO+”Triggerforthe siren
and the flashlight, Activewhilethe inputishigh.
Terminals3-Marked “GO-” Triggerforthe siren
and the flashlight, Activewhilethe inputislow.
Terminal4-Marked “GND”Connecttoground of
the controlunit.
Terminal5-Marked “+12V”Connecttoapositive
Voltage outputof13.6–14.2Vdcsource(usually
fromthe alarmcontrolunit).
Terminals6&7-Marked “TAMPER”If aTamper
function isrequired connecttheseTerminalstoa24-
hournormallyclosed protectivezone inthe control
unit. If the frontcoverofthe siren isopened orsiren
boxistearing fromthe wall,an immediatealarm
signalwill be senttothe controlunit.
