Safety Precautions
ATTENTION
Please read this manual carefully before you start to operate the detector
When operating with DoCash BIG detector following safety precautions
should be observed:
 All installation works and any service and maintenance works should
be carried out only after disconnecting the device from the electric outlet
(this work can be performed only by Service Center employees).
 If the counter has been transported and stored under low temperature
conditions, it is required to maintain the counter at least two hours under
indoor temperature before switching it on.
 To avoid break-off or damage of the cable, it is required to hold on the
power supply plug while putting it on and out from the outlet. Also avoid
such actions when your hands are wet - it may cause in electric shock.
 Connect optional detectors only when DoCash BIG doesn’t have
220V cable turned on switch on back panel .
 Don’t try to knock down or repair DoCash BIG by yourself.
 Place DoCash BIG only on steady surface in order to avoid fall and
damage of the equipment.

Purpose of the currency detector
DoCash BIG detector has been designed for visualization of the pres-
ence and location of UR, UV marks on banknotes and securities of any
type on the banknotes (Russian Rubles, Euro, US dollars etc.), docu-
mentary stamps, credit cards, stocks and shares, passports, certificates
and other capital issues and documents with security features.
Use of the Detector allows to increase identity rate of conclusions made
with regard to authenticity of examined specimen. Final conclusions
about identity rate are made by human, exploiting the detector with the
help of his own knowledge about security features of banknotes and
documents.
Declaration of Conformity
The Detector conforms to the following safety requirements:
TR TS 004/2011 «Low-voltage equipment safety»;
TR TS 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means».
This Manual reflects relevant information at the time of publication and
may not include later alterations.
The manufacturer may change machine’s specifications and control al-
gorithms.

Connection of remote detectors
DoCash expands opportunities of detector DoCash BIG as allows to carry
out additional kinds of the control of authenticity of studied objects.

DoCash L
With the help of DoCash L You can view of
the image through 10x magnifier in visible
range, with the possibility of backlighting.
DoCash L allows to study the specific fea-
tures of printing, view the elements of micro-
print and detect the attempts for changing
through expunction, gluing, etc.
DoCash М
DoCash Мcontrols presence and location of
magnetic marks on the banknote (document).
DoCash Мallows to trace security marks,
inscriptions and images made by ferromag-
netic paint (magnetic marks) on examined
banknote (document) with light or sound sig-
nals.
DoCash VL
With the help of video magnifier DoCash VL You able
to view of the 20x zoom image through the display in
visible range, IR and UV spectrums. Please press but-
ton to switch on the video magnifier. The sequential
pressing of button on the video magnifier lets switches
the highlight mode. DoCash VL allows to observe the
specific features of printing, view the elements of
microprint and detect the attempts for changing
through expunction, gluing, etc.
To turn off video magnifier must be chosen required
mode by keypad.
Attention! When you activate the video magnifier,
auto-switch off of detector is not active.

Operational procedure
Basic Mode
1. Put detector on a flat horizontal surface.
2. Connect the power supply observing the requirements to detector’s
supply (220 V, 50 Hz).
3. Press or bring objects to the operational area to activate the
detector. At the same time on the front panel LED lights up, confirming
operation ability of detector.
4. The logo DoCash will be displayed for 1 second. After the self-test
stage the device will switch into scanning in infra red mode. If You chose
option “Show after switching on” the display will show the Help menu.
5. Place the banknotes into the operational area (see "Exterior") and con-
duct the required inspection. Use all accessible checking modes that
DoCash BIG provides.
6. If auto switching off of detector is not available, press
(Switch on/ Switch off) for termination of work.

Advanced detection modes
Once the detector is switched in the operational mode You can also use
additional modes and conduct extended study to determine the authenticity
of the objects.

Adjusting of operational parameters
– By sequential pressing on the button «wrench» image settings
– brightness, contrast, saturation (for video magnifier only), auto switch-
ing off time are switching sequentially.
Change the setting by buttons located under display. Wherein the display
shows pictograms corresponding work mode. The setting saved even if
you disconnect the detector. Exit of setting mode by pressing switching
off button or automatically with saving of established setting into volatile
memory, if buttons are not pressed during 2 seconds.

Warranty
Manufacturer guarantees compliance of equipment with Standard
5151-001– 43459513-04, perfect operation of the detector during 12
months from the delivery date subject to compliance with the conditions
of use and storage indicated in this Manual and additional conditions
specified in the Warranty Coupon.
Manufacturer is free from any obligation for the detector malfunction
caused by improper transportation, storage and use, as well as by me-
chanical damage. If during Warranty life any defects are revealed Owner
have a right to repair Detector in proper Service Centers.
Transportation and Storage
When transporting and storing the detector please pay attention to sym-
bols on the package.
When transporting the permissible temperature is –30°С- +50°С. Stor-
age of the detector is allowed at temperature +1°С- +40°Сand relative
humidity of up to 80 % (at 25°С), non-condensing.
The detector shelf life: 2 years.

Меры предосторожности
ВНИМАНИЕ
Перед началом эксплуатации прибора, пожалуйста, внимательно
прочитайте настоящее руководство
При работе сдетектором DoCash BIG требуется соблюдать следую-
щие меры безопасности:
 Любые ремонтные исервисные работы производить только при
отсоединении прибора от сети электропитания (данные работы про-
изводятся только сотрудниками сервисного центра).
 При транспортировке ихранении прибора вхолодных условиях
перед включением его необходимо выдержать при комнатной темпе-
ратуре не менее 2-хчасов.
 При включении ивыключении прибора от сети питания необхо-
димо держаться только за корпус вилки питания, во избежание раз-
рыва или повреждения шнура. Также запрещается производить по-
добные действия влажными руками, т. к. это может повлечь за собой
поражение электрическим током.
 Подключение любых внешних устройств разрешается произво-
дить только при выключенном из сети 220Вкабеле питания или от-
ключенном выключателе на задней панели.
 Не пытайтесь самостоятельно разобрать или отремонтировать
данное устройство.
 Во избежание падения иповреждения оборудования устанавли-
вайте его только на устойчивую поверхность.
Производитель оставляет за собой право вносить любые изменения
вспецификацию устройства, атакже изменения валгоритмы
управления.

Назначение детектора
Детектор DoCash BIG предназначен для визуализации наличия и
расположения инфракрасных, ультрафиолетовых меток ипрочих
защитных элементов на банкнотах (Рубли РФ, Евро, Доллары
США идр.), акцизных марках, кредитных картах, акциях иоблига-
циях, паспортах, сертификатах идр. ценных бумагах идокументах,
имеющих защитные признаки.
Использование детектора позволяет повысить достоверность выво-
дов оподлинности исследуемых образцов. Окончательные выводы
оподлинности образца делаются человеком, использующим детек-
тор исобственные знания охарактеристиках подлинных банкнот и
ценных бумаг.
Декларация осоответствии
Детектор соответствует требованиям:
ТР ТС 004/2011 «Обезопасности низковольтного оборудования»;
ТР ТС 020/2011 «Электромагнитная совместимость технических
средств».
Настоящее руководство по эксплуатации содержит информацию,
актуальную на момент его издания, иможет не отражать более
