distorted

receptacles
should
be
replaced
prior
to
further

the
heater.
Plugging
the
heater
Into
a
wom
outlet
/
receptacle
may
result
in
overheating
of
the
power
cord
or
fire.

polarized
plug
(one
prong
is
wider
than
the
other).
To
reduce
the
risk

electric
shack,
this
plug

to

polarized
outlet
only

plug

fit

If
the
ALCI
is
de-activated
this
indicates
an
arcing
fault,
unplug
and
check
the
supply
cord
and
product.
If
no
damage
is
visible,
reset
the
device
by
pressing
the
reset
button.
If
the
ALCI
de-activates
again,
a
hazardous
condition
may
be
present
and
the
product
should
be
discarded
or
returned
to
an
authorized
service
facility
for
examination
and/or
repair.

inoperable

SAFETY

against

shutting

To
test
the
operation
of
the
ALCI
Safety
Device,
switch
the
heater
ON.
Press
the
TEST
button
on
the
ALCI
device
attached
to
the
plug
end
of
the
line
cord.
The
heater
and
fan
should
stop
operating
and
the
Power
light
should
be
extinguished.
Press
the
RESET
button
on
the
ALCI
device
to
resume
normal
operation
of
the
Plug
in,
press
TEST,

heater.
This

not
be
used

RESET.
