Make adjustments before the ch ld s n
the stander. For eas er adjustment,
remove the Shadow Tray and ra se seat
to a sl ght angle. If you have the Sup ne
Opt on, make sure the red sup ne lock ng
handles are loose.
Loosen the knobs on the seat tube and
the follow ng arm (but do not unscrew
completely).
Adjust to a shorter seat depth
setting, f rst, adjust the follow ng arm
(back angle) by depress ng the spr ng
button and mov ng no more than two
holes at a t me. Then adjust the seat
tube (seat depth) one hole at a t me.

the des red sett ng, and the colors on the
seat tube and follow ng arm match (C).

bracket or the l ft ass st handle to l ft
sl ghtly as the seat depth adjustment s
made (D).

Step Three - Knee Pads
Pos t on the user’s h ps as close as poss ble
to stander’s h p p vot (E). To determ ne
correct pos t on ng, f t two f ngers between
the front of the seat and the back of the
knee (F). Adjust and secure the knee pads
so the knees are centered n the pads.

Before the ch ld s n the stander, loosen
the clamps (do not remove) on the
foot plates to adjust he ght (A). The knees
should be sl ghtly lower than the h ps (B).
T ghten clamps securely.
Tips:
• Remove Shadow Tray and br ng seat up to a sl ght angle.
• Start w th the smaller tube to adjust to a shorter sett ng.
• Start w th the b gger tube to adjust to a longer sett ng.
Tip:
• Pos t on foot plate he ght so the femur s rest ng on the seat.
Tips:
• Pos t on ch ld's h ps n seat to match stander's h p p vot.
• You should be able to f t only 1-2 f ngers beh nd the knee.

Step 1: Loosen both red sup ne
lock ng handles located by the h p
p vot on both s des of the un t. Fl p
the sup ne lever located under the
r ght s de of the seat down to the
“sup ne” pos t on. Th s w ll release the
back, seat and foot plates from the
frame.
Step 2: Adjust to the des red sup ne
pos t on by t lt ng the back and then
t ghten both red sup ne lock ng
handles. Th s can be done w th the
user n the stander and at any pos t on.
Step 3: Depress the foot pedal (or
opt onal hydraul c actuator) to
pos t on the stander at the des red
stand ng angle.

Returning to sit-to-stand position/deactivating the Supine Positioning
Step 2: Loosen the red sup ne
lock ng handles located by the h p

push the back forward to connect
the back, seat and foot plate to the
frame. You should hear the sup ne
lever cl ck nto place. Th s can be
done w th the user n the stander
and at any pos t on.
