C HAPTER 1 I NTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of an Elo TouchSystems Entuitive
touchmonitor. Your new touchmonitor combines the reliable performance of
Elo’s touch technology with the latest advances in LCD display design. This
combination of features creates a natural flow of information between a user
and your touchmonitor.
Precautions
Follow all warnings, precautions and maintenance as recommended in this
user’s manual to maximize the life of your unit. See Appendix B for more
information on touchmonitor safety.
About the Product
Your LCD Kiosk Touchmonitor is a 19" SXGA TFT color display with the
following features:

Attaching the L-Brackets
N OTE : You will need a screwdriver to attach the L-brackets.
Your kiosk touchmonitor comes with two mounting brackets (L-brackets)
included in the accessory kit. There are four ways to mount your touchmonitor;
horizontal, vertical, horizontal side mount, and vertical side mount. Please refer
to “VESA Mount on Your Touchmonitor” on page 2-15 for VESA mounting
information.

Panel Cut Outs
Mounting Options
The following applies to all mounting options:
1All drawing centers are the center of the viewable area.
2LCD panel cutout dimensions in the horizontal mount option applies to the
vertical mount option.
3If the kiosk material is wood:
1Ø4.5 holes through for M4 screws with nuts.
2If there are no through holes then screws for wood Ø4.
4If the kiosk material is sheet metal, use concealed head threaded studs M4
with nuts.
NOTE: Dimensions are for non-touch, AccuTouch and IntelliTouch only. For SecureTouch add
4mm to each dimension.
