BEFORE ASSEMBLING AND USING YOUR RACK.
Enclosed you will find everything needed for the assembly
and use of your storage rack. Two people make assembly
and installation easier. The parts and hardware included are:

4 –1/2” button head bolts
2 – 5/16” Eye bolts
2 – 5/16” Nuts\
1 – 3/16” Allen Wrench\
2 – Ceiling Screw Hooks (Premier)
2 – 6” Chains
2 – “S” Hooks

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Rack Assembly
1) Lay out the contents of your rack box and check the included items against the above listing of hardware and
components. If you are missing anything, please contact Enclume Design Products immediately for replacements.
2) Attach the two Half Circles to the outside of the long sides of the Rack Body using the four ½” button head bolts
Insert the bolts using the3/16” Allan wrench.

All of our hammered steel racks are finished with an industrial wax
designed to give years of protection to the rack. Cleaning is easily done
with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. If a touch-up is ever
needed we recommend a commercial wax product.

3) Attach the two 5/16” eye bolts through the tops of the two Hangers and secure the bolts underneath with the
5/16” nuts.
4) Lift up each end of the Rack Body, one at a time, and hook the two Hangers onto the inside of the Rack Body.
5) Place the Grid down into to the Rack Body and slide the Hangers to position cradling the ends of the Grid.
RACK INSTALLATION
1) Mark your ceiling accurately for the two points where the two eyebolts attached to the hangers will be suspended
from the ceiling.
2) If mounting in solid wood (and it must be solid!), drill tap holes and insert the two ceiling screw hooks into the
holes you marked.
3) If mounting in sheet rock (drywall), follow the direction for installing two toggler mounts (togglers in kit) and
install the two threaded ceiling screw hooks.
4) Suspend the rack by attaching the two eyebolts on the hangers, to the ceiling screw hooks installed in your ceiling.
5) If you need to lower your rack, attach the chains to the eyebolts and hook onto the ceiling screw hooks.
5) Distribute the included pots hooks about the rack body and grid and hang your pots and utensils.
6) Finished! Enjoy your new pot rack. Remember cleaning is easy.
It is important that your rack is assembled correctly. If the unit is assembled or
used incorrectly, it could become unstable and collapse, possibly causing injury.
Warranty. This product is warranted to be free of defects in craftsmanship or material for a
period of five years from the date of purchase. Your exclusive remedy for breach of this
warranty is the repair or replacement of the defective product, when it is delivered, postage
prepaid, to Enclume Design Products, Inc. at 24 Colwell St. Port Hadlock, WA. 98339. There is
no other warranty, expressed or implied, and there is specifically NO WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Enclume Design
Products, Inc. be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages related to use of
this product.
