1.Readtheoperator’smanualfortheCollectionSystem
andmowerbeforeperformingthisadjustment.Make
surethatyouunderstandthecontrols,theirlocations
theirfunctionsandsafetyrequirements.
2.Ensuretheblower,beltcover,bags,tubeandhood
areingoodcondition,properlyattachedandlatched.
3.RuntheunitwiththePTOandtheblowerengaged
fortwominutes.
4.DisengagethePTO,stoptheengineandremove
thekey.
5.Removethebeltcoverandchecktomakesurethat
thebeltisridingnearthecenteroftheatidleron
theidlerarm.Ifthebeltisnotridingnearthecenter
oftheidler,removetheblower,andbendtheidler
armslightly.
6.Reinstalltheblowerandbeltcoverandperform
steps3-5againtoverifybeltposition.
