1. General introduction
This manual has been compiled with the utmost care. If, however, you should discover

1.1 Documentation with the control computer
The documentation consists of the following manuals:
•User's manual
The user's manual is intended for the end user. This manual supplies information
about working with the WebLinkBox after installation.
•Installer's manual
The installer's manual is intended for installers. This manual supplies information
about connecting and configuring the WebLinkBox.
Always keep this manual close to the WebLinkBox.
1.2 How to use this manual
The following symbols are used in this manual:
Tips and suggestions.
Note providing recommendations and additional information.
Warning indicating damage to the product if you do not follow
procedures carefully.
Warning indicating danger to humans or animals.
Electrical shock hazard. Danger to humans and animals.
Example of a practical application of the described functionality.
Calculation example.
Describes the key combinations for arriving at a particular screen.
Decimals
The control computer and this manual use a decimal point in values. For example: a
weight is shown as 1.5 kg (not as 1,5 kg).

1.3 Fancom helpdesk
For any questions and support, please contact the local Fancom Sales & Service
Center.
1.4 F-Central FarmManager™
Virtually all Fancom equipment can be controlled and managed from a centrallocation.
This requires the F-Central FarmManager software package and a communication
module. The screens in the control computers are also used in F-Central
FarmManager. This means you can start working immediately.
2. Safety instructions and warnings
Read the safety instructions, regulations and conditions carefully before installing
and/or using the system. Installing the device and remedying any malfunctions must
only be carried out by an authorized installer, according to the prevailing regulations.
The guarantee will not apply if this product is built into a switch box in any way other
than that indicated by Fancom.
The network module is a piece of electronic apparatus. There is alwaysa risk of
a
malfunction occurring. Fancom hasmade every effort to ensure that analarm
is given in the event of an emergency. Unfortunately, a 100% guaranteed
cannot be provided as not all circumstances are under Fancom's control.
Fancom cannot be held liable for any damage caused by incorrect settings
and/or non or partial functioning of the entire installation. Ask your installer if
the alarm outputs of each control computer have been connected to a separate
alarm circuit.
Inspect the network module regularly for any damage. Report any damage to
your installer immediately. A damaged control computer is dangerous!
Do not use running water (high pressure cleaners) to clean your control
computer. The network module is water resistant, but not waterproof! Do not
switch off the network module when houses are unoccupied; otherwise there is
the risk of condensation forming in the network module.
If you intend to use Internet to operate the controllers, it is important to ens
ure
the connection is secure. Fancom cannot be held liable for any (consequential)
damage caused by the unintentional access of third parties.

3. WebLinkBox
The WebLinkBox is an interface between the controller and a PC. Controller data are
exchanged with the PC. TheWebLinkBox can be accessed through the FarmManager
software as well as a web browser. Thismanual will help you to working with the device
correctly.

4. Basic functions
4.1 Login
To login to the WebLinkBox via a web browser perform the following steps:
1. Start a web browser on the PC.
2. Enter the IP-address of the WebLinkBox in the address bar and click Enter:

3. Login with your password. The main menu appears:
•Click a controlcomputer name to go to the controlpanel of thatcontrol computer
(see page 5).
•Click Change password to change your password (see page 4).
•Click Log out to logout (see page 4).
If a password isentered incorrectlythree timestheWebLinkBoxwill be blocked
temporarily (5 minutes). The following message will appear on the screen:
System temporarily blocked.
The standard user’s password is 0000.
If someone has already logged in the following message will appear on the
screen: Another session is currently active. It is not possible to login with
more than one person.
Please contact Fancom if you have lost your password.
4.2 Changing your password
After logging in click Change password to enter a new password. Enter the new
password twice and click Send to confirm the password.
The password has a maximum of 5 characters.

4.3 Logout
When you are logged in go to the main menu and click the Logout button.
It is important to always log out!
If you forget to log out, log in will only be possible again after 5 minutes. If the
user does not request a new screen for 5 minutes, the WebLinkBox will
automatically log out. The user must now log in again.
5. Operation via a web browser
Depending on the controller a certain menu will appear. There are 2 types: F2000
menu and 700 / FC menu.
Additional instructions on how to operate the F2000 controller is described in
the controller manual.

5.1 F2000 operation
Overview F2000 operation panel
The screen as displayed above shows the user section of the controller. Operation is
virtually identical to the controller.
On this screen the user can only use the keys with the mouse. No data can be entered
with the keyboard. Each time theuser clicks on a key a new page appears showing the
changed situation. The page will refresh automatically every 30 seconds, if no key has
been pressed (this function is browser dependent).
The left/right arrows and the Home key at the top of the screen have been added to the
controller keys. These functions can beused to change between controls and sections.
Browse to the previous controller (of the same type, if present).
Browse to the next controller (of the same type, if present).
Return to the main page.

5.2 700 / FC operation
Overview 700 / FC operation panel
The screen as displayed above shows the user section of the controller. Operation is
virtually identical to the controller.
The frame on the left shows the menus and submenus of the controller. Standard the
menus are displayed. Some menus contain submenus. Click on themenu tounfold the
submenu. The frame on the right shows the data of the (sub)menu.
On this screen the user can use the keys with the mouse and keyboard. Changes can
be confirmed by clicking on the Go button or pressing Enter. Each time the user clicks
on a key a new page appears showing the changed situation.
The pages will not refresh automatically. You can refresh data by clicking on the Go
button. The left/right arrows and the Home key at the top of the screen have been
added to the controller keys. These functions can be used to change between controls
and sections.
Browse to the previous controller (of the same type, if present).
Browse to the next controller (of the same type, if present).
Return to the main page.

6. Dealing with errors
The WebLinkBox has the following error reports:
Error Cause Solution F2000 / 700 FC
Error: Application busy There has been no
interaction for more than 5
minutes.
Press Home to login again.

Error: Communication with
controller failed! There is no or faulty communication with a

Try to contact the controller
again. If this is
unsuccessful check the
following:

1. Algemene inleiding
Deze handleiding is met de grootstmogelijke zorg samengesteld. Mochtu onverhoopt toch
een fout ontdekken, dan vragen wij u vriendelijk Fancom B.V. hiervan in kennis te stellen.
1.1 Documentatie bij de regelcomputer
De documentatie bestaat uit de volgende handleidingen:
•Gebruikershandleiding
De gebruikershandleiding is bedoeld voor de eindgebruiker. Deze handleiding geeft
informatie over het werken met de WebLinkBox nadat deze is geïnstalleerd.
•Installatiehandleiding
De installatiehandleiding is bedoeld voor installateurs. Deze handleiding geeft
informatie over het aansluiten en configureren van de WebLinkBox.
Bewaar deze handleiding altijd bij de WebLinkBox.
1.2 Hoe gebruikt u deze handleiding
In deze handleiding worden de volgende symbolen gebruikt:
Tips en suggesties.
Opmerking met aanbevelingen en aanvullende informatie.
Waarschuwing duidend op schade aan het product als u procedures
niet zorgvuldig uitvoert.
Waarschuwing duidend op gevaar voor mens of dier.
Kans op gevaarlijke elektrische schokken. Gevaar voor mens of dier.
Voorbeeld van een concrete toepassing van de beschreven
functionaliteit.
Voorbeeld van een berekening.
Beschrijft de knoppencombinatie om bij een bepaald scherm te komen.
Weergave van decimalen
Op de regelcomputer en in deze handleiding wordt de punt gebruikt als decimaal
scheidingsteken. Gewichten worden bijvoorbeeld weergegeven als 1.5 kg (niet als 1,5 kg).

1.3 Fancom-helpdesk
Voor ondersteuning en antwoord op eventuele vragen kunt u het lokale Fancom Sales &
Service Centre raadplegen.
1.4 F-Central FarmManager™
Vrijwel alle apparatuur van Fancom kan worden aangestuurd en beheerd vanaf een
centrale locatie. Hiervoor dient u te beschikken over het softwarepakket F-Central
FarmManager en een communicatiemodule. De schermen van uw computers worden ook
in F-Central FarmManager gebruikt. Hierdoor kunt u direct aan de slag.
2. Veiligheidsinstructies en waarschuwingen
Lees aandachtig de veiligheidsinstructies, bepalingen en voorwaarden, voordat u het
systeem installeert en/of in gebruik neemt. De installatie van het apparaat en het verhelpen
van eventuele storingen dient te worden verzorgd door een erkend elektro-installateur,
volgens de geldende normen. De garantie is niet van toepassing als dit product op een
andere wijze dan door Fancom is aangegeven in een schakelkast wordt ingebouwd.
De netwerkmodule is een elektronisch apparaat en u moet er altijd rekening
mee houden dat er een storing kan optreden. Fancom heeft er alles aan
gedaan om te zorgen dat er in geval van nood een alarm wordt gegenereerd.
Helaas kan Fancom dit nooit 100% garanderen, omdat zij niet alle
omstandigheden in de hand heeft. U kunt Fancom niet aansprakelijk stellen
voor eventuele schade als gevolg van verkeerde instellingen en/of het niet of
gedeeltelijk functioneren van de gehele installatie. Vraag uw installateur of hij
de alarmuitgang van iedere regelcomputer in een apart alarmcircuit heeft
opgenomen.
Controleer de netwerkmodule van tijd tot tijd op eventuele beschadigingen.
Meld eventuele beschadigingen direct aan uw installateur. Een beschadigde
regelcomputer is onveilig!
Gebruik geen stromend water (hogedrukspuit) voor het schoonmaken van uw
regelcomputer. De netwerkmodule is spatwaterdicht, maar niet waterproef!
Schakel de netwerkmodule gedurende leegstand niet uit, want dan ontstaat
het risico van condensvorming in de netwerkmodule.
Het is belangrijk dat zodra men internet gebruikt om regelaars te bedienen,
men moet zorgen voor een veilige verbinding. Fancom kan niet aansprakelijk
gesteld worden voor (gevolg)schade die ontstaat doordat derden onbedoeld
toegang zouden krijgen.

3. WebLinkBox
De WebLinkBox is een interface tussen de regelaar en een PC. Gegevens van de regelaar
worden uitgewisseld met de PC. De WebLinkBox kan worden benaderd via de
FarmManager software en via een webbrowser. Deze handleiding helpt u op de juiste
wijze met het apparaat te werken.

4. Basisfuncties
4.1 Inloggen
Ga als volgt te werk om via een webbrowser op de WebLinkBox in te loggen:
1. Start op de PC een webbrowser op.
2. Voer het IP-adres van de WebLinkBox in de adresbalk in en klik op Enter:

3. Log in met uw wachtwoord. Het hoofdmenu verschijnt:
•Klik op de naam van een regelcomputer om naar het configuratiescherm van die
regelcomputer te gaan (zie pagina 5).
•Klik op Change password om uw wachtwoord te wijzigen (zie pagina 4).
•Klik op Log out, om uit te loggen (zie pagina 4).
Na driemaal een foutief wachtwoord ingeven, wordt de WebLinkBox tijdelijk (5
minuten) geblokkeerd en verschijnt de melding: System temporarily
blocked.
Het standaard gebruikerswachtwoord is 0000.
Is er al iemand ingelogd, dan verschijnt de melding op het scherm: Another
session is currently active
. Het is niet mogelijk om met meer personen in te
loggen.
Neem contact op met Fancom als u uw wachtwoord kwijt bent.
4.2 Uw wachtwoord wijzigen
Klik na inloggen op Change password omeen nieuw wachtwoord inte geven. Het nieuwe
wachtwoord moet tweemaal worden ingegeven en klik vervolgens op Send om het te
bevestigen.
Het wachtwoord mag uit maximaal 5 tekens bestaan.

4.3 Uitloggen
Ga, als u bent ingelogd, naar het hoofdmenu en klik op de knop Logout.
Het is belangrijk om altijd uit te loggen.
Vergeet u uit te loggen dan kan pas na 5 minuten weer opnieuw worden
ingelogd. Als gedurende 5 minuten door de gebruiker geen nieuw scherm
wordt opgevraagd, zal de WebLinkBox automatisch uitloggen en moet
opnieuw worden ingelogd.
5. Bediening via een webbrowser
Afhankelijk van de regelaar wordt er een bepaald menu weergegeven. We onderscheiden
2 soorten: het F2000-menu en het 700/FC-menu.
Verdere aanwijzingen over het gebruik van de F2000-regelaar vindt u in de
handleiding bij de regelaar.

5.1 Bediening F2000
Overzicht bedieningspaneel F2000
Op het bovenstaande scherm is het gebruikersgedeelte van de regelaar te zien. De
bediening is vrijwel identiek aan de regelaar.
Op dit scherm kan de gebruiker alleen de knoppen met de muis bedienen. Er kunnen geen
gegevens worden ingevoerd met het toetsenbord. Na het indrukken van een knop wordt
telkens een nieuwe pagina opgeroepen met de veranderde situatie. De pagina ververst
zichzelf elke 30 seconden, als er geen knop wordt ingedrukt (deze functie is afhankelijk
van de browser in kwestie).
Alleen de pijltjes links/rechts en de knop Home zijn boveninhet scherm toegevoegd aan de
regelaarknoppen. U kunt deze functies gebruiken om tussen regelaars en afdelingen te
wisselen.
Blader naar de vorige regelaar (van hetzelfde type, mits
aanwezig).
Blader naar de volgende regelaar (van hetzelfde type, mits
aanwezig).
Keer terug naar de "main page".
