1. Introduction
1.1. Overview
When we need to make a IP P2P call, or when we need to load the management website of the
device to check or change settings, we need to know its IP address. This document introduces how
to check i51W’s and i52W’s IP address.
1.2. Applicable Model
Fanvil i51W and i52W
1.3. Before You Start
Step1.
Prepare PoE switch, network cable, i51W/i52W, computer.
Step2.
Refer to the connection diagram, connect i51W/i52W to the switch.
Step3.
Connect the computer to the same switch as i51W/i52W with Network cable.

2. How to Check i51W's and i52W's IP Address
There are two ways to check the IP address of i51W/i52W, via DSS key and via IP Scanner tool.
Please check the following steps for detail.
2.1. Check IP Address of i51W/i52W via keypad
Step1.
Refer to the above connection diagram, connect i51W/i52W to PoE switch.
Step2.
At the main user interface, tap and hold on the "Unlock" button until the Settings Menu pops up,
choose 【1. System Message】and press "OK", and you will see the IP address.
2.2. Check IP Address of i51W/i52W via IPScanner tool
Step1.
Download IPScanner tool from Fanvil website:
https://www.fanvil.com.cn/Uploads/Marketing/Tool/IPScanner_v1.2.1.zip
Install this tool for your computer.
Step2.
Refer to the connection diagram, connect the computer and i51W/i52W to the same PoE switch
with Network cable.
Step3.
Open IPScanner tool, find the record which has the sameMAC address as your i51W/i52W machine,
and you can find its IP address too.
