2.1 Call Tenant
2.1.1 Block Panel call tenant
Visitors need enter a 4 digits apartment number followed by B to confirm. For example, if the
addressee lives in apartment 201, the visitor should be enter: 0201B.
2.1.2 General Entry Panel call tenant
Visitors need enter a 3 digits block number followed by a 4 digits apartment number followed
by B to confirm. For example, if the addressee lives in block 10 apartment 101, the visitor shall
enter: 0100101B.

2.2 Call Guard Unit
2.2.1 Block Panel Call Guard Unit
If the visitor or tenant need be assisted they are able to call the main Guard Unit by entering
the number 9901 followed by B to confirm. This call can be made from all Block Entry.
2.2.1 General Entry Panel Call Guard Unit
If the visitor or tenant needs to be assisted they are able to call the main Guard Unit by entering
the number 9901 followed by B to confirm. This call can be made from all General Entry.

2.3 Face Recognition
A key two times pressed continuously, the panel camera start to read the face information. If
the face data is authorized, the door will open and release lock.
The face data is be added through management software. Maximum face data 6000.
2.4 IC Reader
Users can access to their corresponding entrance by passing their authorized IC card, the door
will open and release lock.
The IC card data is be added through management software, Maximum IC card 100,000.
2.5 About
Enter code 9999 followed by B to confirm, The ABOUT information will show.
You can get this information: the device name, firmware version, IP address, MAC address.

3 Configuration via Web Server
The panel has an integrated web server, allowing for configuration changes. This web server is
accessed via the panel’s IP address.
The browser opens with the configured IP address of the panel. A screen opens requesting a
username and password.
NOTE
Default IP: 10.1.0.1
Username: admin
Password: 123456
3.1 Main Menu
At main menu you can see the device name, IP address, MAC address, firmware vesion
information.

3.2 General Settings
Configures the panel type: General entrance panel or block panel.
3.2.1 General Entrance Panel
PANEL NO.: General entrance panel number, range of settings:1-99.
TYPE: Installation of the entrance of the district, the panel can communicate with all of the
installation blocks, the type select GRAL. ENTRY.
LANGUAGE: select the desired language in the dropdown options. (default option ENGLISH).
We need refresh webpage after we change language.
PANEL VOLUME: Select the desired value between 1 and 6, default option 4.
The volume of talking and speech is simultaneous.
VIDEO RESOLUTION: In order to fit the different type of Monitor, The default values 640×480
are usually used.
SIP DIVERT MODE:
SIMULTANEOUS: When the panel call tenant, the monitor and the SIP device ring at the same
time, which one answer, the other one will stop ring.
SEQUENTIAL: When the panel call tenant, the monitor will ring about 25s if no answer, the SIP
device start to ring.
FORMAT: date format.
DATE: Setting the date of panel.
TIME: Setting the time of panel.
TIME ZONE: Setting the time zone of panel.
Select local time zone and save.
If the project without management software the installer can set date, time and time zone
manually. If the project with management software the date and time of panel will synchronizes
automatically with management software. If the panel connect with internet and without
managemnet software, the date and time of panel will synchronizes with internet.
NOTE:Date and time cannot be saved after power loss, the time zone and date format can be
saved.

3.2.2 Block Panel
BLOCK: Block number the panel belongs to. Between 001 and 999 (default option 1).
PANEL NO.: Panel Number, range of settings:1-99 (default option 1).
TYPE: Installation of the entrance of the block, the type select BLOCK PANEL.
LANGUAGE: Select the desired language for the drop-down options. (default option ENGLISH).

3.3 Network Settings
MEET allows the installer to define the IP range according to the projects needs making the
network management easier. MEET panel network mode is static mode. Ensure that each
device has a unique IP address in same installation. The devices will show IP conflict if there
are same IP.
IP: IP address of the panel.
SUBNET: Subnet mask of the panel.
DEFAULT IP: Default gateway of the panel.
DNS: DNS of the panel.
P.M.SOFTWARE: Server IP address that installs management software.
REGISTRY PIN: The password be used when the panel is registered in the meet
management software.

3.4 ACC
DOOR RELAY TIME: Time for lock-release relay remains active.
DOOR DELAY TIME: The time when the unlocked signal is sent to the start of the relay.
The delay time is useful when the lock is not close panel.
ADMIN CARD: Master card registered. When there is no management software, the tenant
card can be managed by the master card.
ACC ALARM: When the card open the door, the alarm status of monitor corresponding unit
can change to HOME mode.
ACC PIN: without function now.
3.5 Face Recognition
FACE RECOGNITION: Enable or disabled face recognition function.
RESEMBLANCES: High, medium and low options, Default is low.
The face data must be added through management software.

3.6 SIP Settings
ENABLE SIP: Enable or disable sip function.
SIP SERVER: SIP server IP address.
DOMAIN: Sip server domain.
OUTBOUND: Some servers are used when NAT.
STUN IP: Audio and video NAT traversing public network server IP.
STUN PORT: The port of audio and video NAT traversing public network server.
H.264: Video coding parameters.
SIP USER: The username of sip account.
SIP PINCODE: The password of sip account.
TALK TIME: Conversation duration, 120s, 300s, 600s, 1200s and 1800s.
RING TIME: Ring time, 35s, 45s, 60s, 90s and 120s optional.
NOTE: When the panel is a sip device, Use No. room dial call SIP device or receive calling of
other SIP device, you need enable the SIP function.

3.7 VoIP
When the VoIP gateway install in the system or sip server have line to PSTN.
The call of panel is be called divert to user's mobile phone or fixed telephone by a voicegateway
or sip server.
ENABLE VOIP: Enable or disable VoIP function.
