1 Benutzerhinweise
Der Endlagenregler Typ CPX-CMPX-C-1-H1 ist ausschließlich
für den Einsatz in CPX-Terminals von Festo in Verbindung
mit geeigneten Komponenten bestimmt. Hierbei sind die
angegebenen Grenzwerte der technischen Daten einzuhal-
ten.
Ausführliche Informationen zum Soft Stop System mit dem
CMPX finden Sie in der Systembeschreibung zum CMPX

Grundlegende Informationen zum CPX-Terminal finden Sie

Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver-
binder zusammenstecken oder trennen (Funktions-
schädigung).
SVerwenden Sie ausschließlich Stromquellen, die eine
sichere elektrische Trennung der Betriebsspannung
nach IEC/DIN EN 60204-1 gewährleisten. Berücksich-
tigen Sie zusätzlich die allgemeinen Anforderungen
an PELV-Stromkreise gemäß IEC/DIN EN 60204-1.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem
Leitungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss des CPX-Terminals an.
SDer CMPX enthält elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauele-
mente. Berühren Sie deshalb keine Bauelemente.
Beachten Sie die Handhabungsvorschriften für elek-
trostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente.
Hinweis
Nehmen Sie nur ein komplett montiertes und verdrah-
tetes CPX-Terminal in Betrieb.

3 Installationshinweise
3.1 Montage
Der CMPX ist in einen Verkettungsblock des CPX-Terminals
montiert.

Demontage:
SSchrauben herausdrehen und CMPX vorsichtig abhe-
ben.
Montage:
1. Dichtung und Dichtflächen prüfen und Anschlussblock
wieder aufsetzen.
2. Schrauben so ansetzen, dass die vorgefurchten Gewin-
degänge genutzt werden. Schrauben von Hand über
Kreuz anziehen. Anzugsdrehmoment 0,9 ... 1,1 Nm.

3.3 Hinweis zum Austausch des CMPX-Moduls
Vorsicht
Fehler im Systemaufbau sowie falsch eingestellte Para-
meter können dazu führen, dass der Antrieb unge-
dämpft in eine Endlage fährt. Dadurch kann der Festan-
schlag oder der Antrieb zerstört werden. Beachten Sie
folgende Hinweise, um derartige Kollisionen zu vermei-
den.
Die Parametrierung und geteachten Positionien werden im
CMPX-Modul gespeichert. Prüfen Sie daher nach Aus-
tausch eines CMPX-Moduls die Parameter und führen Sie
ggf. erneut eine Inbetriebnahme durch, siehe Systembe-
schreibung zum CMPX.

1 User instructions
The end position controller type CPX-CMPX-C-1-H1 is
intended exclusively for use in CPX terminals from Festo in
conjunction with suitable components. The maximum
values specified in the section “Technical specifications”
must be observed here.
Detailed information on the Soft Stop System with the
CMPX can be found in the System Manual for the CMPX
type P.BE-CPX-CMPX-SYS-...
Basic information on the CPX terminal can be found in the
CPX system Manual P.BE-CPX-SYS-... .
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
SUse only power units which guarantee reliable
electrical isolation of the operating voltage as per
IEC/DIN EN 60204-1. Observe also the general
requirements for PELV power circuits as per
IEC/DIN EN 60204-1.
SConnect an earth conductor of sufficient cross-
sectional area to the connection on the CPX
terminal marked with the earth symbol.
SThe CMPX contains electrostatically sensitive
components. Do not therefore touch any contacts.
Observe the handling specifications for electro-
statically sensitive components.
Note
Commission only a CPX terminal which has been fitted
and wired completely.

3 Installation instructions
3.1 Assembly
The CPX is mounted in a manifold sub-base of the CPX
terminal.

Removing:
SRemove the screws and lift the CMPX up carefully.
Fitting:
1. Check the seal and sealing surfaces and refit the sub-
base.
2. Screws must be placed so that the self-cutting threads
can be used. Tighten the screws by hand in diagonally
opposite sequence. Tightening torque 0.9 ... 1.1 Nm.

3.3 Note on replacing the CMPX module
Caution
Faults in the system structure and incorrectly set para-
meters can cause the drive to move to an end position
uncushioned. The fixed stop or the drive may then be
damaged. You must observe the following instructions
in order to prevent such collisions.
The parametrizing and the taught positions are saved in
the CMPX module. Therefore, check the parameters when
a CMPX module has been replaced and, if necessary, carry
out commissioning again. See System Manual for the
CMPX.

1 Instrucciones para el usuario
El controlador Soft Stop tipo CPX-CMPX-C-1-H1 está
pensado exclusivamente para su uso en terminales CPX de
Festo en combinación con componentes adecuados.
Deben observarse los valores máximos indicados en la
sección Especificaciones técnicas.

Advertencia
SInterrumpa la tensión antes de conectar o desconec-
tar los conectores enchufables para evitar daños en
el funcionamiento.
SUtilice sólo fuentes de corriente eléctrica que garanti-
cen una separación eléctrica de la tensión de funcio-
namiento según IEC/DIN EN 60204-1. Tenga en
cuenta también los requisitos generales para circui-
tos PELV según IEC/DIN EN 60204-1.
SConecte un cable de toma a tierra de suficiente
sección transversal a la conexión marcada con el
símbolo de tierra del terminal CPX.
SEl CMPX contiene componentes sensibles a las des-
cargas electrostáticas. Debido a ello, no toque las
superficies de contacto de los módulos. Tenga en
cuenta las especificaciones sobre manipulación de
elementos sensibles a las descargas electrostáticas.
Importante
Poner en funcionamiento el terminal CPX sólo cuando
se halle completamente montado y cableado.

3.1 Montaje
El CMPX está montado en un bloque de distribución
del terminal CPX.

Desmontaje:
SDesenrosque los tornillos y levante con cuidado el
CMPX.
Montaje:
1. Verifique la junta y las superficies hermetizantes

2. Inserte los tornillos de forma que puedan utilizarse los
pasos de rosca estriados. Apriete los tornillos manual-
mente en cruz. Par de apriete de 0,9 ... 1,1 Nm.

3.3 Indicación sobre la sustitución del módulo CMPX
Atención
Los fallos en la estructura del sistema y los parámetros
incorrectos pueden hacer que el actuador se desplace a
una posición extrema sin amortiguación. En este caso,
el tope fijo o el actuador pueden resultar dañados.
Observe las indicaciones siguientes para evitar que se
produzcan colisiones de ese tipo.
La parametrización y las posiciones programadas se
memorizan en el módulo CMPX. Por ello, tras la sustitución
de un módulo CMPX, compruebe los parámetros y efectúe,
si es necesario, una nueva puesta en funcionamiento.
