2. Vorbereitung zur Montage

Bei Ventilen mit QS-
Verschraubungen:
•Demontieren Sie die
Verschraubungen vor dem
Aufstecken des Halters 2.
3. Montage:
–Für Halter CPE...-H5-SET

•Stecken Sie den Halter 2
auf das Ventil. Beachten
Sie dabei die Nummerie-
rung.
•Stecken Sie die Befesti-
gungsschrauben 4in den
Halter 2.
•Drücken Sie die Dichtun-
gen 3in das Ventil.

•Stecken Sie das Ventil auf
den Anschlussblock 1.
Achten Sie dabei, auf die
Nase des Halters 2und
die dafür vorgesehene
Bohrung im Anschluss-
block 1.
•Drehen Sie die Schrauben
4fest. Beachten Sie das
zulässige Anzugsdreh-
moment.
–Für Abdeckplatte CPE...-RP

Für Reserveplätze:
•Stecken Sie die Befesti-
gungsschrauben 7in die
Abdeckplatte 5.
•Drücken Sie die Dichtun-
gen 6in die Abdeckplatte
5.

•Stecken Sie die Abdeck-
platte 5auf den An-
schlussblock 1.
•Drehen Sie die Schrauben
7fest. Beachten Sie das
zulässige Anzugsdreh-
moment.

Verschraubungen in die
Ventile ein.
•Drehen Sie die QS-
Verschraubungen bzw.
Blindstopfen am An-
schlussblock 1ein. Be-
achten Sie das zulässige
Anzugsdrehmoment aus
der Tabelle.

For valves with QS fittings:
•Remove the fittings prior
to attaching retainer 2.
3. Assembly:
–For retainer CPE...-H5-SET

•Plug retainer 2onto the
valve. Please observe the
numbering.
•Insert the fastening
screws 4 in retainer 2.
•Press the seals 3into the
valve.

•Plug the valve onto the
manifold block 1. Make
sure that the lug of re-
tainer 2fits into the hole
provided in the manifold
block 1.
•Tighten screws 4. Note
the permitted tightening
torque.
–For blanking plate CPE...-RP

For vacant positions::
•Insert the fastening
screws 7in the blanking
plate 5.
•Press the seals 6into
blanking plate 5.

•Plug blanking plate 5
onto the manifold block
1.
•Tighten screws 7. Note
the permited tightening
torque.
