Das Achsinterface Typ SPC−AIF−MTS−2 dient bestimmungs
gemäß zur Anschaltung vonpneumatischen Achsen an den
Smart Positioning Controller SPC200. Esstellt dieVerbin
dung mit dem Proportional−Wegeventil MPYE−... und dem
folgenden Wegmesssystem her.

Für den Einsatz des Achsinterface Typ SPC−AIF−INC sind
folgendeVersionen empfohlen:
 SPC200 mit Betriebssystem−Versionab V4.90,
 WinPISA ab Version4.5.

4 Installationshinweise
Warnung
Störungen durch elektromagnetischeEinflüsse können
zu schnellen Ausgleichsbewegungen der Achse führen.
Beachten Siediefolgenden Installationshinweise, um
Störungen durch elektromagnetischeEinflüsse zu ver
meiden.
Verbinden Sieden Erdungsanschluss der linken
Gehäuseseiteniederohmig(kurzeLeitung mit großem
Querschnitt) mit dem Erdpotenzial, wenn das Achs
interface nicht auf einem geerdeten Maschinengestell
montiert ist.
Verlegen SieAchsinterface−Kabel, CP−Kabel, Mess
system−Kabel und Proportional−Wegeventil−Kabel nicht
inder Näheoder parallel zu Leitungen mit hohem Stör
pegel.
Verwenden Sienur dieOriginalkabel. Fixieren Siedie
Stecker mit Hilfeder Überwurfmutter, um unbeabsich
tigtes Lösen, z.B. durch Erschütterungen, zu vermei
den.
Verschließen SieungenutzteAnschlüsse mit den mit
gelieferten Schutzkappen. Nur dann ist dieSchutzart
IP65 sichergestellt.

4.1 Anschließen an den Achsinterface−Strang
Hinweis
Beachten Siebezüglich der max. zulässigen Kabellän
gen am Achsinterface−Strang dieAngaben im Bediener−
Handbuch zum SPC200.
Aneinem Achsinterface−Strang können maximal zwei Achs
interfaces beliebigen Typsangeschlossen werden. Verwen
den Siezum Anschließen des Achsinterfaces nur diefol
genden Originalkabel:
TypKSPC−AIF−1−WD−... für dieersteAchse am
Achsinterface−Strang.
TypKVI−CP−3−...−... für diezweiteAchse am
Achsinterface−Strang.
Befindet sich das anzuschließendeAchsinterface am Ende
des Achsinterface−Strangs, ist am OUT−Anschluss des
Achsinterfaces der Abschlusswiderstand Typ KABS−
M9−R100 zu installieren.

4.2 Messsystem anschließen
SVerbinden Siedas Mess−System−Kabel des Antriebs
mit dem Mess−System−Anschluss des Achsinterface.
Hinweis
Schließen Sienur das Original−Messsystem an. Verwen
den Sienur das Originalkabel. VerlängernSiedas Kabel
nicht. Durch diegeringe Kabellänge werden Störungen
durch elektromagnetischeEinflüsse vermieden.

4.3 Proportional−Wegeventil anschließen
Der Ventilanschluss stellt dieStromversorgung für das
Ventil zur Verfügung und liefert dieSteuerspannung für
dieVentilschieberstellung.

Warning
Interference dueto electromagneticsources isliableto
cause sudden compensatory movementsof theaxis.
Follow theinstallationprocedurebelow inorder to pre
vent thiselectromagneticinterference.
Connect theearth connectionontheleft−hand sideof
thehousing with low impedance (short cablewith
large cross−sectional area)to theearth potential, if the
axisinterface isnot attached to an earthed machinery
frame.
Do not lay any axisinterface cables, CPcables,
measuring system cables or proportional directional
control valvecables near or parallel to cables with high
interference levels.
Use only original cables. Attach theplugwith thehelp
of theunionnut, so as to avoid any unintentional
slackening caused by oscillationetc.
Seal any unused connectorswith theprotectivecaps
provided. Only then istheIP65 typeof protectionen
sured.

4.1 Connecting the axis interface string
Please note
Comply with theinstructions for theSPC200 given in
theUser Manual as regardsthemaximum cablelengths
permitted for theaxisinterface string.
A maximum of two axisinterfaces of any typecan becon
nected to one axisinterface string. Use only thefollowing
original cables for connecting theaxisinterface:
 typeKSPC−AIF−1−WD−... for thefirst axisof theaxis
interface string.
 typeKVI−CP−3−...−... for thesecond axisof theaxisinter
face string.
If theaxisinterface to beconnected isat theend of the
axisinterface string, thetypeKABS−M9−R100 terminating
resistor isto befitted to theOUT connectionof theaxis
interface.

4.2 Connecting the measuring system
SConnect themeasuring system cableof thedrivewith
themeasuring system connectionof theaxisinterface.
Please note
Connect only theoriginal measuring system. Use only
theoriginal cable. Do not extend thecable. Use the
short cablelength to avoid interference from electro
magneticsources.
