1. Place the bed frame (#17) face down onto a protected surface, then align
the bed support legs (#20) to the holes along the side of the bed frame.
Insert 2 bolts (#A) into each and secure using the Allen wrench (#L).
2. Align the bumper (#6) to the
holes along the front end of the
bed frame. Insert 4 for bolts (#B).
Secure using the Allen wrench (#L).
Place the front end
frame (#5) onto the
front end of the bed
frame and insert 3
bolts (#C) from
beneath. Secure using
the Allen wrench (#L).

1. Place the rear left and right guardrails (#3,4) onto the back sides
of the bed frame. Align the holes and insert a bolt (#C) into each
hole from beneath. Secure using the Allen wrench (#L).
2. Place the left and
right front guard
rails (#1,2) onto the
front sides of the
bed frame. Insert
the small knobs into
the front end frame
(#5) and slide down.
3. Insert the bolts (#C) into each
hole from beneath into (#1,2).
Secure using the Allen wrench.
1. Place the rear end frame (#12) onto the back
end of the bed frame and align the holes. Then
insert bolts (#D) into each top hole and secure.
2. Insert bolts (#B) into each
bottom hole along the rear
end frame (#12). Secure
using the Allen wrench.
3. Align the guardrail supports (#14) in
between the guardrails, then insert
a bolt (#A) into each end and secure
using the Allen wrench (#L).

Place the headboard panel (#13) onto the rear end frame (#12), then
insert a bolt (#A) into each hole and secure using the Allen wrench (#L).
Place the shelf support
bar (#16) onto the front
guardrails (#1,2). Align
the holes and insert
a bolt (#C) into each
end. Secure using the
Allen wrench (#L).

1. Place the shelf (#15) onto the shelf support bar (#16) and front end frame (#5). From beneath
insert 3 screws (#F) into the support bar (#16) and secure using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Insert 3 screws (#G) into the front
end frame (#5) from beneath and
secure using a Phillips screwdriver.
1. Align the rear wheel guard plate (#9)
to the holes along the back sides of the
bed frame, then insert a bolt (#A) from
within. Secure using the Allen wrench.
2. Insert a bolt (#A) into the back end
of the rear wheel guard plate (#9).
Secure using the Allen wrench (#L).
3. Insert a bolt into the front ends
of the rear wheel guard plate (#9).
Secure using the Allen wrench (#L).

4. Align the front wheel guard
plate (#11) to the front sides
of the bed frame, then insert
a bolt (#A) into the top holes
and bolts (#B) into the end holes.
Secure using the Allen wrench.

1. Align the ends of the support
bar (#21) to the top of the
the rear guardrails, then
insert a bolt (#B) into each
end from beneath and secure
using the Allen wrench (#L).
2. Insert the ends of the top tube (#7) into
the top ends of the support bars (#21),
then insert a bolt (#E) into each end and
secure using a Phillips screwdriver.
Insert the antenna (#22) into the slot located on back part of the
bed, then insert a bolt (#J) and secure using the Allen wrench (#K).

1. Insert a threaded end of the stub bolt (#I) into the wheel cover (#18),
turn right to tighten. Insert the stud bolt into the wheel (#19).
2. Insert the other end of
the stub bolt (#I) into
the holes along the left
and right rear guardrails
(#3,4), then apply a bolt
(#H) and secure using the
Allen wrench (#M). Insert
a screw (#F) into the
other holes to secure the
wheel and secure using
a Phillips screwdriver.
ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETED
