vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für eines unserer Qualitätsprodukte entschieden haben. Im Fol-
genden werden wir Ihnen die Funktionen und die Handhabung unseres Gerätes erklären.
Bitte nehmen Sie sich die Zeit und lesen die Anleitung in Ruhe durch. Beachten Sie alle Si-
cherheits- und Bedienungshinweise. Sollten Sie Fragen oder Anregungen zu diesem Gerät
haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler oder an unser Service-Team. Wir freuen
uns, wenn Sie uns weiterempfehlen und wünschen Ihnen viel Erfolg mit diesem Gerät.
1. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Bell-Stopper ist zur Unterstützung der Hundeerziehung konzipiert. Das Bellen eines
Hundes löst einen Ultraschallton aus, der das Tier irritiert. Eine andere Verwendung als die
Angegebene ist nicht zulässig!
2. Wichtige Hinweise zur Wirkungsweise und Einsatz
• Hunde bellen aus den verschiedensten Gründen. Instinktives, territoriales oder schüt-
zendes Bellen ist schwerer abzugewöhnen, als Bellen aus Langeweile oder Gewohnheit.
Deshalb kann es zwei bis drei Wochen dauern, bis das Bellen nachlässt.
• Es kann vorkommen, dass Ihr Hund in der ersten Zeit mehr bellt. Er „beschwert“ sich
über die akustische Irritationen. Der Bell-Stopper hat aber die höhere Ausdauer und Ihr
Hund wird nach einiger Zeit aufgeben.
• Wenn Ihr Hund darauf trainiert wurde, sich zu bestimmten Zeiten zu melden und Laut zu
geben (Gassi, Fütterungszeit), empfehlen wir, zu diesen Zeiten das Gerät auszuschalten.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in Verbindung mit aggressiven Hunden. Aggressive Hun-
de sind gefährlich und können durch das Geräusch gereizt werden. Wenn Sie sich bei der
Verwendung des Gerätes unsicher sind, konsultieren Sie bitte Ihren Tierarzt oder einen
zertifizierten Hundetrainer.
• Das Produkt kann an der Wand montiert oder in die Hand genommen werden.
• Der Bell-Stopper registriert das Bellen des Hundes und sendet für ca. 3 Sekunden einen
Ultraschallton von 25 kHz aus. Diesen können Menschen nicht hören, aber Hunde emp-
finden ihn als irritierend.
• Das Gerät hat keinen schädigenden Einfluss auf die Hunde, da es lediglich einen kurzen
Ton aussendet.
• Das Gerät hat keinen Einfluss auf Hunde, die taub sind oder eine Schädigung des Gehörs
haben.
Hinweis: Die Reaktion der jeweiligen Tiere auf unsere Geräte kann variieren. Die Entwick-
lung unserer Geräte, Methoden und Anwendungs-Tipps basieren auf Erfahrungen, Tests
und dem Feedback unserer Kunden.
3. Sicherheitshinweise
• Elektrogeräte, Verpackungsmaterial usw. gehören
nicht in den Aktionsbereich von Kindern und Hunden.
• Gerät nur mit der dafür vorgesehenen Spannung
betreiben: 1 x 9 V Block Batterie.
• In jedem Fall ist zu prüfen, ob das Gerät für den je-
weiligen Einsatzort geeignet ist.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch durch Per-
sonen (einschließlich Kinder unter 8 Jahren) mit
eingeschränkten körperlichen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mit fehlender Erfahrung
oder fehlenden Kenntnissen geeignet, es sei denn,
sie werden beaufsichtigt oder wurden bezüglich
dem Gebrauch des Gerätes durch eine für ihre Si-

cherheit verantwortliche Person unterwiesen. Kin-
der sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustel-
len, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Halten Sie das eingeschaltete Gerät nie direkt an
ein Ohr. Menschen können zwar den Ton nicht hö-
ren, jedoch belasten die hohen Schwingungen und
der Schalldruck das Gehör.
• Wenn Sie das Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum
nicht verwenden, nehmen Sie die Batterie heraus
und lagern Sie sie entsprechend.
• Bewahren Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung auf und
geben Sie diese bei Weitergabe des Gerätes mit.
• Dieses Gerät ist für den Gebrauch im Innenbereich
geeignet.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in Verbindung mit
aggressiven Hunden (s. Punkt 2).
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht an einem Ort, an
dem sich mehrere Hunde aufhalten.

5. Inbetriebnahme
Batterie einsetzen:
• Sie benötigen zum Betrieb eine 9 V Block-Batterie (6LR61).
• Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs [ ] unterhalb des Mikrofons [ ], indem
sie die Abdeckung nach unten hin wegschieben.
• Legen Sie die Batterie ein. Achten Sie dabei auf die Polarität. Sie ist in dem Gehäuse ab-
gebildet. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach und schieben Sie die Schutzabdeckung wieder
auf das Batteriefach.
Montage und Betrieb:
Der Bell-Stopper kann mit der Wandhalterung [ ] an einer Wand fest installiert und bei
Bedarf herausgenommen werden:
• Wählen Sie zum Anbringen einen Ort, an dem der Hund häufig bellt.
• Achten Sie bei der Wandmontage darauf, dass sich das Gerät sich außerhalb der Reich-
weite des Hundes befindet.
• Wählen Sie zum Anbringen einen Ort, an dem sich die Schallwellen ungehindert aus-
breiten können.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät anhand des Schalters [ ] ein und aus.
• Es können am Empfindlichkeits-Schalter [ ] zwei Stufen der Empfindlichkeit des Mik-
rofons eingestellt werden:
Low: Effektive Reichweite etwa 3 m – 4 m
High: Effektive Reichweite etwa 6 m – 7 m
• Wenn der Hund bellt, schaltet das Gerät den Ultraschall ein. Der Hund wird lernen, den un-
angenehmen Ton mit seinem Bellen in Verbindung zu bringen und das Bellen einstellen.
• Durch Loben und „Leckerlis“ können Sie diesen Lernprozess beschleunigen.
6. Allgemeine Hinweise
• Die CE-Konformität wurde nachgewiesen, die entsprechenden Erklärungen sind bei uns
hinterlegt.
• Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen, ist es nicht erlaubt, dieses Gerät umzubauen
und/oder zu verändern oder einer nicht-sachgemäßen Verwendung zuzuführen.
• Es ist zu beachten, dass Bedien- oder Anschlussfehler oder Schäden, die durch Nichtbe-
achtung der Bedienungsanleitung entstehen, außerhalb des Einflussbereichs Gardigos
liegen und für daraus resultierende Schäden keinerlei Haftung übernommen werden
kann. Dies gilt auch dann, wenn Veränderungen oder Reparaturversuche an dem Gerät
vorgenommen, Schaltungen abgeändert oder andere Bauteile verwendet wurden sowie
bei Schäden und Folgeschäden, die durch Fehlbedienungen, fahrlässige Behandlung
oder Missbrauch entstanden sind. In all diesen Fällen erlischt auch die Garantie.

Dear customer, thank you for deciding on one of our quality products. In this manual we
will explain the functions and the handling of our device. Please take your time to read
through the manual and follow all safety and operational instructions in order to achieve
best results. If you have suggestions or questions about this product please contact your
dealer or our service team. We would be delighted if you would recommend us and wish
you success with the use of this device.
1. Designated Use
The Bark-Stopper is designed to support the training of the dog. The barking dog will trig-
ger an ultrasonic sound, which it will find most irritating. Any other use as the mentioned
is not permitted!
2. Important Notices
• Dogs will bark for various reasons. Instinctive, territorial or protective barking is harder
to come by, than barking caused by habit or boredom. It can therefore take 2 to 3 weeks
before the training fully takes effect and the barking stops.
• In the beginning there might be more barking as the dog is complaining about the acoustic
irritation. But the Bark-Stopper has more patience and in the end the dog will give up.
• If your dog has been trained to bark, asking for something (feeding or going outside to
the toilet), we recommend to switch the device off for a short period of time.
• Do not use the device with aggressive dogs. Aggressive dogs are dangerous and can
become agitated by the noise. This can be dangerous. If you are unsure if you can use
the device on your dog, please contact your local veterinarian or a certified dog trainer.
• The device can be mounted on the wall or held in the hand.
• The Bark-Stopper can hear the dog barking and will then emit an ultrasonic sound of 25
kHz for approximately 3 seconds. This cannot be heard by humans, but dogs will find the
sound quite irritating.
• The device does not have any harmful effects on dogs as it only emits a short sound.
• The device has no effect on dogs that are either deaf or have an impaired hearing.
Note: the response of each animal to our devices may vary. The development of our de-
vices, methods and application tips are based on experience, testing and feedback from
our customers. Therefore the devices are, in most cases, successful.
3. Safety Instructions
• Electrical appliances, packaging materials, etc. do
not belong in the hands of children.
• The device may only be used with the stated volt-
age: 1 x 9 V (6LR61) battery.
• It must be determined if the device is suitable for
the respective use.
• The use of this device is not designed for use by per-
sons (including children under 8 years) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or the lack
of experience or lack of knowledge, unless they are
supervised or have been instructed in the use of the
device by a person responsible for their safety.
• Never hold the device directly to your ear. Humans
cannot hear the ultrasonic sound, but the high
sound pressure might strain the ear.
• If you do not use the device for an extended period
of time, remove the batteries and store them ac-
cordingly.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place and pass
them on when giving the device to a third person.
• This unit is suitable for indoor use only.
• Never use this device with aggressive dogs. (s. 2)
• Do not use this device if there are a number of dogs
in the monitored area.

5. Getting Started
Inserting the batteries:
• The device is powered by a 9 V battery (6LR61).
• Open the cover of the battery compartment [ ] under the microphone [ ] by pushing
it downwards.
• Insert the batteries. Make sure that the polarity is correct and as shown in the battery
compartment. Close the battery compartment by sliding the cover back on.
Mounting and Use:
The Bark-Stopper can be mounted to the wall with the wall bracket [ ] and taken out
when needed:
• For the mounting location choose the area where the dog frequently barks.
• Make sure that the device is mounted out of reach of the dog.
• Choose a location where the sound can easily distribute itself.
• Switch the device on by using the I/O switch [ ].
• The sensitivity switch [ ] has two settings with which the sensitivity of the micro-
phone can be set:
Low: effective range approximately 3 m – 4 m
High: effective range approximately 6 m – 7 m
The device will switch on when the dog barks. The dog will learn to link the uncomforta-
ble sound with his barking and after a time it will stop barking.
• Praising the dog and giving it treats will accelerate the learning process.
6. General information
• The CE conformity has been proven and the declarations are deposited with us.
• For safety and conformity reasons it is not permitted to rebuild or modify the device
and/or use it in any other way than described above.
• As Gardigo has no control of the correct of appropriate installation and use of the device the
warranty can only be applied to a fully equipped device in prime condition. We assume nei-
ther warranty nor liability for damages or following damages related to this product. This
applies especially if it has been modifications or repairs have been made by the customer,
if the circuitry has been modified or components have been used other than the original
components and/or if the operation of the device has been incorrect, careless or abusive.

Environmental protection notice
At the end of its life span this product may not be disposed as normal household
waste but must be disposed of at a collecting place for recycling of electrical

deur ou à notre équipe de service. Nous serions ravis que vous nous recommandiez autour
de vous et nous vous souhaitons une utilisation agréable de l’appareil.
1. Utilisation prévue
La Stoppeur d’aboiement est conçu pour aider à dresser les chiens. L’aboiement d’un chien
déclenche un ultrason qui incommode l’animal. Toute utilisation autre que celle prévue
est interdite !
2. Remarques importantes sur le fonctionnement et l’utilisation.
• Les chiens aboient pour de nombreuses raisons. Il est plus difficile de faire perdre à un
chien l’habitude d’aboyer par instinct, pour marquer son territoire ou pour se protéger
que l’habitude d’aboyer par ennui. C’est pourquoi il faut de deux à trois semaines pour
constater une diminution des aboiements.
• Il se peut que votre chien aboie davantage dans un premier temps pour se « plaindre »
du dérangement acoustique. Mais la Stoppeur d’aboiement continuera d’émettre des
ultrasons et votre chien cessera d’aboyer après un certain temps.
• Si vous avez appris à votre chien à se manifester en aboyant à une certaine période de la
journée (pour la promenade ou le repas), nous recommandons d’éteindre le dispositif à
cette période.
• N’utilisez pas ce dispositif pour des chiens agressifs. Les chiens agressifs peuvent être
irrités par les ultrasons et devenir dangereux. En cas de doute lors de l’utilisation du dis-
positif, veuillez vous adresser à un vétérinaire ou à un dresseur de chiens qualifié.
• Vous pouvez accrocher le dispositif au mur ou le prendre dans vos mains.
• La Stoppeur d’aboiement détecte l’aboiement du chien et émet un ultrason de 25 kHz
pendant environ 3 secondes. L’oreille humaine ne peut pas le détecter, mais les chiens
en sont incommodés.
• Le dispositif n’a aucun effet néfaste sur les chiens car il n’émet qu’un son court.
• Le dispositif n’a pas d’effet sur les chiens sourds ou atteints de problèmes d’ouïe.
Remarque: chaque animal peut réagir différemment à nos dispositifs. Le développe-
ment de nos dispositifs, les méthodes utilisées ainsi que les conseils d’utilisation se
basent sur l’expérience, les tests et le feed-back de nos clients.
3. Consignes de sécurité et avertissements
• Gardez les appareils électriques, matériaux d’em-
ballage, etc. en dehors de la portée des enfants.
• N’utilisez le dispositif qu’avec la tension désignée:
1 x pile monobloc 9 V (6LR61).
• Dans tous les cas, déterminez si le dispositif est
adapté à l’endroit où vous désirez l’installer.
• Ce dispositif ne convient pas pour une utilisation
par des personnes (y compris les enfants de moins
de 8 ans) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales sont réduites, ou qui manquent d’ex-
périence ou de connaissances dans ce domaine, à
moins qu’elles ne soient surveillées par une per-
sonne responsable de leur sécurité lors de l’utilisa-
tion du dispositif. Les enfants doivent être surveil-
lés afin qu’ils ne jouent pas avec le dispositif.
• Ne placez jamais le dispositif directement près de
votre oreille. Même si l’oreille humaine est inca-

pable d’entendre les ultrasons, la pression acous-
tique peut léser l’oreille sur une période prolongée.
Si vous n’utilisez pas le dispositif pendant une pé-
riode prolongée, retirez les piles et conservez-les.
• Veillez à conserver cette notice et à la joindre à l’ap-
pareil si vous le transmettrez ultérieurement.
• Ce dispositif est conçu pour une utilisation à l’inté-
rieur.
• N’utilisez pas ce dispositif pour des chiens agres-
sifs. (Voir point 2)
• N’utilisez pas le dispositif dans un endroit où vivent
plusieurs chiens.

5. Mise en route :
Pour insérer les piles:
• Le dispositif fonctionne avec une pile monobloc 9 V (6LR61).
• Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment à piles [ ] situé sous le microphone [ ] en pous-
sant le couvercle vers le bas.
• Faites attention à la polarité indiquée dans le boîtier.
• Replacez le couvercle.
Montage et mise en marche :
Grâce au support mural de l’Aboiement-Stop, vous pouvez installer le dispositif [ ] au
mur et le décrocher à tout moment si nécessaire :
• Choisissez un endroit dans lequel votre chien aboie souvent.
• Lorsque vous installez le dispositif au mur, assurez-vous que le chien ne puisse pas
l’atteindre.
• Choisissez un endroit à partir duquel les ondes peuvent se diffuser sans obstacle.
• Allumez et éteignez le dispositif à l’aide de l’interrupteur [ ].
• Le régleur de sensibilité [ ] vous permet de choisir deux niveaux de sensibilité du mi-
crophone :
Low : La portée du détecteur est de 3 à 4 mètres
High : La portée du détecteur est de 6 à 7 mètres
• Le dispositif émet l’ultrason lorsque le chien aboie. Le chien apprendra à associer ce
bruit désagréable avec son aboiement et cessera ainsi d’aboyer.
• Vous pouvez accélérer ce processus en félicitant le chien et en le récompensant.
6. Remarques générales
• Le dispositif est conforme aux réglementations CE, les déclarations ont été déposées
auprès de notre entreprise.
• Pour des raisons de sécurité et d’autorisation, il est interdit de convertir cet appareil et/
ou de le modifier ou de l’utiliser à des fins autres que celles prévues.
• Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les erreurs d’utilisation ou de branchement
ou les dommages causé par le non-respect des instructions en dehors du contrôle de
Gardigo. Cela vaut aussi si des modifications ou des tentatives de réparation ont été
apportées à l’appareil, si les circuits ont été modifiés ou si d’autres composants ont été
utilisés ou si toute autre erreur d’utilisation ou une utilisation négligente ou abusive ont
conduit à des dommages. Dans ces cas, la garantie expire.

1. Uso previsto
El dispositivo está concebido para el adiestramiento de perros. Los ladridos de un perro
hacen que se active un ultrasonido que le causa malestar al animal. ¡Se prohíbe usarlo
para fines no previstos!
2. Indicaciones importantes en cuanto al funcionamiento y uso
• Existen diversas razones para que un perro empiece a ladrar. Es más difícil lograr que
su perro deje de ladrar debido a su instinto o por razones territoriales y de defensa que
cuando lo hace por aburrimiento o costumbre. Por eso, pueden pasar entre dos y tres
semanas hasta que el dispositivo surta efecto y los ladridos cesen.
• Es posible que, al principio, su perro ladre más. De esta forma, el perro “se queja” de
estas irritaciones acústicas. Sin embargo, Ladridos Stop puede esperar, de modo que su
perro desistirá al poco tiempo.
• Si su perro ha sido adiestrado a ladrar a determinadas horas (cuando es hora de sacarlo
a pasear o darle de comer), recomendamos mantener el dispositivo apagado durante
estos períodos.
• No utilice este dispositivo si se trata de un perro agresivo. Los perros agresivos son pe-
ligrosos y este sonido los puede irritar. Si no se siente seguro en cuanto al uso de este

5. Preparación y montaje
Insertar las pilas:
• El dispositivo funciona con pilas de 9 V (6LR61).
• Abra la cubierta del compartimento de baterías [ ] ubicado debajo del micrófono
[] empujando la cubierta hacia abajo.
• Introduzca las pilas. Tenga en cuenta las marcas de polaridad que se encuentran en la
carcasa. Cierre el compartimento de pilas.
• Vuelva a montar la cubierta.
Montaje y funcionamiento:
Gracias al soporte mural, el producto se puede montar en la pared. En caso de necesidad

• Elija antes del montaje un lugar en el que el perro ladre frecuentemente.
• A la hora de montarlo, asegúrese de que el dispositivo esté fuera del alcance del perro.
• Elija un lugar desde el cual las ondas sonoras se puedan expandir libremente.
• Encienda y apague el dispositivo mediante el interruptor [ ].
• Mediante el control de sensibilidad [ ] se puede cambiar entre dos niveles de sensibi-
lidad del micrófono:
Low: Alcance efectivo de aprox. 3 a 4 m.
High: Alcance efectivo de aprox. 6 a 7 m.
• En caso de que el perro ladre, el dispositivo activará el ultrasonido. El perro aprenderá a
relacionar el desagradable sonido con sus ladridos, de modo que dejará de ladrar.
• Este proceso de aprendizaje se puede acelerar elogiándolo o dándole recompensas a su
perro.
6. Instrucciones generales
• La conformidad con las normas CE está comprobada y disponemos de las respectivas

Indicaciones sobre la eliminación de las pilas
Las pilas/baterías están sometidas a disposiciones legales. Por ello, deberá en-
tregarlas después de su uso en el punto de venta o en un centro de recogida de
residuos perteneciente a los organismos públicos responsables de la gestión de
los residuos. No deseche nunca baterías o pilas en la basura doméstica, bolsas
amarillas o similares. Las pilas o baterías sólo deben desecharse en el depósito de
recogida de pilas usadas cuando estén descargadas y después de haber tomado
precauciones contra cortocircuitos (p. ej. cubrir los polos).

funzioni e le modalità d’uso del nostro dispositivo, che vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente
e a seguire scrupolosamente. Porre estrema attenzione a tutte le norme di sicurezza e di

1. Uso previsto
Il dispositivo Abbaio stopper è stato concepito per supportare l’educazione del cane. L’ab-
baiare del cane fa rilasciare degli ultrasuoni che irriteranno il cane. Qualsiasi uso diverso da
quello specificato non è consentito!
2. Informazioni importanti per il funzionamento e l’uso
• I cani possono abbaiare per molteplici motivi. L’abitudine di abbaiare istintivamente,
per motivi territoriali o di protezione è più difficile da eliminare rispetto all’abbaiare per
noia o abitudine. Perciò potrà durare dalle due alle tre settimane prima che il dispositi-
vo faccia effetto e che l’abbaiare cessi.
• Può accadere che durante il primo periodo il cane abbai più frequentemente. L’animale
si lamenterà per via delle irritazioni acustiche ma il dispositivo Abbaio stopper ha una
resistenza più elevata e il cane, dopo un pò di tempo, smetterà di abbaiare.
• Se il cane è stato addestrato ad abbaiare a determinati orari ( orario della razione di cibo,
orario die bisogni sanitari), si consiglia di spegnere il dispositivo in prossimità di questi.
• Non impiegare l’unità con cani aggressivi. I cani aggressivi costituiscono un pericolo in
quanto potrebbero venire istigati dal dispositivo. Si consigli il veterinario o un addestra-
tore di cani qualificato nel caso in cui sorgano dubbi riguardo l’utilizzare o meno l’unità.
• Il prodotto può essere montato alla parete o tenuto in mano.
• Il dispositivo Abbaio stopper registra l’abbaio del cane ed emette ultrasuoni di circa
25 kHz per ca. 3 secondi. Questi ultrasuoni non possono essere uditi dagli umani, ma
vengono ritenute dai cani molto fastidiosi.
• Il dispositivo non ha alcun effetto negativo sul cane, in quanto emette solamente una
piccola frequenza sonora
• Il dispositivo non ha alcun effetto su cani sordi o con problemi uditivi.
Nota: la risposta di ciascun animale ai nostri dispositivi può variare. Lo sviluppo dei nostri
dispositivi, metodi e suggerimenti applicativi si basa sull’esperienza, test e feedback dei
nostri clienti.
3. Avvertenza di sicurezza
• Tenere lontano elettrodomestici, materiali da im-
ballaggio, ecc dalla portata dei bambini.
• L’apparecchio opera solamente con la tensione de-
signata: 1 x batterie 9 V (6LR61).
• Bisogna in ogni caso determinare se il dispositivo è
adatto al particolare sito di applicazione.
• Questo apparecchio non è destinato all’uso da par-
te di persone (compresi bambini minori di 5 anni)
con ridotte capacità fisiche, mentali e sensoriali,

5. Avviamento
Inserimento delle batterie:
• Per il funzionamento dell’unità sono necessarie batterie 9 V (6LR61).
• Sollevare il coperchio del vano batterie [ ] presente sotto il microfono [ ] e spingerlo
verso il basso. Prestare attenzione alla polarità illustrata sulla custodia. Far scorrere il
coperchio protettivo 2 sul vano batterie.
Installazione e funzionamento:
Il dispositivo Abbaio stopper può essere installato alla parete attraverso un gancio e, in
caso di bisogno [ ], può esserne scollegato:
• Per l’istallazione scegliere un luogo presso il quale il cane abbai spesso.
• Durante l’istallazione alla parete assicurarsi che il dispositivo si trovi al di fuori della
portata del cane.
• Per l’installazione scegliere un luogo nel quale gli ultrasuoni possano espandersi senza
impedimenti.
• Accendere e spegnere il dispositivo tramite il pulsante [ ].
• Tramite il regolatore di sensibilità [ ] possono essere impostati quattro diversi livelli di
sensibilità del microfono:
Bassa: raggio d’azione effettivo circa 3 m – 4 m
Alta: raggio d’azione effettivo circa 6 m – 7 m
• Nel caso in cui il cane abbai, il dispositivo emetterà gli ultrasuoni. Il cane imparerà a
collegare l’abbaiare con l’emissione di ultrasuoni fastidiosi e regolerà l’abbaiare.
• L’impiego di premi e „prelibatezze“ aiuteranno a velocizzare il processo.
6. Informazioni generali
• La conformità di questo dispositivo alle norme CE è stata dimostrata, le rispettive docu-
mentazioni a riguardo sono da noi registrate.
• Per motivi di sicurezza e licenza non è possibile apportare modifiche al dispositivo o
utilizzarlo impropriamente.
• N.B. Gardigo declina qualsiasi responsabilità riguardo a guasti ai collegamenti o danni,
causati dalla non ottemperanza alle seguenti istruzioni. Ciò vale anche in caso vengano
apportate modifiche o riparazioni all’apparecchio e in caso di utilizzo di circuiti modifi-

Suggerimenti importanti per le batterie
Le batterie contengono sostanze inquinanti e il loro trattamento è soggetto a di-
sposizioni di legge. Per questo motivo è necessario restituire le batterie esauste al
punto di vendita oppure ai centri di raccolta per le sostanze inquinanti presenti nel
vs comune di residenza. Non smaltire mai la batteria nei rifiuti domestici o nei con-
tenitori per la raccolta die altri materiali (plastica, vetro, organico o simili). Gettare
le batterie esauste esclusivamente nel contenitore previsto per le batterie, avendo
cura di evitare corto circuiti (ad esempio, coprendo i poli con nastro adesivo).
Avvertenze per la protezione dell’ambiente
Questo apparecchio, alla fine della sua vita, non potrà essere smaltito attraverso il
normale ciclo dei rifiuti domestici, bensì dovrà essere conferito presso un punto di

hartelijk dank dat u voor een van onze kwaliteitsproducten gekozen heeft. Hieronder infor-
meren wij u over de functies en het gebruik van ons apparaat. Neemt u alstublieft de tijd
om de handleiding op uw gemak door te lezen. Neem alle vermelde veiligheids- en bedie-
ningsaanwijzingen in acht. Volg voor een optimaal resultaat alle veiligheids- en gebruiks-
aanwijzingen op. Indien u vragen of suggesties heeft over dit apparaat, gelieve contact op
te nemen met uw handelaar of met ons serviceteam. Wij verheugen ons, wanneer u ons
verder aanbeveelt en wensen u veel succes met dit apparaat.
1. Gebruik volgens de voorschriften
De Blaf-Stopper is ontworpen om de hondentraining te ondersteunen. Het blaffen van een
hond triggert een ultrasoon geluid dat het dier irriteert. Een ander gebruik dan het gespe-
cificeerde is niet toegestaan!
2. Belangrijke informatie over de werking en gebruik
• Honden blaffen om verschillende redenen. Instinctief, territoriaal of beschermend blaffen
is moeilijker aan te pakken dan te blaffen uit verveling of gewoonte. Daarom kan het twee
tot drie weken duren voordat het effect optreedt en het blaffen vervaagt.
• Het kan gebeuren dat uw hond in het begin meer blaft. Hij „klaagt“ dan over de akoes-
tische irritaties. De Blaf-Stopper heeft een hoger uithoudingsvermogen en uw hond zal
het na verloop van tijd opgeven.
• Als uw hond getraind is om op bepaalde tijden geluiden te maken (plassen, voedertijd),
raden we aan om het apparaat op dit moment uit te schakelen.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in combinatie met agressieve honden. Agressieve honden zijn
gevaarlijk en kunnen geïrriteerd raken door het geluid. Als u niet zeker bent van het ge-
bruik van het apparaat, raadpleeg dan uw dierenarts of een gecertificeerde hondentrainer.
• Het product kan op de muur worden gemonteerd of in de hand worden genomen.
• De Blaf-Stopper registreert het blaffen van de hond en verzendt ongeveer 3 seconden
een ultrasoon geluid van 25 kHz. Mensen kunnen dit niet horen, maar honden vinden
het irritant.
• Het apparaat heeft geen schadelijk effect op honden, omdat het slechts een kort geluid
uitzendt.
• Het apparaat heeft geen invloed op dove of slechthorende honden.
Opmerking: De reactie van elk dier op onze apparaten kan variëren. De ontwikkeling van
onze apparaten, methoden en applicatietips is gebaseerd op ervaring, testen en feedback
van onze klanten. Daarom is het in de meeste gevallen succesvol.
3. Veiligheidsinstructies
• Elektroapparaten, verpakkingsmateriaal horen niet
in het actiebereik van kindern en honden.
• Apparaat alleen met de daarvoor bestemde span-
ning bedienen: 1 x 9 V Block Batterie.
• In ieder geval dient te worden gecontroleerd, of het
apparaat geschikt is voor de toepassingslocatie.
• Dit apparaat is niet ontworpen voor personen met
verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke
vermogens, of gebrek aan ervaring en deskundig-
heid (inclusief kinderen tot 8 jaar), op voorwaarde
dat zij geen toezicht of instructie met betrekking
tot het gebruik van het apparaat door hun voor de
veiligheid verantwoordelijke persoon ontvangen.
• Houd het apparaat nooit rechtstreeks aan uw oor.
Ultrasoon kunnen mensen weliswaar niet horen,
maar er bestaat een hoge geluidsdruk, die gedu-
rende een langere periode het oor kan belasten.

• Wanneer u het apparaat gedurende een langere pe-
riode niet gebruikt, haal de batterijen eruit en be-
waar ze dienovereenkomstig.
• Bewaar deze handleiding en geef deze bij doorgave
van het apparaat mee.
• Dit apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor gebruik
binnenshuis.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet in combinatie met agres-
sieve honden (zie punt 2).
• Gebruik het apparaat niet op een plaats waar meer-
dere honden zijn.

5. Ingebruikname
Plaats de batterij:
• U hebt voor dit apparaat een 9 V-blokbatterij (6LR61) nodig.
• Open het deksel van het batterijvak [ ] onder de microfoon [ ] door het deksel naar
beneden te schuiven.
• Plaats de batterij. Let op de polariteit. Het wordt getoond in de behuizing.
• Sluit het batterijvak. Schuif de beschermkap terug op het batterijvak.
Montage en bediening:
De Blaf-Stopper kan met de muurbeugel [ ]aan een muur worden bevestigd en indien
nodig worden verwijderd:
• Kies een plek waar de hond vaak blaft.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat buiten bereik van de hond is wanneer u het op een muur
monteert.
• Kies een locatie waar de geluidsgolven zich ongehinderd kunnen verspreiden.
• Schakel het apparaat in en uit met de schakelaar [ ].
• Er kunnen twee niveaus van microfoongevoeligheid worden ingesteld op de gevoelig-
heidsschakelaar [ ], namelijk:
Laag: effectief bereik ongeveer 3 m – 4 m
Hoog: effectief bereik ongeveer 6 m – 7 m
• Als de hond blaft, schakelt het apparaat de echografie in. De hond zal op die manier le-
ren om het onaangename geluid te associëren met zijn geblaf en het blaffen te stoppen.
• Lof en snoepjes kunnen dit leerproces versnellen.
6. Algemene informatie
• De CE-conformiteit werd bewezen, de overeenkomstige verklaringen zijn bij ons gede-
poneerd en kunnen daar worden geraadpleegd.
• Om veiligheids- en vergunningsredenen is het niet toegestaan om dit apparaat om te
bouwen en/of te veranderen en/of te misbruiken.
• Er zij op gewezen dat bedien- of aansluitfouten of schade die door niet-naleving van
de gebruiksaanwijzing ontstaat, buiten de invloedssfeer van de Gardigo liggen en voor
daaruit voortvloeiende schade geen enkele aansprakelijkheid kan worden aanvaard. Dit
geldt ook als wijzigingen of reparatiepogingen aan het apparaat werden gedaan, circuits
werden gewijzigd of andere onderdelen werden gebruikt en bij schade en gevolgscha-
de die door onjuiste bedieningen, nalatige behandeling of misbruik zijn ontstaan. In al
deze gevallen vervalt ook de garantie.

Aanwijzingen voor het verwijderen van
batterijen
Op batterijen zijn wettelijke regels van toepassing. Op grond daarvan moeten
deze waar ze worden verkocht, bij een verzamelpunt voor afvalstoffen of een
openbare verwijderaar van chemisch afval worden ingeleverd. In geen geval mo-
gen batterijen bij het huisvuil of in de vuilniszak/container worden aangeboden.
Lever batterijen ontladen bij het verzamelpunt voor oude batterijen in, en neem
maatregelen tegen kortsluiting (bijvoorbeeld door de polenw af te plakken).
Instructie voor milieubescherming
Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet met normaal huishoudelijk
afval worden afgevoerd. Het moet worden ingeleverd bij een inzamelpunt voor het
recyclen van elektrische en elektronische apparatuur. Het symbool op het product,
de gebruiksaanwijzing of de verpakking geeft dit aan. De materialen zijn in over-
eenstemming met hun aanduiding recyclebaar. Met het recyclen, het verwerken
van materiaal of andere vormen van verwerking van oude apparaten levert u een
