agitator.

2.Filltheuidsupplycontainer(throughthellport
inthecover,orremovethecoverandpouruid
directlyintothetank)toabout3or4inches(75
to100mm)abovetheagitatorblade.
Ifutilizinga5-gallontank,useoneofthefollowing
methodsforpaintplacement:
a.Removethecoverandplacea5-gallonpail
ofuidinthe5-gallontank.
b.Removethecoverandplacea5-gallon
antistaticpolyethylenelinerinthe5-gallon
tank.Pourtheuidintotheantistatic
polyethyleneliner.
Note
Ifa5-gallonpailisusedinsidethe
tank,anadjustmentisrequired
totheagitatorpaddlepositionto
avoidinterference.Seestep12in

information.
3.Besurethegroundwireisattached.
4.Replacethellercaporcover,tightenthe
c-clamphandlesto8-10ft-lbs,approximately1/2
to1turnpasthandtight.

agitator,toabout40to60rpm,ifneeded.

approximatepressuredesired.
8.Opentheuidoutletballvalve(18).
9.Turnontheatomizingairtotheairspraygun.
Testsprayasmallareaandadjustthepressure
asnecessary.Alwaysusethelowestpossibleair
pressuretoobtainthedesiredresults.
10.Tostoptheagitator,turntheairregulator
counterclockwisetoreducepressuretozero,or
closetheairinletballvalve(17)tothetank.
