theseatforthesleevecap,inthecenterofthe
body(1).
7.Applymedium-strengththreadlockertothe
threadsofthesecondsleevecap(3).Usethe
tool(45)toinstallthesecondsleevecap(3)into
thebody.Tightenjustuntilthecapis󰘱ushwith
thesurface.Donotovertighten.
8.Ifusingnewdiaphragms,removethethread
coveroneachdiaphragm(25†).
9.Tightenthepumpshaft(5)ontoonediaphragm,
handtightonly.Donotuseanytoolsontheshaft.
10.Lubricatetheshaft,theninstallitinthebody.
Turnthediaphragmasyoupushitin.Then,

tightonly.

tieboltscomeinfromoppositesidestohelpkeep
everythingtogetherbeforeclamping.

7.Placetheassemblyinaclamporvice.Tighten
sothe󰘰rsttwotiebolts(24)areisexposedon
eachside.Threadtheremainingtiebolts(24)
throughtheassembly.
8.Placea󰘱atwasher(26),twobellevillewashers
(27),withthewasherclosesttothenuthaving
theroundedsidetowardthenutandtheother
washerwiththeroundedsideawayfromthenut,
andanut(28)oneachtiebolt.Tightenthebolts
