Pay attention to symbol DANGER! It points out all most dangerous operations according to the situation. All safety rules are important and therefore must be
strictly observed. Always keep this handbook within the reach, read it carefully and learn how to use the equipment in a safe way. Let nobody, unprovided with
necessary information, work with the equipment.
Fare attenzione al simbolo PERICOLO! Esso indica la presenza delle principali situazioni di pericolo. Tutte le norme antinfortunistiche contente sono importanti e
vanno rispettate. Tenere sempre questo manuale a portata di mano, leggerlo attentamente ed imparare ad usare l’attrezzatura in modo sicuro. Non permettere che
qualcuno operi con questa attrezzatura senza aver ricevuto istruzioni esaurienti.

Engine exhaust fumes can cause sickness or death. If it is necessary to run an engine in an
enclosed area, use an exhaust pipe extension to remove the fumes. Always try to work in a well
ventilated area.

in uno spazio chiuso, usare una prolunga tubo di scarico per far uscire il fumo. Lavorare in una
zona ben ventilata.

A burst which separates the tyre from the rim parts can cause serious injury or death.

Handle fuel with care, it is highly flammable: Do not refuel machine while smoking, when
machine is near an open flame or sparks, or when the engine is running. Stop the engine.

out any maintenance or repairs to the machine.

chotter, teine oder andere Fremdkörper fahren, da diese durch die Drehbewegung der
Messer angesaugt und weggeschleudert werden können (Verletzungsgefahr). Nicht in der Nähe
von anderen Personen mähen. Vor jedem Wartungs- bzw. Reparatureingriff den tartschlüssel
abziehen und die Gebrauchsanleitung durchlesen.

Before using the machine, it is mandatory to put on the appropriate individual safety devices:
body protection, protection gloves, security shoes, ear protection.

DUMPER 406 CRAWLER TRUCK
Dear Customer,
thank you for choosing our Dumper 406; we are sure that your new machine’s performance will
meet your requirements in full.
To ensure optimum service and maintenance of its qualities over time, read this manual carefully
and follow its instructions. This will give you the best results and protect your investment. Please
keep this manual, which must always accompany the machine.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED USE
Our Dumper 406 is a crawler truck with loading body designed for the transport of materials.
WARNING! Before starting the engine, read this manual carefully. The
following warnings are very important in ensuring safety!
WARNINGS
Caution is your main weapon in preventing accidents!
We urge you to read the warnings that follow when using the mower, before starting any work at
all. Improper use of the mower and its equipment can be dangerous; to reduce the risks to the
minimum, observe the necessary precautions set out below:
1) Read the whole manual before starting the machine or putting it in motion.
2) Pay special attention to the safety warnings and labels.
3) Before other people are allowed to use the machine they must first be informed about the
safety regulations and how to use the vehicle.
4) Before starting the engine make sure that no one is nearby, particularly children.
5) Before starting work, put on suitable working clothes, gloves, heavy footwear and
goggles.
6) The user is always responsible for damages caused to third parties.
7) Any improper use causes the guarantee to become null and void and the constructor will
decline all liability.
8) Always use original spare parts.
9) Before any work with the machine, check that all the safety systems with which it is equipped
are in perfect working order. Disabling or tampering with them is strictly forbidden.
10) Before starting work, check that all fastening nuts and bolts are perfectly tight.
11) The protective equipment (engine hoods, mudguards, etc…) must be kept in place during
work.
IMPROPER USES TO BE AVOIDED
1) Never use the machine when you are tired or after drinking alcohol.
2) Never use the machine on steep slopes; it may tip.
3) Never allow the machine to be used by anyone under 16 years of age.
4) Never keep the engine running indoor: you may inhale poisonous gases.
5) Never tamper with or disable the safety devices.
6) Do not perform any kind of adjustment or cleaning operation with the engine
running.
7) Do not allow anyone else to check the machine while you are driving and the engine
is running.
8) Never use the machine with bare feet.
9) No people transportation.

FURTHER SAFETY ADVICE
1) Pulleys rotation is extremely dangerous.
2) Never reverse with the engine at high throttle.
3) Never operate the levers too quickly with the engine at full throttle.
4) Always switch off the engine before filling up with fuel, keep away from sparks or flames
and do not smoke!
5) Avoid fuel spills and after filling the tank clean all spills before starting the engine.
INTENDED USE OF THE MACHINE
Always comply with the operating, maintenance and repair conditions specified by the constructor.
Use only original accessories and spares which assure maintenance of the machine’s safety
IDENTIFICATION AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
IDENTIFICATION
The crawler truck is provided with an ID plate showing the machine’s serial number, located on the
chassis under the body.
SERVICING
This handbook provides the instructions for using the crawler truck. For a correct basic
maintenance contact your Local Dealer.
SPARE PARTS
Original spares should always be used as these are the only ones which offer safety and
interchangeability.
Each order should include the machine serial number and the code of the spare part needed.
For engine spares, refer to the information in the specific manual.
WARRANTY
The warranty is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the card.
As regards the engine, the individual manufacturers’ conditions apply.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO SERVICE
Checks before starting:
-Check that the gearbox oil level is correct (fig.4).
-To check the engine oil, unscrew the level cap following the instructions in the engine
manual.
-Check that the air filter is clean (fig.5). Caution! Never blow the cartridge with
compressed air; it must be replaced if seriously clogged.
-Fill the tank with fuel using a funnel complete with very fine filter to trap any dirt.
-Make sure that the gear lever is in neutral position.
-Check the tension of the crawler tracks (fig.6). if they are not taut enough, correct the
adjustment by backing off the lock-nut and tighten the crawler stretcher bolt.
-Check that the steering levers are operating correctly and that the load bed is secure (6,
fig.1).
STARTING THE ENGINE
After making the checks described:
Bring the hand throttle lever (4, fig. 1) to the midway position and engage the choke (10, fig. 1).
Start the engine by pulling the pull-start knob sharply (9, fig. 1).
After the engine has started, disengage the choke (10, fig. 1) and gradually return the throttle close
to the idling position.
Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before starting work, and to allow proper running-in
do not force the machine excessively during the first 50 hours of use.
STARTING THE MACHINE
Engage the gear required using the lever (2, fig.1). If the gear does not engage immediately, give
light touches on the clutch (1, fig. 1).
Accelerate the engine using the throttle lever (4, fig.1), and pull the clutch lever (Fig. 7A). The
machine will start. When the lever is released, the machine will stop (Fig. 7B).

FINISHING WORK
Return the throttle lever (4, fig. 1) to the idling position. To stop the engine, push the engine cut-off switch (Fig. 1, ref. 11).
MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
The truck is designed to require very little maintenance. However, in order to keep it at top performance, the fol-
lowing operations are advisable:
- check that all the nuts and bolts are always firmly tightened;
- oil the throttle, clutch and brake cables;
- never use mineral oil on rubber parts as it will damage them;
- always check the oil levels and clean the air filter often;
- check the crawler track tension.
ATTENTION! Change oil when the machine is hot to aid total drainage of the old oil. Never remove the oil level
caps with the machine running as circulating oil may spill out.
ENGINE OIL
Comply strictly with the instructions given in the engine handbook. It is essential to check the level every 4 work-
ing hours and change it approximately every 50 hours (Fig. 9).
Use 10W30 (API SE) engine oil in summer and winter. Always consult the engine instruction manual.
AIR FILTER
Check the air filter oil level every 8 working hours or more often in very dusty conditions. Top up with the same
oil as for the engine (see engine handbook). On versions with dry filter, replace the cartridge if clogged (do not
clean with compressed air jets).
GEARBOX OIL
Check the level about every 50 working hours and top up if necessary with MP 85W/90 gearbox oil. Change the
oil once a year (quantity 1.35 kg). To drain the old oil from the gearbox, remove the screw (Fig. 8).
TRACK ROLLERS
Periodically grease the track roller pins, especially if the machine is working on sandy terrain (g. 6).
USEFUL RULES FOR OPTIMUM USE
– Never leave the machine out in the rain.
– Never force the gearbox if the gear does not engage; give light touches on the clutch while engaging the
gear.
– Never make the engine labour too hard; when excessive smoke comes from the exhaust, the engine is labou-
ring. Slow down or engage a low range gear.
– Never work at full throttle.
– Remove any leaves or grass which accumulate on the grille around the engine pull-start.
The truck capacity is 400 kg, but users are advised to consider the terrain on which the vehicle is to be used when
deciding the load which can be transported. Remember that since this is a crawler vehicle, it pitches considerably
on humps, curbs and steps. When crossing such obstacles, use low gears and take special care; engage a low
gear and retain it until back on level ground. If the machine is stopped on steep slopes, release lever (1, Fig. 1) thus
blocking the truck automatically (B, Fig. 7). Although the truck has rubber tracks, remember to take care in difcult
environmental conditions (ice, heavy rain or snow) or on terrains which might make the vehicle unstable.
RUBBER CRAWLER TRACKS - precautions for use
1) TRACK TENSION (Fig. 6)
1) When the machine is lifted off the ground, the rubber tracks must sag by 10-15 mm as shown in the diagram.

2) When the track becomes slack, it must be adjusted to prevent the machine from shedding an excessively loose track.

6) OPERATING TEMPERATURE
The ideal operating temperature for the rubber crawler track is between -25° and 55° C, because of the
fundamental properties of the rubber.

2) PRECAUTIONS WHEN DRIVING
1) Avoid jerky operations when the crawler truck is in motion.
2) Keep the rubber crawler track away from sharp edges of concrete etc.
3) Cracks on the outside surface of the rubber track (in contact with the ground) are very often due to
contact with gravel, sharp stones and sharp materials such as sheet metal, nails and glass.
3) AVOID SUDDEN CHANGES IN DIRECTION
Sharp turns on concrete surfaces or excessive accelerations which generate high friction coefcients
must be avoided since they might cause cuts in the rubber.
4) AVOID CONTAMINATION WITH OIL
Fuels and hydraulic uids must never come into contact with the rubber crawler track. If this should
occur, clean immediately.
5) REPLACING THE SPROCKET
If abrasions and wear are noted on the sprocket, it must be replaced as soon as possible since in these
conditions it might cause abrasion or reveal the metal core.
ADJUSTMENTS
The steering levers are adjusted using the 2 lock-nuts as shown in Fig. 12.
The steering clutch consists of a perforated disc which is engaged by a lever; when the lever is not in
the hole there must be 0,3 mm clearance on the rod secured by the lock-nut (Fig. 13).
STEERING BRAKES AND LEVERS
Please note this adjustment must be carried out by a certied Grillo Service Centre.
Lift the machine from the ground and tighten the 2 self-locking nuts completely (please refer to Fig.12,
black arrows on the right hand-side of the picture). Now, start the engine, put the gearbox on the rst
gear and engage the feed lever: the rubber tacks do not turn, slowly unscrew the two self-locking nuts
(refer to Fig. 12). As soon as the tracks start moving unscrew the nuts for one more revolution.
Caution: never touch the tracks whilst carrying out adjustments.
The brake rods must have a 1 mm clearance (refer to Fig. 14): push on the lever controlling the brake-
shoes until contact is made, then adjust the nut.
SECURITY BRAKE AUTOMATICALLY OPERATED
Please note this adjustment must be carried out by a certied Grillo Service Centre.
To adjust the brake act on the register Fig. 16 point B.
The machine must hold rmly even at full load and on a gradient.

TRACTION BELT-TIGHTENER
Check the clearance on the belt-tightener is sufcient to avoid pulling the belt into the stop position.
During work, there must be traction on the belt-tightener spring (Fig. 15).To make adjustments, act on
the register Fig. 16 point A.
END OF SEASON MAINTENANCE
Wash the machine carefully, change the engine and gearbox oil.
IMPLEMENTS
DUMPER BODY
This type of body has been designed for transporting several types of material (wood log, gravel, sand etc.).
The body is equipped with openable sides so to get the loading platform wider (Fig. 2). To get the tipping
of the body even easier two (2) gas springs have been placed under the loading platform (Fig. 3).

DESCRIZIONE GENERALE ED USO PREVISTO
Il Dumper 406 è una motocarriola cingolata con cassone di carico adibita al trasporto di materiale.
ATTENZIONE!
Leggere attentamente prima di avviare il motore. Le seguenti avvertenze sono
importanti per l’incolumità dell’operatore!
AVVERTENZE
La prudenza è l’arma principale nella prevenzione degli incidenti!
La preghiamo vivamente di leggere con attenzione le seguenti avvertenze all’uso della macchina,
prima ancora di iniziare il lavoro.
L’uso improprio del transporter ed il suo equipaggiamento possono risultare dannosi; per ridurre
queste possibilità osservare le precauzioni necessarie di seguito riportate:
1) Leggere interamente questo manuale prima di accendere e mettere in movimento la
macchina.
2) Dare particolare attenzione alle ammonizioni e alle etichette di sicurezza presenti sulla
macchina.
3) Prima di fare lavorare con la macchina altre persone bisogna metterle al corrente delle
norme di sicurezza e di come si usa la macchina.
4) Prima di accendere la macchina verificare che non ci siano persone intorno, specialmente
bambini.
5) Prima di iniziare il lavoro, indossare indumenti appropriati da lavoro, guanti,
scarponi e occhiali
6) L’utilizzatore è sempre responsabile dei danni arrecati a terzi.
7) Ogni utilizzo improprio comporta il decadimento della garanzia ed il declino di ogni
responsabilità del costruttore.
8) Usare sempre ricambi originali Grillo.
9) Prima di cominciare qualsiasi lavoro con la macchina, verificare che tutti i sistemi
antinfortunistici, di cui essa è dotata, siano perfettamente funzionanti. È severamente
vietato escluderli o manometterli.
10) Prima di iniziare il lavoro, controllare che le viti e i dadi di bloccaggio siano perfettamente
serrati.
11) L’attrezzatura protettiva (cofani, parafanghi, etc…) va assolutamente mantenuta durante i
lavori.
USI IMPROPRI DA EVITARE
1) Non usare la macchina quando si è affaticati e non bere alcolici.
2) Non fare lavorare ragazzi troppo giovani; vietato l’uso ai minori di 16 anni.
3) Non manomettere o disattivare i dispositivi di sicurezza.
4) Non fare nessun tipo di regolazione o pulizia col motore in moto.
5) Non fare controllare la macchina da nessuno mentre siete alla guida col motore in
moto.

6) Non utilizzare la macchina a piedi nudi.
7) È vietato trasportare persone.
8) Per evitare il pericolo di esalazioni velenose, non adoperare il motore acceso in un locale
chiuso.
9) Non usare la macchina su forti pendenze: si potrebbe ribaltare.
ULTERIORI ACCORGIMENTI PER LA SICUREZZA
1) La rotazione delle pulegge è altamente pericolosa.
2) Non fare retromarcia col motore accelerato.
3) È pericoloso azionare le leve bruscamente, col motore al massimo regime.
4) Spegnere sempre il motore prima di fare rifornimento di combustibile, stare lontano da
scintille o fiamme, non fumare!
5) Evitare fuoriuscite di combustibile e dopo aver riempito il serbatoio pulire ogni fuoriuscita
sulla macchina prima di avviare il motore.
IMPIEGO DELLA MACCHINA
Rispettare sempre le condizioni di funzionamento, di manutenzione e di riparazione prescritte dal
costruttore.
Utilizzare solo accessori e ricambi originali che garantiscono il mantenimento della sicurezza della
macchina.

ISTRUZIONI D’USO
MESSA IN OPERA DELLA MACCHINA
Controlli da eseguire prima dell’avviamento:
-Verificare che l’olio cambio sia a livello (fig. 4).
-Per controllare l’olio motore, svitare il tappo livello attenendosi alle istruzioni del libretto
motore.
-Che il filtro aria sia ben pulito (fig.5). Attenzione! Non soffiate la cartuccia con l’aria
compressa, se risulta molto intasata va sostituita (vedi libretto motore).
-Riempire il serbatoio di carburante con un imbuto munito di filtro molto fine per trattenere
eventuali impurità.
-Accertarsi che la leva marce sia in posizione “folle”.
-Controllare la tensione della cingolatura (fig.6 nel caso si noti che i cingoli non siano
sufficientemente in tensione è necessario ripristinare la regolazione provvedendo ad
allentare il controdado ed avvitare il bullone tendicingolo.
-Verificare l’efficienza delle leve di sterzo, ed infine assicurarsi che il pianale di carico sia
ben agganciato (fig.1 n.6).
AVVIAMENTO DEL MOTORE
Eseguire i seguenti controlli:
-portare il manettino acceleratore (fig. 1, n.4) a metà corsa e chiudere lo starter (fig.1 pos.
10).
-Avviare il motore tirando con forza la manopola dell’autoavvolgente (fig.1 n.9).
-Ad avviamento avvenuto, riaprire lo starter (fig.1, n.10) e riportare lentamente il manettino
acceleratore vicino alla posizione di minimo.
-Lasciare scaldare il motore per qualche minuto prima di iniziare il lavoro e per favorire un
buon rodaggio non forzare eccessivamente la macchina durante le prime 50 ore di
utilizzazione.

AVVIAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Innestare la marcia desiderata agendo sulla leva (2) Fig.1. Nel caso la marcia non si innestasse
subito, dare dei piccoli colpi di frizione (Fig.1, n.1).
Accelerare il motore tramite il manettino acceleratore (4) Fig.1, tirare la leva frizione (Fig.7 pos. A),
la macchina si mette in movimento, abbandonando la leva frizione la macchina si arresta
automaticamente (Fig.7, pos. B).
FINE LAVORO
Portare il manettino acceleratore (4 Fig.1) al minimo. Per spegnere il motore agire sull’interruttore
“stop” (Fig.1, n.11).
MANUTENZIONE E LUBRIFICAZIONE
Il trasportatore è progettato in modo da richiedere pochissima manutenzione. Per mantenere la
macchina al massimo del rendimento è opportuno eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
-controllare che tutte le viti ed i dadi siano sempre ben serrati;
-oliare i cavi dell’acceleratore, della frizione e del freno;
-non usare olio minerale per le parti in gomma perché si rovinano;
-controllare sempre i livelli olio e pulire frequentemente il filtro aria;
-controllare la tensione dei cingoli.
NOTE: la sostituzione olio va effettuata a macchina calda per favorire la fuoriuscita totale dell’olio
vecchio. Non sfilare i tappi livello olio con la macchina in moto onde evitare la fuoriuscita dell’olio in
circolo.
OLIO MOTORE
Attenersi scrupolosamente alle norme contenute nel libretto motore. È comunque indispensabile
controllare il livello ogni 4 ore di lavoro e sostituirlo ogni 50 ore circa (Fig.9).
Utilizzare olio motorem10W30 (API SE) in estate e in inverno. Consultare sempre il libretto motore.
FILTRO ARIA
Per il filtro dell’aria controllare il livello ogni 8 ore, o anche più frequentemente se l’ambiente è
molto polveroso. Per ripristinare il livello usare lo stesso olio del motore (vedi libretto motore) per
eventuali versioni con filtro a secco, cambiare la cartuccia se risulta molto intasata (non usare getti
d’aria per pulirla (Fig. 5).
OLIO CAMBIO
Controllare il livello ogni 50 ore circa di lavoro e se occorre, aggiungere olio per cambio MP 85 W
90. Sostituire l’olio una volta all’anno (quantità kg.1,350). Per togliere l’olio vecchio dal carter
cambio, togliere la vite (Fig. 8).
RULLI CINGOLI
Ingrassare periodicamente i perni rulli cingoli in particolar modo se la macchina lavora su terreno
sabbioso (Fig. 6).
REGOLE UTILI PER IL BUON USO
-Non lasciare mai la macchina sotto la pioggia.
-Non forzare il cambio se la marcia non si inserisce: mentre si innesta la marcia dare dei
piccoli colpi di frizione.
-Non forzare mai troppo il motore, quando fuma eccessivamente dallo scarico è sotto
sforzo: occorre rallentare o usare la marcia ridotta.
-Non lavorare mai a tutto gas.
-Togliere le eventuali foglie ed erbe che si depositano sulla reticella posta attorno
all’autoavvolgente del motore.

Il trasportatore ha portata di Kg.400, tuttavia consigliamo di valutare e di rapportare il carico in
base al terreno sul quale si andrà ad utilizzare il mezzo. Facciamo presente che trattandosi di un
veicolo cingolato, su dossi, cunette, scalini accentuati, è soggetto ad un notevole beccheggio in
fase di superamento di tali “ostacoli”. È quindi opportuno eseguire simili tratti con rapporti corti e
prestando particolare attenzione; raccomandiamo inoltre in tali situazioni di inserire un rapporto
corto e di mantenerlo per tutto il tratto.
In caso di fermata della macchina in forte salita o discesa ripida, abbandonando la leva 1 (Fig. 1) si
ottiene il blocco automatico del trasportatore (Fig. 7, pos. B). Anche se il trasportatore è dotato di
cingolatura in gomma ricordiamo di prestare attenzione in caso di situazioni ambientali avverse
(gelo, forte pioggia, neve), oppure su terreni che per la loro particolare tipologia, potrebbero
rendere instabile il trasportatore.
CINGOLO IN GOMMA – precauzioni per l’uso
1) TENSIONE DEL CINGOLO (Fig. 6)
1.Sollevando la macchina la freccia della curvatura del cingolo in gomma si attesta sui 10-15 mm,
come indicato in figura:
2.Quando la tensione diminuisce, deve essere riaggiustata per evitare che la macchina scingoli
con catenaria troppo allentata.
2) PRECAUZIONI NELLA GUIDA
1. Quando il cingolato cammina si devono evitare brusche operazioni.
2. Evitare di far venire a contatto bordi taglienti di calcestruzzo etc…con il cingolo in
gomma.
3. Le crepature sulla superficie esterna del cingolo (quella a contatto col terreno) sono
dovute molto spesso al contatto con ghiaia, pietre appuntite, materiali taglienti come
lamiere, chiodi, vetri.
3) EVITARE BRUSCHI CAMBI DI DIREZIONE
Brusche rotazioni su fondi in calcestruzzo o accelerazioni troppo veloci che implicano alti
coefficienti di frizione dovrebbero essere assolutamente evitati perché potrebbero causare tagli
sulla gomma.
4) EVITARE CONTAMINAZIONI CON OLIO
Carburanti e oli idraulici non devono mai venire a contatto con il cingolo in gomma. Se ciò
accadesse, procedere immediatamente alla sua pulizia.
5) SOSTITUZIONE DELLA RUOTA DENTATA
Se si riscontrassero abrasioni ed usure sulla ruota dentata, questa deve essere sostituita
appena possibile perché in tali condizioni può provocare l’abrasione o la fuoriuscita dell’anima
metallica.

6) TEMPERATURA D’ESERCIZIO
La temperatura d’esercizio ideale per il cingolo in gomma è fra i –25° e i 55°C., per le proprietà
basilari della gomma.
REGOLAZIONI
La regolazione delle leve di sterzo si esegue agendo sui due dadi autobloccanti come indicato
nella Fig. 12.
La frizione di sterzo è formata da una tazza forata che viene agganciata da una levetta; quando la
levetta è fuori dal foro, l’asta tenuta dal dado autobloccante deve avere 0,3 mm di gioco (Fig.13).
LEVE E FRENI DI STERZO
Questa regolazione deve essere eseguita da un’officina autorizzata Grillo.
Per eseguire la regolazione, sollevare la macchina da terra e stringere completamente i due dadi
autobloccanti (vedi Fig.12, frecce nere sul lato destro della foto), avviare il motore, inserire la prima
marcia e innestare la leva avanzamento: i cingoli in gomma non devono girare; svitare lentamente i
dadi autobloccanti (vedi Fig. 12). Quando i cingoli iniziano il movimento, svitare i dadi di un altro
giro. Attenzione, pericolo! Non toccare i cingoli mentre si eseguono le operazioni di regolazione.
Le aste dei freni devono avere 6 mm di gioco (Fig. 14): spingere sulla levetta che comanda le
ganasce fino a metterle in appoggio, poi regolare il dado.
FRENO AUTOMATICO DI SICUREZZA
Questa regolazione deve essere eseguita da un’officina autorizzata Grillo.
Per eseguire la regolazione, agire sul registro (Fig. 16, pos. B).
La macchina deve restare bloccata anche a pieno carico e in pendenza.
TENDICINGHIA AVANZAMENTO
Controllare che il tendicinghia abbia gioco a sufficienza per non fare trascinare la cinghia in
posizione di stop. In fase di lavoro, la molla di ritorno del tendicinghia deve essere in trazione (Fig.
15). Per eseguire la regolazione, agire sul registro (Fig. 16, pos. A).
MANUTENZIONE DI FINE STAGIONE
Lavare la macchina con cura, sostituire l’olio sia nel motore, sia nel cambio.
ATTREZZI
CASSONE
Questo tipo di cassone è stato studiato per il trasporto di materiale vario (legna, ghiaia, sabbia,
ecc.). È dotato di sponde apribili per ampliare il pianale di carico (Fig. 2). Inoltre, per facilitare il
ribaltamento del cassone, sotto al pianale sono posizionate due molle a gas (Fig. 3). È importante
che le molle a gas siano mantenute sempre ben pulite.

1) Lire entièrement ce manuel avant d’activer et de mettre la machine en mouvement.
2) Suivre avec une attention particulière les mises en garde et les étiquettes de sécurité qui se
trouvent sur la machine.
3) Avant de confier votre machine à d’autres personnes, il faut leur signaler soit les normes de
sécurité, soit le mode d’emploi.
4) Avant de placer le transporteur sous tension vérifier qu’il n’y ait personne aux alentours, en
particulier des enfants.
5) Avant de commencer le travail, revêtir des vêtements appropriés, des gants, des
bottes et des lunettes.
6) L’utilisateur est toujours responsable des dégâts occasionnés aux tiers.

8) Utiliser toujours des pièces de rechange d’origine.
9) Avant de commencer un travail, de quelque nature que ce soit, avec la machine, vérifier
que tous les systèmes anti-accidents dont elle est équipée soient parfaitement fiables. Il est
sévèrement interdit de les exclure ou de les modifier.
10) Vérifier que les vis et les écrous de blocage soient parfaitement serrés avant de
commencer le travail.
11) L’équipement de protection (capots, pare-boues, etc…) doit être absolument maintenu
durant les travaux de binage.
USAGES IMPROPRES A EVITER
1) Ne pas utiliser la machine en cas de fatigue et ne boire aucun alcool.
2) Ne pas utiliser la machine sur de fortes pentes : elle pourrait capoter.
3) Ne pas faire travailler les enfants trop jeunes: l’usage est interdit aux mineurs de moins de
16 ans.
4) Pour éviter le danger d’exhalaisons toxiques, ne pas faire tourner le moteur dans un local
fermé.
5) Ne pas altérer et ne pas désactiver les dispositifs de sécurité.
6) N’effectuer aucun réglage ou nettoyage avec le moteur activé.
