Chapter 1 Function Review
This product, based on TCP/IP transmission protocol, is the main device for the H series
video door phone system, it supports video phone, defense area setting and picture
pushing. Details of the device are as follows:
10.1” capacitive touch screen
Support 48V standard PoE switch
Support connection to doorbell and mini outdoor station
Support extendable elevator-reserve service
Support real time surveillance to outdoor/mini outdoor station, IP camera
Support message receiving and sending from managercenter
Support multi-indoor-station in apartment, synchronizing arm/disarm
Support video phone between residents and visitors/guard unit
Support intercom function between residents in the same community
Support standard 7 defense areas alarm function

2.4 Interface Introduction
Number①:
+12V, GND: defense area detector power terminal (current≤200mA).
DA/DB: 485 terminals (extension for defense zone and smart home function ).
Alarm: alarm output interface (reserved) .
Z8: default doorbell function.
Z7 to Z1: standard defense area interface, support normal open/close security module.
ZX: reserved interface.

Power input terminals: DC 24 V.

Network Port (standard DC 48V POE switch).

NOTE: The installation bracket of indoor station is not designed to the
middle of the device back.

Chapter 3 Basic Function
3.1 Standby Interface
Alarm Record
Press to check out alarm history and set each defense area.
Information
Press to check out messages pushed by managercenter.
Call Log
Press to check, read, delete call history of all types.
Call
Press to enable a call to either guard unit, other residents or other indoor
stations in this apartment.
Video Surveillance
Press to monitor outdoor station.
Press to monitor mini outdoor station .
Press to monitor gate station.
Press to monitor IP cameras.

SOS
Long press for 3 seconds so that an SOS message will be sent to guard
unit.
Away with Arm/Disarm Mode
Press and input the password to enable Away with Arm/Disarm Mode.
Smart Home
Press to enable smart home scenario control (when smart home system is
connected).
Elevator Reserve
Press to reserve an elevator to the floor one lives.

Press to enter Setting page.

3.2 Call in
Calling Page
Basic workflow: ring bell talk unlock call ended
Incoming Call:
1) Visitor can call indoor station through outdoor station, the bell of indoor station
rings.
2) Resident Press to answer the call.
3) During the call, resident can Press to unlock the gate/door, 5s after
unlocking the call will be ended automatically.
4) Resident Press to end call.
Image Capture:
1) During the call, resident can Press to capture images.
2) Images captured will be saved in Call Log in stand-by page.

3.3 Information
Press to enter information page to check messages received from
managercenter.

Choose a message to open and read or delete the message.

3.4 Call
Press in stand-by page to enter calling page.
Calling Page with dial pads
Call indoor station
Basic workflow: call ring bell talk call ended
1) Call
Press to enter indoor station list and call/broadcast to these indoor stations.
Input building No., unit No., room No., and Press to confirm to call other
residents; if only room No. is typed in, then the building/unit No. will be defaulted as
ZERO.
2) Indoor station rings the bell.
3) Call answered by resident.
4) Press to end the call.
Call Guard Unit
Basic workflow: call talk call ended
1) Press to start a call to guard unit.
2) Guard unit bell rings.
NOTE:
1.When talking to residents in the same unit, elevator can be reserved in pop- up.
2.During calling residents can choose to answer when there’s a new call coming in.

3) Talk with guard unit..
4) Press to end call.
3.5 Surveillance
Monitoring page
The surveillance includes monitoring outdoor station, mini outdoor station, gate station
and IP cameras.
Monitor and Unlock
Basic workflow: choose monitored device monitor unlock end
1) Press in stand-by page to enable surveillance function.
2) Press to unlock for the visitors during the surveillance.
3) Press to end surveillance.
Image Capture in Surveillance
During surveillance, press to capture images.
NOTE: Images captured will be saved in Call Log.

Visitor Call in Surveillance
Basic workflow: monitor talk call ended
During surveillance to outdoor stations, press to talk with visitor.
Community Surveillance
Press to start monitoring IP cameras in the community.
3.6 Alarm System Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter alarm system setting page.
Alarm System Setting page
Click to input user password to enable the setting of defense is a property
(Default user password: 666666).
(default password:666666
NOTE:
1.Under disarming, the page shows disarm icon to ensure the user to disarm when
needed.
2.Under arming, when user is threatened, he can input hijack password to disarm,a
hijack message will be sent to guard unit to cause attention (hijack password needs
to be set).

Defense area setting status
Alarm System Setting
In the page of alarm system setting, residents can switch on/off each defense area,
choose defense area type and trigger conditions, relevant defense areas types and
trigger conditions please refer to Defense Area Wiring.
3.7 Away with Arming/Disarming Mode
Press to arm/disarm home.
Password Input page
Under arming, the user can:
Disarm: input the password to disarm.
Under disarming, the user can:
Arm: input the password and enter arming delay, leave the area before the delay time’s
up.

Chapter 4 System Setting
4.1 Time Setting
Press to enter time setting from stand-by page.
Time Setting page
Time synchronization will allow the indoor station keeping in the same time with PC.
4.2 IP Camera Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter IP camera setting.

Add or delete the IP cameras to this indoor station.
When adding camera, the camera code needs to be typed in.

4.3 Call Divert Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter call divert setting page.
Call Divert Setting page
1) Choose device type.
2) When the device is indoor station, the target room No. must be typed in.
4.4 Password Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter password setting.

Input default password input new password confirm (default password: 666666)
布防:输入用户密码,随后进入布防延时,需在延时时间内离开防
NOTE: When guard unit is chosen, room No. can be vacant.

Hijack Password
Enter (user/default) password enter hijack password enter hijack password

(hijack password should be set by using user password, they MUST DIFFER).

4.5 Ringtone Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter ringtone setting page.

1) Adjust ringtone volume.
2) Touch tone and fault tone setting.

Choose a ringtone according to the given list.

4.6 Display Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter display setting.

1) Adjust screen brightness.
2) Set screen saver starting and ending time.
NOTE: Other ringtone means the incoming ringtone of guard unit and
indoor station .

4.7 Language Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter language setting.
Language Setting page
Set the language of the device, language must be set when the device is powered up
first time.
4.8 Configuration Setting
Press in stand-by page to enter configuration setting, config.password must be
typed in.
