Chapter 1 Overview
This product is the mini outdoor station (button type) of the H series IP Video Door
Phone system, the cable used to connect is standard CAT 5, which enables video
communication to indoor monitor/guard unit, it also supports IC card.

Chapter 3 Installation
3.1 Installation Height
1.6M
Suggested Installation Height: Camera is 1.6 meter above the ground.

3.2 Installation Steps
Step 1: install the backbox in the wall.
Size of backbox (W/H/D)100.6×175.5×38.7mm
Step 2: put the outdoor unit into the backbox and fasten with screws.

Chapter 4 Function Description
4.1 Factory Reset
Cut off the power of mini outdoor station and reconnect with power, long press any key
in the machine for THREE seconds within 180 seconds to enable factory reset, when it’s
successful, the machine will beep (short di-di-di-sound). Then short press any key,
when it’s successful, the machine will beep in a long di-sound.
4.2 Card Registration Setting
Steps to register entrance card:
1. Register Admin Card
After factory reset of outdoor station, any card swiped within 60 seconds will be the
administrator card, after the registration, there’ll be a beep sound coming out.
2. Card Registration Mode
In stand-by mode, swipe admin card once to enable the Card Registration Mode (with a
long beep sound), after that swipe admin card within 15 seconds to enter continuous
card registration mode, during registration the outdoor station will beep shortly. If no
card is registered in 15 seconds, the registration mode will end with a continuous beep
sound.
1) Continuous Card Registration
When it’s in Card Registration Mode, swipe admin card ONCE to enter Continuous Card
Registration Mode, register card within every 15 seconds continuously.
1If the registration succeeded, the machine will beep ONCE and count down for
another 15 seconds for another card registration.
2If the registration failed, the machine will beep CONTINUOUSLY to warn the failure
and count down for another registration.
3If there’s no registration for 15 seconds, the machine will beep ONCE and return to
stand-by. When finished registration, swipe admin card again the system will stand by.
2) Continuous Card Delete
When it’s in Card Registration Mode, swipe admin card TWICE to enter Continuous
Card Delete
Mode (the machine will beep twice), delete card within every 15 seconds continuously.
1If the delete succeeded, the machine will beep ONCE and count down for another
15 seconds for deleting.
2If the delete failed, the machine will beep CONTINUOUSLY to warn the failure and

count down for another delete.
3If there’s no delete for 15 seconds, the machine will beep ONCE and return to
stand-by. When finished delete, swipe admin card again the system will stand by.
3) Continuous Admin Card Registration
When it’s in Card Registration Mode, swipe admin card THRICE to enter Continuous
Admin
Card Registration Mode (the machine will beep thrice), register admin card within every
15
seconds continuously.
1If the registration succeeded, the machine will beep ONCE and count down for
another 15 seconds for registration.
2If the registration failed, the machine will beep CONTINUOUSLY to warn the failure
and count down for another registration.
3If there’s no registration for 15 seconds, the machine will beep ONCE and return to
stand-by. When finished registration, swipe admin card again the system will stand by.
4) Continuous Admin Card Delete
When it’s in Card Registration Mode, swipe admin card FOUR TIMES to enter
Continuous
Admin Card Delete Mode (the machine will beep four times), delete admin card within
every 15
seconds continuously.
1If the delete succeeded, the machine will beep ONCE and count down for another
15 seconds for delete.
2If the delete failed, the machine will beep CONTINUOUSLY to warn the failure and
count down for another delete.
3If there’s no delete for 15 seconds, the machine will beep ONCE and return to
stand-by. When finished delete, swipe admin card again the system will stand by.
5) Delete All User Cards
When it’s in Card Registration Mode, swipe admin card FIVE TIMES to enter Delete All
User
Cards Mode (the machine will beep 10 times), swipe admin card to delete all user cards
within15 seconds.
1If the delete succeeded, the machine will beep ONCE and return to stand-by.
2If the delete failed (wrong admin card used), the machine will beep
CONTINUOUSLY to and return to stand-by.

3If there’s no delete for 15 seconds, the machine’ll beep ONCE and return to
stand-by.
NOTE: Admin Card + User Card ≤ 200pcs
4.3 Call
By short press the button (0-3s), visitor starts to call indoor monitor, mini outdoor station
will echo back the ring of indoor monitor and end in 30s if there’s no answer. During the
calling:
if the button is shortly pressed again, the calling will be prolonged for another 30s;
if the button is long pressed (over 3s), the call will be diverted to Guard Unit.
Call Switch-over: if other button is pressed, then the new call starts with the previous
ends.
4.4 Call Management Center/Guard Unit
By long press the button for 3s, visitor starts to call guar unit, with echo back. Call will be
ended if now answered in 30s. During the call, if the button is long pressed, the waiting
period will again be reset to 30s; if short pressed, call will be switched to user indoor
monitor.
4.5 Door Status Alarm
The door status alarm function is realized by the door status detection function of the
outdoor station, if the detection shows that the door has been open over 120 seconds,
the guard unit will receive alarm to remind the management that the door has been
open for too long.
In default setting the door status alarm is closed, when the door is closed for over 30
seconds, the door status detection will be activated.
4.6 Anti-dismantle Alarm
Anti-dismantle Alarm will be activated when the mini outdoor station is under
dismantling, the alarm will also be sent to guard unit that mini outdoor station is under
dismantling.
4.7 Unlock Time Setting
The unlocking time ranges from 1 to 30 seconds. The default unlocking time is 10
seconds.

You can select Unlock Timer to modify the configuration, and tap Execute.
4.8 Unlock
1) Entrance Card Unlock
Swipe the registered card on the mini outdoor station to open the door.
2) Indoor Monitor Unlock
When a call is received, the user can unlock the door from the indoor monitor.
3) Switch Unlock
The monitor has built-in interfaces for connection with normal door unlock switch, when
it’s connected, the door con be opened by pushing the switch (normally installed in the
apartment).
