1.2 Safetyprecautions
Beforeusingthisproduct,besuretoreadtheuser'smanualtoprevent
malfunctionsthatmayoccurduringuse.
1.Alwaysmakesurethatthedeviceis fixedon alevelsurfacethatcanwithstandshakingandtheweightofthedevice d
uringoperationandplacedon a safetable.
2.Donotmovetheproductduringoperation,andleaveasafespacewithin 30cmaroundthecentrifugeforuser s
afety.
-Atalltimes,the locationof the deviceshouldhaveenoughspacearoundthe deviceforproperaircirculation.
3. Alwaysinstallthe equipmentin aplacewheretemperatureandhumiditycanbecontrolled.
-Permissible ambient temperature: +5℃~+35℃/+41℉~+95℉, relative humidity:≤85%
4. Beforeconnectingthe power,theratedvoltageshouldbe checked.
5. Donot useunauthorizedrotorsoraccessories.
6. Beforeusingthe device,makesurethatthe rotorandrotorlid aresecurelylocked.
-Therotormustbeproperlyinstalledandmustbeusedwiththemotorshaftsecurelylocked.
7. Checkthat the rotoris properlypositionedonthe motorshaftby turningit manually.
8. Donot stopthe rotorby handwhilethe machineis in use.
9. Emergencydooropeningis onlyusedwhenmotioniscompletelystopped.
10. Permissiblespeedsandspecialspecificgravityshouldnot beused.
If the densityofthe wholesampleis greaterthan1.2g/ml,themaximumrotationalspeedshouldbereducedto avoid
rotorfailure.
11.Whenholdingthe sample,do not exceed80%ofthetotalvolumeofthe tube.Otherwise,the tube maybreakorthe s
amplesolutionmayflow.
12.In ordertoavoidunbalancedrotors,tubesshouldalwaysbesymmetricallyfilledwithwell-balancedsamples. If
necessary,theycanbepairedusingwatertoachievebalance.
13.Theoperatingspeedshouldnot behigherthanthe respectiveguaranteedg valuesofthe centrifuge,rotor,bucket o
radapterandsampletube. In particular,theguaranteedgvalueofthe sampletubeshouldnot be neglected.
14. Therotorshouldbe cleanedanddriedaftereveryuseforlonglife andsafety.
15. Alwaysdisconnectthe powersupplyduringregularinspectionandserviceto avoidelectricshock.
16. Alwayscentrifugebiologicalmaterialandusea validateddisinfectionprocedure.
17. Donot centrifugeflammable,toxic,radioactive,explosive,orcorrosivesubstances.
18. If itis necessaryto usetoxicorradioactivesubstancesorpathogenicmicroorganismsbelongingto WHORisk
GroupII, the nationalregulationsof“Laboratory Bio-safetyManual” must beobserved.

3. Product assembly andinstallation
3.1 ProductInstallation
1. Afterpurchasingthecentrifuge,removethepackagingbox and protective filmand checkthecomponents.
▶Accessories:Centrifuge/ UserManual / PowerCord&Plug/ Rotor LockingTool/ Lubricant
(grease)leveler /Spanner/Touchpen/WallOutletSocket
2.Placethedeviceon aflatand hardplace,placealeveler on thetopof
thedevice,and keepthewaterdropletsinsidethedevicelevel.
▶Adjust the level of the machinebyturning the redgear ofthe wheel
accordingto themethodbelowsothatallwaterdropletsinsidetheleveler
are within the black linesonbothsides.
3. Turntheheight-adjustingredgearsof thefourmovablewheelsat the bottom of the machineto increasethe height.
Adjusttodothe1stequilibrium work.
(Referto 3.5RotorMountingand Dismounting,and afterinstalling therotor,
completethefinalequilibrationwork)
▶The height adjustment red gear is interlocked with the rubber feet to
fix the device on the floor of the installation site.
▶Youcaneasilyoperatetheredgear by usingtheprovidedspanner.

3.2Powerconnection
1. Afterconnectingthepoweroutletprovidedby themanufacturer,connecttheAC powercordto the powersocketlocatedon the
rightrearside ofthe mainbody.
▶Pleasechecktheratedvoltage(230V~,50/60Hz)to be used.
2.Pushthepowerswitchbutton on therightsideof themainbody upwardin theON direction.
▶Thedisplay screenappearsas NowLoading..>>Loadingimages..SDCard Found.
3.Click OK on the pop-upwindowthatappearson thedisplaywindow.
▶Press OK → Move to UNLOCKscreen
4. PressUNLOCKon the displaywindow.
▶Press UNLOCK→ move to mainscreen

3.3Lidopen
Canbe usedto open lids.Lidopeningcanbe confirmedthroughthe DOORiconon the mainscreen.

Thelid locksystemof thisproductis lockedwithonlyalighttouch,so do not applyexcessive
force.
3.4 Rotor mountingandremoval
1. Beforeassemblingthe rotor,removeforeign matterormoisture
fromthe motorshaftand rotorwithadrycloth.
Attention!Electricalrequirements
220Vpowerisused,andif thevoltagechangesbymorethan±10%fromthestandardvoltage,precisereliability ca
nnotbe obtained during operation. In addition,it isnecessaryto ensurethatconstantpowerissuppliedto avoid an
y damagetovariouspartsinthecentrifuge.Thisdeviceisintendedtobe usedat220Vvoltageatthetimeof shipm
ent.

2.Aligntherotorto thecentralaxisofthechamberand rotateitbyusingthe
providedRotorLockingTool.
▶Rotor mounting:clockwise
▶Rotorseparation:counterclockwise
▶Holdtherotorwingwithonehandandusethetoolwiththeotherhandtoinstallor r
emove.
3. Attachabucketsuitable forthe sampletube to therotorlatch.
▶When using, the rotor must be equipped withthesame bucket.
▶Be carefulnot to haveany dustorforeignsubstancesin thejointarea
betweenthe rotor andbucket.
▶Manuallyrotatethe rotorto checkthatall installed bucketsaresmoothly spr
eadout,and if thespreadingis not smoothor the spreadingangleis not the sa
me,applyLubricant(grease)to thejointoftherotorandbucket(rotor clasp).

2.Aligntherotortothecentralaxisof thechamberandrotateit usingthe
providedRotor LockingTool.

3.Putthesampletubesuitable fortherotor,closetherotorlid,and thenturn t
he lid nut clockwisetofixit.

▶Holdthe rotorwith one hand and rotatethelid nutwiththe other handto
combineor separatethelid.
Attention! Checkrotor connectionbeforedriving
Beforeuse, makesure thattherotor is securelyfastenedtothe
motorshaft.

Attention!Sampleweight asymmetry detection
For the safety of not only the devicebutalsothe user,there is a function that detects asymmet
ry and forcibly stops the operationwhen the sample weight is differentthan a certain amount.
3.5 Mountingthe sampletube
1.Beforeinsertingthesampletube, checkthatthereis no foreignmatteror moistureinside therotorholeor
bucket.
▶If thereis any foreignmatteror moisture,be sureto removeit with adrycloth.
2. Thesampletube mustbe placedand mountedsymmetrically.
▶There should be no difference in weight ofthe tube filled withthesample, and the densityshould be

(display window:0:00:00).Also,afterstartingtheoperation,thetimechangeappearsas ALL(timeincreaseswith
start)and Atthe setSpeed(timeincreasesafterreachingthesetspeed).

4.2 Speedsetting
Rotationspeedis displayedin RPM/RCF, RPM canbe setup to 22,000 and RCF canbe setup to
54,111xg.TheRCF valuesforRPMareinterlockedand automaticallycalculated.
1. PressSPEED
▶The SPEEDsettingscreenappears.
2. Afterpressingthe RPMor RCFdisplay, enter the
setting valueusingthenumerickeypadandselectOK.
▶IfyouclickOK, the speedsetting valueisfinallysaved.
▶Ifyouenter thesettingvalue incorrectly, pressthe
[CLEAR]button. RPM displayis changedto0.

4.3 Timesetting
Thetimecanbe set in "hours", "minutes"and "seconds",and canbe setup to 99:59:59 secondsor continuously (d
isplay window 0: 00:00).Also,after starting the operation, the timechangeappears as Normal(timeincreases wit
hstart)andat setSPEED (timeincreasesafterreachingsetspeed).

2. PressHH:MM:SSindividually onthe time
display, enter the setting value using thenumeric
keypadandpressOK.
▶If you clickOK, the time setting value is finally

▶Ifyouenter thesetting value incorrectly, press
the [CLEAR]button. RPM display ischangedto 0
Attention! Timemodedefinition(ALLmode/atsetSPEED mode)
For accurate timemanagement,the timemode can be set to ALLmode
(time increases with start) and at set SPEED mode (time increases after
reachingthe setspeed).

3. Fast cooloperation
1. After entering the settemperatureaccording to
the generaltemperaturesettingmethod,press
Fast Cool whenquick coolingisrequired.
▶It reachesthesettemperaturewhile rotating at 1,000
rpm.(Slow rotation acceleratesair circulation in the
chamberto speedcooling)
2.Selectthedesiredtemperaturebymovingthe
temperaturescalebar left/right, thenpressOK.
▶Whenyou press OK,thetemperature
setting value is finallysaved.
Attention! Fast Cooloperation
Thefastcoolfunctionworkswiththerotormounted.Do notusethefastcoolfunctionwhentherotoris not
fullysecuredorthe sampletube isinsertedasymmetrically.

4.6Save,recallanddeleteprograms
1. If you wantto savethe program,enter the settingvalues
(speed,time,temperature,acceleration/deceleration,etc.),
press MENU, and selectSAVEPROG.
2.Enterthename/user/ passwordand clickOK.
▶A“Saving Program:Are you sure?” messagewindow
appears.
3.ClickOKif youwantto save.
▶ClickOKto savethe program.
▶Ifyouwanttocancelthesavedvalue,press
CANCEL.
Savetheprogram
Whenoperatingthe deviceundervarious conditions, settingvaluessuchas speedand timecan
be savedin advanceand thenrecalledand usedimmediatelyasneeded.
