1.2 Safetyprecautions
Beforeusingthisproduct,besuretoreadtheuser'smanualtoprevent
malfunctionsthatmayoccurduringuse.
1.Alwaysmakesurethatthedeviceis fixedon alevelsurfacethatcanwithstandshakingandtheweightofthedevice d
uringoperationandplacedon a safetable.
2.Donotmovetheproductduringoperation,andleaveasafespacewithin 30cmaroundthecentrifugeforuser s
afety.
-Atalltimes,the locationof the deviceshouldhaveenoughspacearoundthe deviceforproperaircirculation.
3. Alwaysinstallthe equipmentin aplacewheretemperatureandhumiditycanbecontrolled.
-Permissible ambient temperature: +5℃~+35℃/+41℉~+95℉, relative humidity:≤85%
4. Beforeconnectingthe power,theratedvoltageshouldbe checked.
5. Donot useunauthorizedrotorsoraccessories.
6. Beforeusingthe device,makesurethatthe rotorandrotorlid aresecurelylocked.
-Therotormustbeproperlyinstalledandmustbeusedwiththemotorshaftsecurelylocked.
7. Checkthat the rotoris properlypositionedonthe motorshaftby turningit manually.
8. Donot stopthe rotorby handwhilethe machineis in use.
9. Emergencydooropeningis onlyusedwhenmotioniscompletelystopped.
10. Permissiblespeedsandspecialspecificgravityshouldnot beused.
If the densityofthe wholesampleis greaterthan1.2g/ml,themaximumrotationalspeedshouldbereducedto avoid
rotorfailure.
11.Whenholdingthe sample,do not exceed80%ofthetotalvolumeofthe tube.Otherwise,the tube maybreakorthe s
amplesolutionmayflow.
12.In ordertoavoidunbalancedrotors,tubesshouldalwaysbesymmetricallyfilledwithwell-balancedsamples. If
necessary,theycanbepairedusingwatertoachievebalance.
13.Theoperatingspeedshouldnot behigherthanthe respectiveguaranteedg valuesofthe centrifuge,rotor,bucket o
radapterandsampletube. In particular,theguaranteedgvalueofthe sampletubeshouldnot be neglected.
14. Therotorshouldbe cleanedanddriedaftereveryuseforlonglife andsafety.
15. Alwaysdisconnectthe powersupplyduringregularinspectionandserviceto avoidelectricshock.
16. Alwayscentrifugebiologicalmaterialandusea validateddisinfectionprocedure.
17. Donot centrifugeflammable,toxic,radioactive,explosive,orcorrosivesubstances.
18. If itis necessaryto usetoxicorradioactivesubstancesorpathogenicmicroorganismsbelongingto WHORisk
GroupII, the nationalregulationsof“Laboratory Bio-safetyManual” must beobserved.
