With your Hanhart stopwatch or day timer, you
have acquired an outstanding example of the
watchmaker’s art: If any faults arise, in spite of
our rigorous inspections and quality standards,
we provide you with a 2-year guarantee against
material and manufacturing defects.
The following are not covered by the
guarantee:
• Damage to glasses
• Damage caused by deliberate destruction,
violence
• Damage caused by repairs undertaken
by retailer, customer service centres or
watchmakers not authorized by Hanhart
Please contact an authorized Hanhart retailer
if you require a repair or service. He will send
your stopwatch or day timer to a Hanhart
customer service centre or he will carry
out the necessary service operations by
arrangement with our watchmakers.
This guarantee is only valid in conjunction with
the Hanhart Guarantee Card. You will receive
your international Hanhart Guarantee Card at
the time of purchasing your stopwatch or day
timer. It must be completed and dated by the
retailer. Please keep your Guarantee Card in a
safe place.
