Attach Seat (B) to Back Frame (F) with
Head Cap Bolts (long), Spring Washers
and Flat Washers.
Attach Side Pieces (D) to unit
with Head Cap Bolts (long),
Head Cap Bolts (short),
Spring Washers and Flat Washers.
Head Cap Bolt (short)
Spring Washer
Flat Washer

IMPORTANT
* Do not tighten up all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
* You should keep Hex Wrench in the safe place as you may need to tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future.
*After assembly, item must be level to work property. Use the included adjustable levelers to level.

Attach Front Leg (C) to unit to
with Head Cap Bolts (long),
Head Cap Bolts (short), Spring
Washers and Flat Washers.
Attach Stretcher (E) to unit
with Head Cap Bolts (short),
Spring Washers and Flat Washers.
Turn the chair to its’ upright position.
Place Cushion (A) onto seat.
Use the tie-downs on Cushion (A) to attach to chair.
To level the chair, adjust the
adjustable levelers on the
bottom of the legs.
