Diana II
Intended use
The Diana II is an extremely stable, electrically
operated li for liing clients. It has a compact,
foldable chassis so that it can even be used in
spaces with limited room to maneuver. Our
extensive range of slings provides the required
support.
Due to its compact size, the Diana II is ideal
for use in small spaces, both at home - narrow
doorways and toilets/bathrooms - as well as in
healthcare instuons where other necessary
medical devices can oen cluer an area.
The Diana II has a large liing range. This means
that the li has a large reach: it is able to li
far. This is parcularly important for posioning
a person comfortably at the back of a chair
or wheelchair. The li has a large liing range
(liing high/low), which makes the Diana II a
versale li that can be used in many situaons.
The Diana II can be used with both a 2-point
hanger bar and a 4-point hanger bar. The
2-point hanger bar is ideal for use with strap
loop slings. The 4-point spreader bar has hooks
for aaching our E-clip slings. The universal
E-clip is a proven system for fastening a sling to
a li, thereby signicantly reducing the risk of
error. The clip is placed around the snap hooks
of the hanger bar and closes with a audible
'click'. It is a signal to the caregiver that the clip
is securely aached and cannot unexpectedly
become loose. Using the 4-point hanger bar
The safe working load is exceeded.
The product is damaged.
The clips of the sling are not
securely and properly aached.
You have not read and under-
stood all the safety warnings and
instrucons.
Do not use the li if:
allows the caregiver to place the client into
the desired posion, varying from recumbent,
semi-recumbent and sing.
This electrically operated li provides support
to clients while they are lied from their bed,
in/out of a chair or wheelchair, on/o the toilet
and even from the oor. The leg spreading
allows the li to be placed around a chair/toilet
to get as close as possible to a client for a more
comfortable transfer. You can choose between
operang the legs using foot pedals (Manual
Leg Adjustment = MLA) or an electronic system
(Electric Leg Adjustment = ELA).
When the li is not in use, it can be folded
easily so it can be stored or taken to another
locaon.
