1.Assemble windshield:
Install the windshield on the vehicle, and
secure in place with 2pcs 3.5X12mm
screws. (See Fig 1)

2.Assemble the cover of vehicle bonnet/engine cover.
a:Insert the card mouth of the cover of vehicle head into the slot on
the meter board.(See Fig.2)

b:Pull and turn the locking pins to secure engine cover in place.
(See Fig.3)
3.Assemble the steering wheel:
Place the steering sleeve on the steering wheel rod,then place the
steering wheel on the steering wheel rod.Place the bolt through
the steering wheel and secure with nut.(See Fig.4,5,6)

Insert the back section into the back body of the vehicle,then
secure with 4pcs 3.5 X12mm screws.(See Fig.7,8)
4.Assemble the back section:

lnsert the two back lights into the back section. (See Fig.7)

Place the seat on the vehicle and secure in place by two screws and
nut.(See Fig.9)
5.Assemble the seat:
(Note:please press the nut from underneath the vehicle body hand
when securing the screw.See Fig.10)

The charging socket is at the left side of dashboard.
Press the power switch to OFF position to turn the power off.

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery connector is loose.
Make sure the battery connector is firmly plugged in.
The 12 Volt battery will not recharge. Make sure the charger
is plugged into a 240 Volt wall outlet and the power flow to the
outlet is turned on.
Charger is not plugged in. Make sure the charger is plugged into a
240 Volt wall outlet and the power flow to the outlet is turned on.
Check and replace fuse if necessary.
The 12 Volt
battery will
not recharge

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE
The battery is dead. Have you properly maintained the battery
according to the directions? Is the battery old? Your battery may
need to be replaced. Contact Hunter Products Customer Sevice
for assistance on 1800 224 094.
Electrical system is damaged. Water may have corroded the system
or loose dirt, gravel or sand may have jammed the switch.
Motor is damaged. Contact Hunter Products Customer Sevice for
assistance on 1800 224 094.
Battery connector is loose.
Make sure the battery connector is firmly plugged in.
The 12 Volt battery will not recharge. Make sure the charger is
plugged into a 240 Volt wall outlet and the power flow to the outlet
is turned on.

Check and replace fuse if necessary.
The battery may be undercharged. You may not be charging the
battery for long enough. After each use, or at a minimum of once a
month, charge the battery for a full 10 hours. DO NOT leave the the
battery on the charger for more than 20 hours.
The battery is old. The 6 Volt battery will eventually lose the ability to
hold a charge. Depending on the amount of use, and varrying
conditions, the battery should operate for one to three years.
Replace the battery with a new 6 Volt battery.

This is normal and not a cause for concern. It may also be silent
when charging, which is also normal.
The battery needs recharging. After each use, or at a minimum of
once a month, charge the battery for a full 10 hours. DO NOT leave
the battery on the charger for more than 20 hours.
The battery is old. The 12 Volt battery will eventually lose the ability to
hold a charge. Depending on the amount of use, and varrying
conditions, the battery should operate for one to three years. Replace
the battery with a new 12 Volt battery.
The vehicle is overloaded. Maximum weight is 40kg. DO NOT
overload the vehicle. DO NOT tow anything behind the vehicle.

When not in use all the electrical source should be turned off.Press the
power switch to OFF position to turn the power off,and disconnect the
battery connection under the seat.
