ATTACH THE BENCH LEGS AND BACK STIFFENERS

Please wear gloves during the whole assembly process.
NOTE:
at the top part and two at the bottom part.

Attach the back stiffeners (H) to the back of the legs (B & I) with eight M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (AA). Tighten securely.

Screw the adjustable feet (DD) into the bottom holes of the bench legs (B & I).

Slide the back clip of the outer rail of a left slide (C) into the back slot at the left bench leg’s (B) slide panel.
INSTALL THE SLIDES
INSTALL THE ADJUSTABLE FEET
Turn over the workbench frame.
Slide the front clip of the outer rail into the slot at the front of the bench leg’s side panel.
Fasten the slide to the bench leg by screwing two M4 x 5 Phillips head bolts (BB) through the bench leg’s outer
side to the slide. tighten securely
Repeat the same procedure to install the other left slide (C) to the left bench leg (B) and two right slides (F) to
the right bench leg (I).

4ASSEMBLE THE DRAWER
Step 1: Lay the drawer panel (E) on its bottom. The bottom side is the side with stiffeners.
NOTE:
bottom is protected before laying the drawer on its bottom.
Make sure your platform is free of debris or the drawer

Step 2: .Bend up the side panels upright to 90°

During this process, insert the clips
at the two ends of the back panel into
the slots of the side panels.
Step 3: .Bend all the clips towards the back panel until they lean against the back panel

Step 5: Turn up the drawer front panel (D) upright to 90°. Make sure the bottom bended edge of the drawer body is surrounded
by the bottom groove of the drawer front panel (D).
Step 6: Fasten the drawer front panel (D) and side panels together by screwing six M4 x 6 Phillips pan head tapping bolts (CC)
through the side panels to the drawer front panel (D).

NOTE:
Please use Phillips screwdriver by hand.
Otherwise product damage may be caused.
At this step, DO NOT use power tool.
Lay down the drawer front panel (D) on its face with a soft mat underneath for protection.
Put the drawer body’s front section onto the drawer front panel (D).

Slide the drawer body’s front bottom bended edge into the bottom groove of the front panel (D).

ATTACH THE DRAWER
Attach the drawer to the slides by sliding the slots at the drawer’s side panels onto the upright clips of the slides.
Secure the drawer to the slides by screwing eight M4 x 5 Phillips head bolts (BB) through the drawer to the slides.

Step 7: Bend inwards all the clips at the bottom of the drawer front panel (D) by 90° with the help of a screwdriver.

ATTACH THE WOOD TOP
Attach the wood top (A) to the bench legs by screwing eight M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (AA) through the mounting
plates of the bench legs (B & I) to the two bottom sides of the wood top. Tighten securely.

7ATTACH THE FRONT STIFFENER
Attach the front stiffener (G) to the bench legs (B & I) with four M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (AA).

TURN OVER THE BENCH
Close the drawer and turn over the bench.
9SECURE THE WOOD TOP
Turn over the bench with a soft mat underneath for protection.

Pull out the drawer completely.
□
Secure the wood top to the bench frame with four M6 x 16 hex socket head screws head (AA).

Attach the side brackets (J & L) to the wood top (A) with four M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (AA).
Insert the screws by hand. DO NOT tight securely.

Attach the pegboard (K) to the side brackets (J & L) and wood top (A) with eight M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (AA).
Tighten securely.
Tighten the screws for the side brackets securely.

Care and Cleaning
□Periodically clean the workbench surfaces with a soft rag and water.
□Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning fluid.

Maintenance
Check all nuts and bolts periodically for tightness. When required, tighten them.
Lubricate the slides semi-annually with a spray lubricant or light duty oil.

Pull the drawer out until it is extended to the maximum. There are two black release levers: one on each side of the drawer.
Pull one up while you push the other one down simultaneously. At the same time, pull the drawer out of the drawer slides.
