※ 2 Doors / Using In Reader Only (2 Readers) : Connect to iTDC Main Board
2 Doors / Using In-Out Reader (4 Readers) : Same with Configuration of Door 1 & 2 for 3 Door Control

2) Error occurs when installing SQL Database.
Solution
①Did You Install SQL Server 2005 Express Edition as Indicated Below?
※ Following products must be installed to the computer prior to installing SQL Server 2005
Express Edition

ㆍCheck ” I accept the licensing terms
and conditions”, Click Next 
ㆍClick Install ㆍInitial Installation Complete,
Click Next 

ㆍBegin Installation of SQL Server,
Click Next 
ㆍConfirm the SQL Server System
Configuration Check, Click Next 
ㆍInsert ”Name / Company “
ㆍUn-check “Hide advanced configuration
options”, Click Next 
ㆍSelect “Entire feature will be installed
on local hard drive” for Database Service
and Client Components, Click Next 
ㆍClick Next ㆍSelect ”Default Instance”,

: If the iTDC PRO II and Database are
installed on the same location,
insert “localhost”
ㆍInsert Server User ID
: Insert SQL Server User ID (“sa”)
ㆍInsert Server User Password
: Password configured while installing
SQL Server
ㆍClick “Connection Test” to check the
connection status
①After Installing the software, Did you Configure Database Server Definition?
: After installing the Database Server and iTDC PRO II S/W, you must configure Database Server
Definition as Below to Log-In to the software properly.

Solution
①Check If the ID Information is Properly Registered in the Controller!
: If the ID Information (ID Number + PW) is only registered in the fingerprint reader and not in the
controller, access will be granted in the fingerprint reader but the door will not open.
ID must be registered in the controller, too.
[Set up] >> [Set System Data] >> Use [Card Holders] to register ID information
[Access Control] >> Use [Card Holder Management] to register ID information

②Is the Access Group Setting Configured to Registered ID?
: Door will open properly when the registered IDs are configured to designated access group.

③What is the recommended cable length of Wiegand cable for Connecting
Controller and Reader?
: Data interference may occur if the recommended length of cable is not used.
Please check the recommended cable length (distance) and install the products within the range.
The maximum distance of Wiegand cable between controller and reader is 150m, but it is
recommended to install the products within 30~40m for stable system operation.
※ Refer to the product manual for recommended cable and distance.

④Are you using separate power source for reader and controller?
: When using separate power source for reader and controller, if the ground is not connected,
it may cause a potential difference between reader and controller and not transfer the data properly.
Use same power source for reader and controller
