Configuring the iPP350 pinpad from
Serial to USB Interface
This pinpad is often pre-configured for a Serial connection. This document will provide
instructions for configuring the Ingenico iPP350 pinpad for USB connection.

Changing from Serial to USB Interface
1. After powering on the pinpad,
the following screen will
appear. On the keypad, press
the +,#* key and the yellow key
at the same time then release.
2. At the Retail Base screen, enter
the numbers 2634 followed by
the green Enter key.

3. Press the F key for the
Functions menu.
4. Then using the Down key, scroll
to TDA and press the Enter key.

5. Press 0on the keypad to select
Configuration.
6. Press 0on the keypad to select
Communication.

7. Press 0on the keypad to select
Select Comm. Type.
8. Press 3on the keypad to select
USB<>Serial Conv.

8. Press the Cancel key until
the pinpad prompts for a
reboot. Select 1 for Yes to
save and reboot. The
pinpad will now reboot.
9. On the keypad, press the
+,#* key and the yellow key
at the same time then
release.
10. At the splash screen, look
for the USB Host status.
The pinpad is now configured for a USB connection.
