1.Important Safety Warning
•Do not allow any foreign matter to enter the clearance between the massage head
and the casing
•Do not allow the product to come into contact with water so as to avoid any
possible accidents that may result from a short circuit.
•If the mains cable or plug is damaged, do not disassemble and attempt to repair it
by yourself. Please contact your distributor.
•Ensure that the mains power is suitable for this product.
•Please disconnect the product from the mains supply after use or before cleaning
to avoid damage to the equipment or personal injury.
•Please use this product according to this Manual.
•Do not use any spare parts and attachments other than those recommended.
•Do not use this product if its casing or mains cable is damaged.
•Do not use this product if you are under the influence of alcohol or feeling unwell.
•Do not use this product with too much force so as to avoid injury.
•Do not keep this product on for more than 15 minutes so as to avoid overheating.
•Do not use this product within one hour of eating.
•Please use this product carefully according to your doctor's advice if you have a
neck or back injury or if you have had an operation recently.

Warm tips
•Take off the product from the package.
•Press on the middle of the elastic cord, and untie the product.
•If you don't use the massage cushion for the moment, you can fix the machine at the
chair back by elastic cord.
·This product designed on neck, shoulder, back, waist, hips, and other parts
massage.
·The neck shoulder massage position is adjustable, the rollers can move up and
down according to user's requirement to fit for different body height.
·Waist air massage: with air bags on two sides of the waist.
·Back massage: with kneading massage function and warm therapy function on
back, and the rollers on back with both clockwise and counter clockwise direction
to massage.
·With vibration massage function on seat, it can be individually controlled.
·Buttocks air massage: with air bags inside, massage on your buttocks, thigh and
perineum part.
·Back with 4 swing massage hand,1 set of knock 3D simulated human hand
rollers, multiple concave-convex design, the rollers rotate in clockwise and
counter clockwise to massage on your neck and back, creat 3D massage effect.
·The rated time is 15 minutes, when the time is out, the machine will stop
automatically.
·The massage rollers will turn back to bottom after the machine turn off.

Button Description
Power button: Press this button to start massage, turn off the
product, the massage rollers will back to bottom.
Neck up and down button: adjust rollers height on neck
Neck massage direction button: press the left button one time to
start massage, press twice turn direction, Press the right button is
turned in the direction by the program.
Full back button: swing on your back, massage back and forth
Upper body button: swing on your upper back, massage back
and forth.
Lower body button: swing on your lower back, massage back and
forth.
Modes: There are four automatic modes to choose, the former
three models for roll kneading + tapping combination, fourth for roll
kneading massage and closed tapping massage.
Intensity: tapping intensity has adjustable function with 3 levels,
the default with lowest levels.
Fixed button: swing massage on a fixed point.
Warm button: Turn on/off back、neck heat function.
Air massage button: Turn on/off waist、 buttock air massage
function, intensity with 3 levels adjustable.
Seat vibration button: Turn on/off buttocks vibration massage
function, intensity with 3 levels adjustable

Operating steps
1.Put the product on the chair (fix it on the back of the chair by the elastic cord)
2.Connect the power line with adapter, insert the DC end on the power line to the
corresponding DC socket on the massage cushion, insert the AC end to the power
socket.
3.Sit on the massage cushion, make your back and neck rely on the machine.
4.Use the remote to start massage.
Trouble shooting
This chapter summarizes the most commonly problems when use this product, if
you cannot solve the problem by the below information, please consult with the
local authorized maintenance center or customer service center.
If you have the problem which was not in the below sheet, please try as the follow
steps：
1.Turn off the power, plug out from the socket.
2.Make the products in off state 60 minutes.
3.Plug in and restart the product.
If still has problem, please contact with the local customer service center.

Solution
Insert the power plug or adapter
DC end and check the voltage
whether it is suit for local voltage.
Press the “power button” to restart
massage if you want to try again.
The power plug should be out for
60 minutes make sure it is cool, if
you need to use the product again.
Take the power plug out and
unload the weights (if it is still on
the product). Turn on the power
to restart the product.
Turn off the warm therapy function
Power plug out to cool the machine,
please take out the power plug
every time after you use the product
The noise is normal, not belong to
the product problem.
Products maintenance
Ⅰ.Cleaning
•Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaner or any corrosive liquid (For example,
gasoline or acetone) to clean the product, do not put the product in water.
1.Take the plug out.
2.Use a dry cloth clean the remote board and power line.
3.Do not use cleanser.
Ⅱ.Storage
1.Take the plug out.
2.Put the product in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
3.Do not put weights on the product.
Ⅲ.Replacement
•If the PU cover was broken, stop to use the product, please contact with the local
authorized customer service center.
