1 Fit the scroll inside the mincer body.
2 Fit the cutter – cutting side
outermost . Ensure it’s se ted
properly – otherwise you could
d m ge your mincer.
3 Fit mincer screen . Put the notch
over the pin.
●Use the fine screen for r w me t;
fish; sm ll nuts; or cooked me t for
shepherd’s pie or me t lo ves.
●Use the medium nd co rse screens
for r w me t; fish nd nuts.
4 Loosely fit the ring nut.
to use the mincer
1 Pull the c tch nd remove the
slow speed outlet cover .
2 Hold the c tch b ck nd insert the
mincer. Turn it both w ys until it
locks into pl ce.
3 Tighten the ring nut m nu lly.
4 Fit the tr y . Put the dish/cover
under the mincer to c tch the food.
5Thaw frozen food thoroughly
before mincing. Cut me t into
2.5cm (1”) -wide strips.
6 Switch to speed 4. Using the pusher,
gently push the food through, one
piece t time. Don’t push hard
– you could d m ge your mincer.

1 If you’re using skin, so k it in cold
w ter for 30 minutes first.
2 Pull the c tch , nd remove the
slow speed outlet cover .
3 Hold the c tch b ck nd insert the
mincer body. Turn it both w ys until
it locks into pl ce.
4 Fit the scroll inside the mincer body.
5 Fit the b se pl te - put the notch
over the pin.
6 If you’re using skin, open it up with
jet of w ter. Then put your chosen
nozzle under running t p nd pull
the skin onto the nozzle.
7 Hold the nozzle on the mincer nd
screw the ring nut on .
8 Fit the tr y .
9 Switch to speed 3 or 4. Using the
pusher, push the food through.
Don’t push hard – you could
d m ge your mincer. E se the skin
off the nozzle s it fills. Don’t overfill.
10Twist the skin to form s us ges.

100g (4oz) dry bre d
600g (11⁄2lb) pork, le n nd f t, cut
into strips
1 egg, be ten
5ml (1tsp) mixed herbs
s lt nd pepper
1 So k the bre d in w ter, then
squeeze.
2 Mince the pork into bowl.
3 Add the rem ining ingredients nd
mix well.
4 M ke into s us ges (see bove).
5 Fry, grill or b ke until golden brown.

stuffed kebbe recipe
outer casing
500g (1lb 2oz) l mb or f t-free
mutton, cut into strips
500g (1lb 2oz) bulgur whe t,
w shed nd dr ined
1 sm ll onion, finely chopped
Important
Alw ys use the bulgur whe t str ight
w y fter dr ining. If it is llowed to
dry out, it m y incre se the lo d on
the mincer resulting in d m ge.
1 Using the fine screen, mince

2 Mix. Then mince twice more.
3 Stir the onion into the mix.
4 Push through, using the kebbe
m ker (see bove).
Filling
400g (10oz) l mb, cut into strips
15ml (1tbsp) oil
2 medium onions, finely chopped
5-10ml (1-2tsp) ground llspice
15ml (1tbsp) pl in flour
s lt nd pepper
1 Using the fine screen, mince the
l mb.
2 Fry the onions until golden brown.
Add the l mb.
3 Add the rem ining ingredients nd
cook for 1-2 minutes.
4 Dr in off ny excess f t nd llow to
cool.
To finish
1 Push the c sing mixture through,
using the kebbe m ker.
2 Cut into 8cm (3”) lengths.
3 Pinch one end of the tube to se l it.
Push some filling – not too much –
into the other end, then se l.
4 Deep fry in hot (190˚) oil for bout 6
minutes or until golden brown.

1 Loosen the ring nut m nu lly or with
the sp nner nd dism ntle. W sh
ll the p rts in hot so py w ter, then
dry. Don’t wash any part in the
dishwasher. Never use sod
solution.
2 Re- ssemble.
3 Wipe the screens with veget ble oil,
then wr p in gre seproof p per to
prevent discolouring/rusting.
4 If you keep the mincer on the
m chine, put the dish/cover on the
tr y s dust-cover.
5 You c n pull the lid off the pusher
nd store the s us ge nd kebbe
tt chments inside.

5Ontdooi bevroren vlees goed
alvorens het in de vleesmolen
fijn te malen. Snijd het vlees in
reepjes v n 2,5 cm.
6 Sch kel snelheid 4 in. Gebruik de
vulbuis om het vlees rustig - reepje
voor reepje- door de vleesmolen te
duwen. Duw niet te hard - de
vleesmolen zou hierdoor besch digd
kunnen r ken.

koken ook door broodkruimels of
bloem rollen .

1 Indien u d rm gebruikt, l t dit d n

weken.
2 Trek n de p l en verwijder het
klepje voor verwerking op l ge
snelheid .
3 Houd de p l in dezelfde st nd v st
en breng de vleesmolen n. Dr i
deze n r links en rechts totd t hij
v st zit.
4 Pl ts het schroefelement in het
m lgedeelte.
5 Monteer de b sispl t - pl ts de
uitsp ring over de pin.
6 Indien u d rm gebruikt, open deze
d n met een stromende kr n. M k
vervolgens ook het gewenste
mondstuk vochtig en trek de d rm
over het mondstuk.
7Bevestig het mondstuk n de
vleesmolen en dr i de ringmoer
v st .
8Bevestig de sch l .
9 Sch kel snelheid 3 of 4 in. Gebruik
de vulbuis om het vlees door de
vleesmolen te duwen. Duw niet te
hard - de vleesmolen zou
besch digd kunnen r ken. Als de
d rm vol is, dient u deze v n het
mondstuk te verwijderen. Doe niet te
veel vlees in de d rm.
10Worstjes m kt u door de gevulde
d rm op de gewenste pl tsen te
dr ien.

100 gr m droog brood
600 gr m in stukjes gesneden
v rkensvlees, m ger en vet
1 geklopt ei
5 ml gemengde kruiden
peper en zout
1 Week het brood in w ter en knijp het uit.
2 H k het vlees fijn in een kom
3 Voeg de overige ingrediënten toe en
meng het geheel goed.
4 M k hier worstjes v n (zie boven).
5 Frituur, grill of b k ze vervolgens
goudbruin.
