Before you install your shower door, please read
these instructions carefully to familiarize yourself
with the required tools, materials, and installation
sequences. Follow the sections that pertain to your
particular installation. This will help you avoid costly
mistakes. In addition to proper installation, read all
operating and safety instructions.
All information is based on the latest product
information available at the time of publication.

These instructions contain important care, cleaning,
and warranty information-
Make sure that the bath and the finished wall
material are completely and correctly installed prior
to installing your shower door. Prepare waterproof
layer to wall and floor of the showering area. It is not
allowed for any presence of electric switches and
sockets. Make sure the floor drain runs smoothly.
Before starting the door installation, lay out and
identify all the parts. Use the exploded view
illustrated on page 2 for reference.
For the installation method of customized shower
with different dimensions, please refer to this
instructions.
Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or knocked
by hard object. Make sure corner area of the
glass refraining from knocking so as to cause
personal injury due to broken glass.
Please install this door on Kohler
receptors or curbs. (Not included). If the curb is not
Kohler-branded, please note its top width should fall
within the range of 50~80mm.
The shower door requires a flat vertical
finished wall. The squareness of the wall is
recommended no more than 3 mm/m. KOHLER
Company won t take responsibility of the installation

Fit the wall channels to the wall on both sides.

Break the spacers in half.

Place the 3mm section into the base of the wall channel
(Use the 6mm section or omit the spacer if the tray is
not perfectly level).

Carefully lift the inline panel into place. Carefully slide the panel into the wall channel.
Engage the mouldings but do not lock into place at
this moment.
Carefully lift the side panel into place, and fit to wall
channel (See Step 4).

Place the bottom track on the tray.
The pivot base be at the inline panel end.

Fix the track to the panels at each end.
The holes in the glass are larger than the mounting blocks. Centre the glass on blocks when fitting.

IMPORTANT:
Ensure the door is fully supported at all times.
Lift the door into place.
Locate the bottom pivot pin into the collar, then insert into the pivot base.

Fix the track to the panels at each end.
The holes in the glass are larger than the mounting
blocks. Centre the glass on blocks when fitting.
Note:
Fit the top track to door ensuring the pivot pin
locates in the pivot base.

Check that the panels are far enough into the wall
channels to lock securely (See Step 8). Adjust if
required.

Lock the panel into the wall channel by turning the
cam through 90 .

If the tray has been fitted level the gap under the
glass panels should be 3mm along there length and
the bottom track should be on the tray.

Tighten the screws and wall channel locks
when adjustment is complete.
The position of the door can be
adjusted by loosening the fixing screws
'A' and undoing the locks in the wall
channels. The whole assembly can be
moved to the correct position.

Fit splashguards to the underside of the door.
The splashguard lip should face inside the enclosure.

Fix pivot cap onto both sides of the pivot, then knock
with rubber hammer to ensure the cap is locked in
position if necessary.

When the door is closed the magnetic strips should
touch along their length.
Fit the magnetic sealing strips to the side of the door
and the side of the panel.
The two magnetic strips should attract each other
when the door is closed. If they repel each other
remove the strip from its fitting in the panel seal, turn
it through 180 and then refit.

Fit the door seal to the back edge of the door.

Fit the cover strips to the wall channels.
Start at the bottom and tap into place with a block of
wood or similar.

Mark the wall with the desired position for installation
holes.
Drill a pivot hole of 6mm.

Insert wall anchor into the pivot hole.
Fix installation cap into the wall.
Slide the rail into the installation cap.
Rail Installation (only for the product which width is
above 1500mm).

Ensure the rail is positioned in a
horizontal way.

Adjust if necessary and lock the top cap screw.
Lock the top cap screw for the glass clamp.

Note:
If the glass is higher than the wall channel,
trim away the recessed section of the top cap.
Fit the top caps.

Slide the covers over the glass fixing clamps top
and bottom.
Lay a thin bead of sealant between wall channel and
wall on both sides.

Lay a thin bead of sealant along the bottom of track
and fill the gap between the glass and tray on the
outside of the enclosure.

Fit the door handle.
Do not use the enclosure for at least 24 hours.
