2. Starting up the SuperVario®
2.1 Mounting the frame
The SuperVario® can be screwed on directly or attached by means of
an auxiliary bracket.
Mounting holes are provided on the back of the frame.
The delivery height can be found in the spreading charts (1.00 - 1.30 m).
The SuperVario®canbeattachedtothefrontorrearofatractor,o-road
vehicle, ATV or soil cultivation equipment. Because the SuperVario® is
considerably heavier with a full hopper, check the load capacity of platform
gates and other consoles.
2.2 Electrical connection
Technical data
Operating voltage 12 to 15 V
Fuse 25 A
Motor output 300 W
Speed range 200 to 3000 rpm
Power consumption of motor At start, up to 25 A;
normal operation up to 18 A
Operating temperature -10 to +70 °C
Storage temperature -30 to +70 °C
Weight of SuperVario® 70/110/170 31.5/33/35 kg
Any changes to cable or plug connections without factory approval
automatically invalidate the entire warranty. Changes to cables are
automatically charged in the event of repairs.
You must consult the manufacturer before carrying out any cable
modications.
Power loss must be taken into account when extending cables. A poor power
supply may prevent you from achieving the desired speed. Also, this could
lead to intermittent complete failure.
