•Please charge the portable battery at least once a month, because it
consumes a small amount of current even when not in use.
•If all LEDs are not lighting (BP4 10400 mAh / BP4 5200 mAh) or the red
LED is lighting (BP3 2600 mAh), please charge the portable battery
immediately. If portable battery is discharged, its lifetime is shorten.
> Caution
The portable battery supports to charge up
the chargeable devices such as a mobile
phone, a tablet, an MP3 player, a portable
game console, etc.

Charging the portable battery
Charge the portable battery completely before using it for the rst time.
Before connecting the USB cable, check the voltage/current of the adapter.
If you use unsuitable device, it may cause malfuction of portable battery
or charger.
> Caution
1. Connect the Micro USB port (Input) of the portable battery and the
charger adapter or PC USB port by using the USB cable.
-The LED is blinking, it is charging normally.
2. When charging of the portable battery is done, the LED indicator will be
turned off. Then, remove the USB cable.
•LED lights display charging conditions and capacity indications. For more
details, refer to LED conditions on page 6.
•When you press LED button while in charging battery, the portable
battery mode change to discharging mode for portable device and stop
the charging during 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, the portable battery
will be charged normally.

Sequential Charging
1. Connect the Micro USB port (Input) of the portable battery and the
charger adapter by using the USB cable.
2. Connect the USB port (Output) of the portable battery and the USB port
of your portable device by using the USB cable.
-After nishing the portable battery charged, then your portable device
will be charged.
-When you press LED button, after nishing your portable device
charged, then the portable battery will be charged.
Depending on Portable device, charging process might not stop
even though battery is fully charged (100% charged). In this case,
it will be not switched to charging the portable battery. In order to
change the sequence for charging the portable battery, please wait
for some time(it may dierent depending on device’s manufacturer.)
or disconnect the portable device from portable battery.
3. When charging of portable device is done, remove the USB cable.

•This function will be operated when portable device connect to PORT 1
in BP4 10400 mAh.
•When sequential charging function is operated, charging current will be
limited. Thus, it may take longer to charge.
•This function is recommended to use genuine charger. If you charge by
using USB port in PC, it may not be charged.
•If disconnecting the charger while charging portable device(product to
be charged) by using sequential charging, the portable device will be
charged.
•If disconnecting a portable device while charging portable device
(product to be charged) by using sequential charging, the portable
battery will be charged about 20 seconds later.
•If doing sequential charging within 20 seconds since the LED button has
been pressed, the portable battery will be charged after the portable
device is charged completely.
•If connecting the charger to the portable battery while charging a
portable device, the portable battery will be charged after the portable
device is charged completely.
•When you charge the portable device that the charging specication is
over 1A by using sequential charging, it might not be displayed charging
indication on your portable device.

Charging portable devices
Check the voltage/current specication with your portable device before
charging the portable device.
Check manual or charger specication that you purchased portable device
or check manufacturer of portable device before you charge the portable
device.
> Caution
1. Connect the USB port (Output) of the portable battery and the USB port
of your portable deivce by using the USB cable.
2. Press the LED button.
-LEDs ashing represents current battery capacity.
3. When charging of portable device is done, remove the USB cable.
•You can use the supplied USB cable with your portable device to charge.
•If not connecting a portable device to the portable battery after pressing
the LED button, the portable battery output is to be turned o about 20
seconds later. Charging mode for portable device will maintain during 20
seconds.
•In case of using BP4 10400 mAh, when you charge battery charging
specication 1.0 A(or higher) portable device by using one of USB port,
the other USB port may be limited to charge devices. Therefore, when
you charge portable device, please check charging specication of
portable device.

Please check the following contents if portable battery does not work. If the
problem is not solved, please stop use and contact manufacturer.

•Depending on the voltage of the portable
battery and the portable device, the
charging eciency is various. For example,
if portable device’s battery has 2000 mAh
capacity, it isn’t possible to charge the
portable device over ve times by using
10400 mAh of portable battery. The actual
available capacity is below 10400 mAh.
(about 70 % - 80 % is available)
A LED keeps blinking fast.

•In case of abnormal
circumstance
- Using the unit at too
much low degree(below

short circuit by external

an overcurrent or
overvoltage.
•That means it is an abnormal circumstance
or a short circuit of the unit occurs. Stop
using the unit immediately. If you make
the normal circumastance, it will work
properly again.
•If the unit does not work properly even
under the normal circumstance for long,
press the LED button once.
•If the LED Lights keep blinking fast under
the normal circumstance, contact the
service center.
•It will work properly that you should
disconnect the charger from the portable
battery rst and then re-connect them.
