FUNCTION
This LED luminaire is designed for public, working and utility rooms.
Replacement of the luminaire light source is available in the factory or by a specialized service.
The luminaire corresponds to the safety requirements IEC 60598-2-1, EN 55015.
The luminaire is intended for operation in AC/DC mains 230-240 V (±10%), 0/50-60 Hz (±0,4 Hz). The
supply mains have to be protected from communication and electric impulse noise.
SAFETY NOTICE
These instructions assume expert knowledge corresponding to a completed professional education as an
electrician.
Never work on the luminaire when the voltage is switched on.
Do not operate the luminaire without protective grounding.
Position the luminaire to avoid long viewing into the luminaire at a distance of less than
0.5 m.
Only operate the luminaire if the diffuser is undamaged.
Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the luminaire. Caution - danger of electric
shock!
The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the
manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
In case of a malfunction, immediately unplug the luminaire from the mains
supply.
Only perform installation and maintenance with the luminaire disconnected
from the mains supply.
The luminaire has passed the high-potential dielectric strength test as per
IEC 60598-1-2014.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION RULES
Tools to be used:
Unpack the luminaire.
To connect the luminaire to the power line:
Undo the cable connection entry and turn free the connector from the cable gland. Enter the line
cable to the cable connector entry. The cable should be with a round profile with a diameter of 9-
12 mm.
Strip the wires according to the figure.
Connect the power wire (max 2.5 mm2) to the connecting block of the connector in accordance
with the indicated polarity. To put together cable connector. Use a torque wrench ideally to tighten
connectors. (2.5 Nm).

Hook up the connector to its counter part.
Install the luminaire on a horizontal support surface:
With mounting plate (included) directly to the support
surface - set the plate on the supporting surface (1)
according to the figure and fasten it to the luminaire (2);
With mounting plates and brackets (supplied) to the
wire suspension (not supplied) - set hooks for
hanging (1), to suspend the cables, attach the free
ends of the cables to the brackets (2)and latch plate
with braces on luminaire (3).

We recommend a soft cloth and mild detergent for diffuser cleaning.

DIMENSIONS (IN MILLIMETERS)
WARRANTY
The manufacturer shall repair or replace a luminaire that has been found to be defective under normal
use through no fault of the customer provided that it was delivered, stocked, mounted/installed and
operated in conditions and according to the requirements specified in a product data sheet, engineering
specifications, mounting and service instructions, delivery terms, rules for technical maintenance of
electrical installations and other conditions agreed by the manufacturer and the customer during the
warranty period or expanded warranty period specified below.
The luminaire is a serviceable device. When installing the luminaire, free access should be provided for
service or repair. The manufacturer is not responsible and will not compensate any expenses related to
construction work, rental vehicles etc. in case the repair site is not readily accessible.
The statutory warranty period is determined by the applicable law, and may vary from country to
country. The manufacturer undertakes statutory warranty obligations in the amount and within the time
frame stipulated by the applicable law.
Warranty period - 60 months from date of delivery subject to terms and conditions specified herein and
on the manufacturer’s website at https://www.ltcompany.com/en/terms/
The warranty period of emergency power supply units (supplied with rechargeable battery) and
illumination control system components (supplied without luminaires) is limited to 12 (twelve) months
from date of delivery.
Warranty does not apply to color change of painted surfaces and plastic parts during luminaire
operation.

Luminous flux level is at least 70% of the nominal value during the warranty period.
Warranty will cover the entire period, given that assembly, installation and operation of luminaires are
handled by specialized technical personnel and according to the luminaire's manual.
The service life of the luminaires under normal climatic conditions subject to installation and usage
instructions is:
· 8 years – for luminaires with body and/or optical parts (diffuser) made of polymeric materials.
· 10 years - all other luminaries.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications to the product that improve its end-user
performance.
The manufacturer is not liable for typographical and other errors that may have occurred in printing.
ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE
The product conforms to TOR 3461-001-44919750-12 and has been found fit for use. The luminaire is
certified.

FUNKTION
Die stationäre LED Leuchte ist für funktionales Licht in öffentlichen Arbeits- und Allzwecksbereichen
geeignet.
Ersatz der Lichtquellen ist in der Werkstätte oder bei einer darauf spezialisierten Dienstleistungsstelle
erhältlich.
Die Leuchte entspricht Sicherheitsvorkehrungen IEC 60598-2-1, EN 55015.
Die Leuchte funktioniert im Wechselstromnetz AC/DC 230-240 V (±10%), 0/50-60 Hz (±0,4 Hz). Die
Versorgungsnetze müssen vor Kommunikations- und elektrischen Impulsgeräuschen geschützt werden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Diese Anleitung geht von einer Montage durch einen zertifizierten Elektriker aus.
Niemals die Leuchte unter Spannungseinfluß während der Montage installieren.
Die Leuchte nicht ohne Schutzerdung in Betrieb nehmen.
Positionieren Sie die Leuchte so, dass sich langes Betrachten in die Lichtquelle durch eine
Distanz mit weniger als 0.5m vermeiden lässt.
Nehmen Sie die Leuchte nur in Betrieb wenn der Diffusor nicht beschädigt ist.
Die Leuchte nicht auseinandernehmen, reparieren oder modifizieren. Achtung –
Gefahr vor Elektroschock!
Die Lichtquelle in der Leuchte darf nur vom Hersteller oder einem von ihm
bestimmten Dienstleister oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person
vorgenommen werden.
Im Falle einer Fehlfunktion sollte die Leuchte sofort vom Stromnetz getrennt
werden.
Die Installation und Instandhaltung der Leuchte darf nur bei ausgeschaltetem
Strom erfolgen.
Die Leuchte hat den Hochpotenzial dialektrischen Stärketest gemäß IEC
60598-1-2014 bestanden.
INSTALLATION UND INBETRIEBNAHME
Zu benutzendes Werkzeug:
Packen Sie die Leuchte aus.
Die Leuchte sollte wie folgt am Stromnetz angebracht werden:
Trennen Sie die Kabelverbindung und entfernen Sie den Verbindungsanschluss von der
Kabelverschraubung. Bringen Sie das Leitungskabel am Kabelanschluss an. Das Kabel sollte ein
rundes Profil sein mit einem Durchmesser von 9-12 mm.
Streifen Sie die Drähte gemäß der Abbildung.
Schliessen Sie das Stromkabel (max 2.5 mm2) an den Verbindungsblock des Connectors gemäß
der aufgezeigten Polarität und umdrehen Sie den Connector bis er dicht ist (2.5 Nm).
Bringen Sie den Connector an seinem Gegenstück an.
Installieren Sie die Leuchte auf einer horizontalen
Stützoberfläche:
Mithilfe der an der Stützoberfläche angebrachten
Montageplatte (inkludiert), montieren Sie die Platte auf
der Stützfläche (1) gemäß der Abbildung und befestigen
Sie sie an der Leuchte (2);
2.5 Nm

Mithilfe der Montageplatten und Klammern (geliefert) und
der Seilabhängung (nicht geliefert), platzieren Sie die
Haken zur Abpendelung (1), um die Kabel abzupendeln,
befestigen Sie das freie Ende der Kabel mit den Klammern
(2) und verriegeln Sie die Platte mit Zahnspangen an der
Leuchte (3).
Wir empfehlen ein weiches Tuch mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel zur Reinigung des Diffusors.

DIMENSIONEN (IN MILLIMETER)
GARANTIE
Der Hersteller muss eine Leuchte reparieren oder ersetzen, die bei normalem Gebrauch ohne
Verschulden des Kunden als defekt befunden wurde, vorausgesetzt, dass es geliefert, gelagert,
montiert / installiert und betrieben wurde unter Bedingungen und gemäß den Anforderungen, die in
einem Produktdatenblatt, technischen Spezifikationen, Montage- und Serviceanleitungen,
Lieferbedingungen, Regeln für die technische Wartung von elektrischen Installationen und anderen
Bedingungen festgelegt durch den Hersteller und der Kunde während der unten angegebenen
Garantiezeit oder erweiterten Garantiezeit.
Die Leuchte ist ein bedienbares Gerät. Die Leuchte sollte für den Service oder die Reparatur zwecks
Montage frei zugänglich sein. Der Hersteller ist nicht verantwortlich und wird keine Kosten für
Bauarbeiten, Mietfahrzeuge usw. ausgleichen, falls die Baustelle nicht leicht zugänglich ist.
Die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist richtet sich nach dem anwendbaren Recht und kann von Land zu
Land variieren. Der Hersteller übernimmt die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen in der Höhe
und im Rahmen des geltenden Rechts.
Die Garantiezeit beträgt 60 Monate ab dem Lieferdatum vorbehaltlich der hier genannten Bedingungen
und auf der Website des Herstellers unter https://www.ltcompany.com/de/terms/
Die Gewährleistung gilt nicht für den Farbwechsel von lackierten Oberflächen und Kunststoffteilen
während des Leuchtenbetriebes.
Garantiezeit von Notstromversorgungsaggregaten (Lieferung inklusive Akku) und Steuerungsmodule
(exklusive der Leuchte) ist auf 12 Monate begrenzt ab Lieferdatum.
Die Garantie gilt nicht für den Farbänderung von lackierten Oberflächen und Kunststoffteilen während
des Betriebs der Leuchte.
Der Lichtstrompegel beträgt mindestens 70% des Nennwertes während der Garantiezeit.
Die Lebensdauer erstreckt sich über den gesamten Zeitraum, da Montage und Bedienung der Leuchten
von spezialisiertem Fachpersonal und gemäß Bedienungsanleitung durchgeführt werden.

Die Lebensdauer der Leuchte unter normalen klimatischen Bedingungen beträgt mindestens 8 Jahre,
insofern die Installation und Betriebsanweisungen befolgt werden:
Die Lebensdauer erstreckt sich über den gesamten Zeitraum, da Produktion, Montage und Bedienung
der Leuchten von spezialisiertem Fachpersonal und gemäß Bedienungsanleitung durchgeführt werden.
• 8 Jahre - für Leuchten mit Gehäuse und/oder optischen Teilen (Diffusor) aus Polymer Materialien.
• 10 Jahre – alle anderen Leuchten.
Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, Änderungen an dem Produkt, welches die Endnutzer-Leistung
verbessert, vorzunehmen. Darüber hinaus übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung für Irrtümer und
Druckfehler.
ÜBERNAHME ZERTIFIKAT
Das Produkt entspricht TOR 3461-022-88466159-14 und wurde nutzungstauglich erklärt. Die Leuchte
ist zertifiziert.
