• To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following safety
instructions before assembling and using the cabinet.
• This cabinet is intended for domestic, indoor use only.
• The cabinet should be positioned on a level surface.
• Any assembly or maintenance of the cabinet must be carried
out by adults only.
• Arrange for necessary manpower when assembling and moving
the cabinet.
• Check all the nuts and bolts periodically for tightness.
When required, tighten them again.
• Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean the cabinet.
• Do not stand on the cabinet and do not use it as a scaffold.
• Do not exceed the weight limit specified for this cabinet.
Maximum drawer load: 35 lb (15.9 kg).
Maximum cabinet load: 340 lb (154.5 kg).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
• Begin the assembly of this cabinet on a clean, level surface.
• Remove all items from the box and ensure that all parts listed on page 3
are present.
• When installing parts that have more than one screw, tighten all screws by
hand before finishing tightening them with the provided screwdriver (21).
Tips: If using a powered screwdriver, keep torque setting on LOW.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open the package, remove and
place all parts aside. Then open the
interior packaging containing the solid
hardwood top (1).
Note: The tolid hardwood top is packed within
an inner cardboard box.
2. Install Front Frame (6)
Locate the front frame (6) and attach
to the front of the solid hardwood top
(1), using 3 pcs screws A (14) and
screwdriver (21) to tighten.
Note: Ensure the back and side of front frame
(6) are flush with the solid hardwood top (1).
When assembling, do not tighten any screws
completely until all screws for that part have
been partially screwed in.

3. Install the Left Panel (4)
Attach the left panel (4) to the front
frame (6). Make sure the top of left
panel (4) is on the solid hardwood
top (1) and the screw holes are
lined up to the front frame (6). Use
the screwdriver (21) and 6 pcs
screws A (14) to fasten the left
panel (4) to the front frame (6), and
then to the solid hardwood top (1).
4. Install the Right Panel (5).
Attach the right panel (5) to the
front frame (6) and the solid
hardwood top (1). Make sure the
top of the right panel (5) is on the
solid hardwood Top (1) and the
screw holes are lined up to the
front frame (6). Use the screw-
driver (21) and 6 pcs screws A (14)
to fasten the right panel (5) to the
front frame (6) and solid hardwood
top (1).

5. Install the Upper Back Panel (2)
and Bottom Back Panel (3).
1) Attach the upper back panel (2)
between the left panel (4) and right
panel (5). Make sure the top of the upper
back panel (2) is on the solid hardwood
top (1) as the sticker indicates. Line up
the screw holes and use screws A (14)
to fasten the upper back panel to the
solid hardwood top (1), left panel (4) and
right panel (5).
2) Attach bottom back panel (3) between
the left panel (4) and right panel (5).
make sure the top of the bottom back
panel (3) is attached to the upper back
panel (2) as the sticker indicates. Line up
the screw holes and use screws A (14)
to fasten the bottom back panel (3) to
the upper back panel (2), left panel (4)
and right panel (5).
6. Install the Bottom Panel (7)
Attach the bottom panel (7) to the left
panel (4), right panel (5), front frame (6)
and bottom back panel (3). Line up
screw holes and use 7 pcs screws A (14)
to secure.
Note: Only the inner holes of the left side panel,
right side panel, front frame and bottom back panel
are use for attaching the bottom panel. The other
four side holes at the corners are reserved for
bumpers.

7. Install Wheels (12 and 13)
Attach swivel wheel with brake and swivel
wheel w/o brake (14 and 15) to the bottom
panel (7) and surrounding frame. Make sure
the swivel wheels with brake are installed
on the front side. Use screwdriver (21) and
screws D (17) to secure them.
8. Install Bumpers (11)
Attach bumpers (11) to the bottom four
corners of the cabinet. Use screws C (16) to
secure them.
Note: After finishing this step, please turn the cabinet
right side up.
9. Install Corner Protectors (8), (9),
(10A) and (10B)
Attach the right back corner protector and
left back corner protector (8 and 9) to the
top back side of the cabinet, using screw-
driver (21) with 10 pcs screws A (14) to
secure them.
Then attach the left front corner protector
and right front corner protector (10A and
10B) to the top front side of the cabinet,
using screwdriver (21) with 8 pcs screws A
(14) to secure them.

10. Install Large Drawer Side
Panels (19-3 and 19-4)
Fit and attach large drawer side panels
(19-3 and 19-4) one at a time, into the
back of the large drawer front (19-1).
Make sure the drawer side panels are
placed in all the way and making
contact with the rear of the large
drawer front panel (19-1). Line up the
screw holes and use 6 pcs screws B
(15) to secure them.
11. Install Large Drawer Base
Panel (19-2)
From above, fit and attach large drawer
base panel (19-2) between the two
sides and into the back of the large
drawer front panel (19-1). Use 10 pcs
screws B (15) to secure.
Note: Do not fully tighten any one screw until
all screws are partially screwed in.
12. Install Large Drawer Back
Panel (19-5)
Attach the large drawer back panel
(19-5) to the rest of the assembled
drawer. Use 9 pcs screws B (15) to
secure. Once you have the large
drawer assembled, repeat Steps 10-12
to assemble the other three small
drawers.

13. Assemble Small Drawers
Repeat Steps 10-12 using small drawer left
panel (20-3), small drawer right panel (20-4),
small drawer front panel (20-1), small drawer
back panel (20-5) and drawer base panel
(19-2) to assemble the small drawer. Once
assembled, you should have three small
drawers.
Note : Once all drawers are assembled, you should have
one large drawer and three small drawers.
Warning : Please check the key/lock; it must be unlocked before you place all the drawers.
14. Install Drawers into Cabinet
1) Pull out both slides for large drawer. Hook the big drawer between both slides, and
make sure the slides' hooks are inserted
into the square holes on the drawer side
panels completely.
2) Line up the screw holes, and using 4
pcs screws B (15) tighten the drawer.
3) Repeat above steps to place other
drawers.

Note : Please remove the hook's rubber protectors before you assemble drawers onto slide.

15. Place Drawer Mat (18) into
Drawers
Put drawer mat (18) into each drawer.
After putting drawer mats into each
drawer, close each drawer, and use the
key (22) to lock the cabinet, if desired.
13. Assemble Small Drawers
Repeat Steps 10-12 using small drawer left
panel (20-3), small drawer right panel (20-4),
small drawer front panel (20-1), small drawer
back panel (20-5) and drawer base panel
(19-2) to assemble the small drawer. Once
assembled, you should have three small
drawers.
Note : Once all drawers are assembled, you should have
one large drawer and three small drawers.
Warning : Please check the key/lock; it must be unlocked before you place all the drawers.
14. Install Drawers into Cabinet
1) Pull out both slides for large drawer. Hook the big drawer between both slides, and
make sure the slides' hooks are inserted
into the square holes on the drawer side
panels completely.
2) Line up the screw holes, and using 4
pcs screws B (15) tighten the drawer.
3) Repeat above steps to place other
drawers.

CAUTION
Once drawers have weight in them, only open
one drawer at a time to avoid tipping!
Note : Please remove the hook's rubber protectors before you assemble drawers onto slide.

To safely manage unwanted fingerprints and prevent new stains, perform the
following steps:
• Lightly wipe with warm water and clean microfibre cloth.
• Wipe away excess water with dry, clean cloth.
Wood Top Care Instructions
Our tops are made with real wood, and while great care is taken to ensure
consistent top colour and graining, there may be natural variations between
finished products. We hand select the wood for every top to ensure the material is
undamaged and naturally beautiful. If the wood top is received with excessive
damage or splitting, we will guarantee replacement of the top. Variations of colour,
and minor scratches in the clear coat finish will not be reason for replacement.
Restore Shallow Scratches or Chips
The wood surface of this product is finished with a polyurethane coat. If the wood
top becomes chipped or scratched, a polyurethane coat can be reapplied to restore
a smooth texture and protect from future damage.
• Please follow the manufacturer's instructions on the product for application.

WARRANTY
This Mastercraft® product carries a one (1) year warranty from the date of the original
retail purchase, against defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the condi-
tions and limitations described below, this product, if returned to us with proof of
purchase within the stated warranty period and if covered under this warranty, will be
repaired or replaced (with the same model, or one of equal value or specification), at
our discretion. We will bear the cost of any repair or replacement and any costs of
labour relating thereto.
These warranties are subject to the following conditions and limitations:
a. a bill of sale verifying the purchase and purchase date must be provided;
b. this warranty will not apply to any product or part thereof which is worn or broken
or which has become inoperative due to abuse, misuse, accidental damage, neglect or
lack of proper installation, operation or maintenance (as outlined in the applicable
owner's manual or operating instructions) or which is being used for industrial, profes-
sional, commercial or rental purposes;
c. this warranty will not apply to normal wear and tear or to expendable parts or acces-
sories that may be supplied with the product which are expected to become inopera-
tive or unusable after a reasonable period of use;
d. this warranty will not apply to routine maintenance and consumable items such as,
but not limited to, fuel, lubricants, vacuum bags, blades, belts, sandpaper, bits, fluids,
tune-ups or adjustments;
e. this warranty will not apply where damage is caused by repairs made or attempted
by others (i.e., persons not authorized by the manufacturer);
f. this warranty will not apply to any product that was sold to the original purchaser as
a reconditioned or refurbished product (unless otherwise specified in writing);
g. this warranty will not apply to any product or part thereof if any part from another
manufacturer is installed therein or any repairs or alterations have been made or
attempted by unauthorized persons;
h. this warranty will not apply to normal deterioration of the exterior finish, such as, but
not limited to, scratches, dents, paint chips, or to any corrosion or discolouring by heat,
abrasive and chemical cleaners; and
i. this warranty will not apply to component parts sold by and identified as the product
of another compay, which shall be covered under the product manufacturer's warran-
ty, if any.

Additional Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be
transferred. Neither the retailer not the manufacturer shall be liable for
any other expense, loss or damage, including, without limitation, any
indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising in
connection with the sale, use or inability to use this product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other
rights, which may vary from province to province. The provisions
contained in this warranty are not intended to limit, modify, take away
from, disclaim or exclude any statutory warranties set forth in any applica-
