Thank you for purchasing the LD-12 Side Rack. Please read these instructions thoroughly before
installing / assembling this product.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Integrates seemlessly with LCD Monitoring / Command Desk
- Features pass-throughs for effective cable management between rack and desk
- Rear fan exhaust facilitates proper active thermal management
Caution
This product ships upside down. Tip the side rack on its back when removing it from box.
Tipping the side rack carefully onto excess cardboard will help prevent scratches or marks.

2) Attach the trim to the bracket as shown. Do not tighten screws until trim is properly aligned
(3 screws, 6 x 1/2 Truss Head). The tab on the side rack goes into the slot in the trim. Add grommets
as desired.
NOTE: If attaching a desk to both sides,
skip to STEP 3
1) Attach the bracket opposite the side that
will be attached to the desk as shown.

3) Remove the side panel from the desk if one is present. Line up the mounting holes on the desk
with the pilot holes on the LD-12 Side Rack. The tab on the side rack goes into the slot in the
desk trim. Anchor the LCD Monitoring Desk to the LD-12 Side Rack as shown.

4) The front door can be changed to open from the other side. Remove screws and flip the door
before re-installing to opposite side. Align the door before tightening the screws.

ACTIVE COOLING CONFIGURATION
Protect sensitive equipment using advanced thermal management. Place the provided vent blockers
inside the rack to cover the front and rear vents. Remove the 2 space vent panel on the rear door and
install the optional UQFP Series Fan Panel. (UQFP-4 shown)

LD-12 Side Rack to conceal cables.
WARRANTY
Middle Atlantic Products (the "Company") warrants the LD-12 Side Rack to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal
use and conditions for a period of (7) seven years from date of shipment by the company.
The Company's entire liability to the purchaser, and the purchaser's (or any other party's) sole and exclusive remedy, under this warranty
shall be limited, at the Company's option, to either (a) return of and refund of the price paid for, or (b) repair or replacement at the
Company's factory of the products purchased, or any part or parts thereof, which the Company has determined to be defective after
inspection thereof at the Company's factory.
This warranty does not cover damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence by parties other than the Company, or
any modification or alteration of the products. In addition, this warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, assembly,
installation or maintenance.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF
THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASER (OR ANY OTHER PARTY) HEREUNDER, IF ANY, SHALL IN NO
EVENT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS PAID TO THE COMPANY.
