TURNING ON THE SYSTEM
Press any of the 8 custom-labeled Master
Keys and music begins playing.
PARTY MODE
Press and hold any of the 8 Master Keys
for 2 seconds, all your favorite zones
enabled for Party Mode turn on to the
same source.
SETTING A FAVORITE STATION
(XM, SIRIUS, HD RADIO OR AM/FM)
Tune to the station you would like to
add to your favorites list. Touch the
Soft Key labeled [Favorites].¹ A list of
your favorite stations appears. Scroll
to the end of the list and select [Add To
Favorites]. 20 Favorites stations can be
stored for each tuner.
REPLACING A FAVORITE STATION.
Tune to the station you would like to add
to your favorites list. Touch the Soft Key
labeled [Favorites]. Locate the favorite
you would like to replace. Press and hold
the favorite for 2 seconds. A new screen
appears, [Replace] is highlighted. Select
[Replace], your tuned station replaces
the existing favorite from the list.
DELETING A FAVORITE STATION
Touch the Soft Key labeled [Favorites].
Scroll to the favorite you would like to
delete. Press and hold the favorite for
2 seconds. A new screen appears,
select [Delete]. The favorite is deleted
from the list.
ALPHABETIC SEARCH ON YOUR
iPOD
Press the Soft Key labeled [Menu],
select Artists. Touch the Soft Key labeled
[ABC’s]. Touch the Soft Key labeled
[C] for a list of Artists starting with the
letter “C”.
TURNING OFF THE ZONE YOU’RE
CONTROLLING
Press the OFF Key to turn off the zone you
are controlling
TURNING OFF ALL ZONES
Press and hold the OFF Key for 2 seconds
to turn off all zones.
USING YOUR CONTACT-TT TABLE TOP KEYPAD
SETTING TREBLE, BASS AND
BALANCE
Press the Niles System Settings Key, a
list of settings appears. Select [Audio
Settings]. Touch [+] and [–] to
increase or decrease the Treble, Bass
and Balance
SETTING TURN ON VOLUME
Press the Niles System Settings Key and
select [Turn On Volume]. Select [Last
Used Volume] or [Default Turn On
Volume]. Touch [+] and [–] to set the
Default Turn On Volume level.
SETTING THE CLOCK
Press the Niles System Settings Key and
select [Clock Setting]. Press and hold
the Soft Key below Hours, Minutes and
AM/PM to set the time.
SETTING THE SLEEP TIMER
Press the Niles System Settings Key and
select [Sleep Timer]. Touch the left and
right arrow keys to turn the sleep timer
on and choose [This Zone] or [All
Zones]. Touch [+] and [–] to set the
Sleep Timer on time.
SETTING THE ALARM CLOCK
Press the Niles System Settings Key and
select [Alarm Clock]. Touch the left and
right arrow keys to turn the alarm clock
on and choose the source you would
like to wake up to. Touch [+] and [–] to
set the Alarm on time.
SETTING THE PAGE/DOORBELL
Press the Niles System Settings Key and
select [Paging/Doorbell]. Touch the left
and right arrow keys to choose [Always
in this Zone], [Only if the Zone is On]
or [Never in this Zone]. Touch [+] and
[–] to set the Page/Doorbell volume
level.
CLEANING THE TOUCH SCREEN
Press the Niles System Settings Key and
select [Clean Me Screen]. Clean the
screen using a soft cloth and a mild
dish detergent. Press the Niles System
Settings Key again when complete.
