Zweckbestimmung/Funktion
Orthese zur Stabilisierung des Sprunggelenks mit Begrenzung von Pro- und Supination.
Sicherheitshinweise
Das Produkt ist nur zum Gebrauch an einem Patienten bestimmt.
Tragen Sie das Produkt nie auf oenen Wunden und nur unter vorheriger
medizinscher Anleitung.
Der Patient darf nur in Absprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt die Einstellung
ändern.
Sollten übermäßige Schmerzen, Schwellungen, Taubheit oder Empndlichkeit-
sänderungen, ungewöhnliche Reaktionen oder ein unangenehmes Gefühl während
des Tragens auftreten, kontaktieren Sie bitte umgehend Ihren behandelnden Arzt
oder Orthopädietechniker.
Dieses Medizinprodukt wurde für die angeführten Indikationen entwickelt und kann
durch ungewöhnlichen und nicht zweckmäßigen Gebrauch bzw. Aktivitäten wie
Sport, Stürze oder andere Unfälle bzw. Flüssigkeiten beschädigt werden.
In Verbindung mit einem weiteren Medizinprodukt halten Sie Rücksprache mit
Ihrem behandelnden Arzt.
Bitte beachten Sie das länderspezische Straßenverkehrsgesetz.
Vermeiden Sie es anfänglich die Orthese zu fest anzulegen.
VACOankle ist nicht aus Naturkautschuklatex hergestellt.
Nur von OPED GmbH freigegebene Ersatz- und/oder Austauschteile dürfen
benutzt werden.
Anlegevorgang (Anleitungsvideo unter app.oped.de oder app.oped.ch)
1. Alle drei Klettverschlüsse önen und ausfädeln. (Bild 1)
2. Gelbe Spange bis zum Anschlag nach hinten schieben. (Bild 2+3)
3. Seitenschalen auseinanderklappen (Bild 4) und Orthese von hinten anlegen. (Bild 5)
Hinweis: Fuß in 90°-Stellung positionieren.
4. Untere Kante soll auf dem Boden anliegen bzw. mit der Fußsohle abschließen. (Bild 6)
5. Mittleren Gurt fest schließen. (Bild 7) Bei Bedarf Seitenschalen so verschieben,
dass ein angenehmer Sitz erreicht wird.
6. Oberen Gurt locker schließen. Untere Enden der Seitenschalen zusammendrücken
und Sohlenband xieren. (Bild 8)
Hinweis: VACOankle ist mit einem langen Socken und in einem Schnürschuh zu tragen.
(Bild 9) Vermeiden Sie ein zu festes Anlegen der Orthese. Falls Sie Druck verspüren,
bitte Gurte lockern.

Sie erhalten das Medizinprodukt in hygienisch einwandfreiem Zustand.
Waschen: Handwäsche bei 30° C mit handelsüblichem Waschmittel
Trocknen: Luftrocknen. Nicht im Trockner trocknen.
Desinfektion/Sterilisation: Das Medizinprodukt ist
nicht für die Desinfektion/Sterilisation geeignet.

Verwendete Materialien: Schale und Spange (POM/PA), Innenleben und Bänder
(PES/PA/PU/EPS)
Lagerungsbedingungen/Entsorgung
Lagerung: Trocken und hygienisch unbedenklich lagern sowie vor direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung schützen.
Entsorgung: Bitte entsorgen Sie das Medizinprodukt über den Rest- bzw.
Hausmüll. Es bestehen keine besonderen Kriterien zur Vernichtung.

Purpose/function
Orthosis for stabilisation of the ankle joint with limitation of pro- and supination.
Safety instructions
The product is intended for use by one patient only.
Never apply the product to open wounds and only use under prior medical
instruction.
The patient may only adjust the setting in consultation with his/her treating doctor.
Should you experience excessive pain, swelling, numbness or sensitivity changes,
unusual reactions or an uncomfortable sensation while wearing the project,
please contact your doctor or orthopaedic technician immediately.
This medical product was developed for the indications stated and may be
damaged through unusual and non-intended use or through activities such as
sport, falls or other accidents, as well as liquids.
Please consult your treating doctor before using it in conjunction with another
medical device.
Please observe the road transport law of your country.
Avoid fastening the orthosis too tight at rst.
VACOankle is not made from natural rubber latex.
Only replacement parts approved by OPED GmbH may be used.
Fitting process (instruction video can be found at app.oped.de or app.oped.ch)
1. Open and unthread all three Velcro fasteners. (Fig. 1)
2. Push the yellow clasp backwards until it stops. (Fig. 2+3)
3. Unfold the side shells (Fig. 4) and put on the orthosis from behind. (Fig. 5)
Note: Position the foot at a 90° angle.
4. The lower edge should rest on the oor or be ush with the sole of the foot. (Fig. 6)
5. Fasten the middle strap tight. (Fig. 7) If necessary, move the side shells so that a
comfortable t is achieved.
6. Fasten the top strap loosely. Press the lower ends of the side shells together and x
the sole tape. (Fig. 8)
Note: VACOankle should be worn with a long sock and in a lace-up shoe. (Fig. 9)
Avoid wearing the orthosis too tight. If you feel pressure, please loosen the straps.

You are receiving this medical product in a hygienically perfect condition.
Washing: Hand wash at 30°C with commercially available detergent
Drying: Leave to dry naturally. Do not dry in a tumble dryer.
Disinfection/sterilisation: This medical product
is not suitable for disinfection/sterilisation.

Storage conditions/disposal
Storage: Store in a dry and hygienic place and protect from direct sunlight.

Finalité/fonction
Orthèse pour la stabilisation de l’articulation de la cheville avec limitation de la pronation
et supination.
Consignes de sécurité
Le produit est uniquement destiné à être utilisé sur un patient.
Ne portez jamais le produit sur des plaies ouvertes et utilisez-le uniquement après
instruction médicale.
Le patient est autorisé à modier le réglage uniquement après avoir consulté son
médecin traitant.
Veuillez contacter immédiatement votre médecin traitant ou un technicien
orthopédique en cas d’apparition d’une douleur excessive, de gonements,
d’engourdissement ou d’une altération de la sensibilité, ainsi qu’en cas de réactions
inhabituelles ou de sensation désagréable.
Ce dispositif médical a été développé pour les indications susmentionnées et
peut être endommagé par une utilisation inhabituelle et non conforme ou par
des activités telles que le sport, une chute ou d’autres accidents, ainsi qu’en cas
d’exposition à des liquides.

Évitez en premier lieu de trop serrer l’orthèse.
VACOankle n’est pas fabriquée en latex de caoutchouc naturel.

Mise en place (app.oped.ch)
1. Ouvrez et extrayez les trois bandes autogrippantes. (Figure 1)
2. Poussez la boucle jaune vers l’arrière jusqu’à la butée. (Figure 2+3)
3. Dépliez les coques latérales (Figure 4) et posez l’orthèse par derrière. (Figure 5)
Indication : positionner le pied à 90°.
4. Le bord inférieur doit reposer sur le sol ou être à eur avec la plante du pied.
(Figure 6)
5. Serrez bien la sangle du milieu. (Figure 7) Si nécessaire, déplacez les coques
latérales de manière à obtenir un ajustement confortable.
6. Fermez la sangle supérieure sans trop la serrer. Pressez les extrémités inférieures
des coques latérales l’une contre l’autre et xez la bande de la semelle. (Figure 8)
Indication : VACOankle doit être portée avec une chaussette longue et dans une
chaussure à lacets. (Figure 9) Évitez de trop serrer l’orthèse. Si vous ressentez une
pression, desserrez les sangles.

Vous recevez le dispositif médical dans un état hygiénique parfait.
Lavage: Lavage à la main à 30 °C avec une lessive classique
Séchage: séchage à l’air. Ne pas sécher dans le sèche-linge.
Désinfection/stérilisation : ce dispositif médical
ne convient pas pour la désinfection/stérilisation.

Conditions de stockage/Mise au rebut
Stockage : Stockage dans un endroit sûr, sec, hygiénique et protégé

Mise au rebut : Veuillez jeter le dispositif médical dans les déchets résiduels
ou ménagers. Il n’existe a pas de critère spécique quant à sa destruction.

Il prodotto non deve essere indossato su ferite aperte e deve essere utilizzato
esclusivamente dopo aver consultato il medico.
Il paziente può modicare la regolazione del dispositivo esclusivamente in accordo
con il medico curante.
Se mentre si indossa il prodotto si avvertono dolori eccessivi, gonori,
intorpidimento o alterazioni della sensibilità, reazioni insolite o sensazioni
sgradevoli, contattare immediatamente il medico curante o il tecnico ortopedico.
Il presente prodotto medico è stato sviluppato per le indicazioni fornite e può
riportare danni a seguito di un uso inconsueto e non conforme o di attività
sportive, cadute, altri incidenti o contatto con liquidi.
Per l'utilizzo del presente prodotto In combinazione con un altro prodotto medico
è necessario consultare il medico curante.

Processo di applicazione (app.oped.ch)
1. Aprire e slare tutte le tre chiusure in velcro. (g. 1)
2. Spingere all’indietro la bbia gialla, no al suo arresto. (g. 2+3)
3. Aprire gli elementi laterali (g. 4) e applicare l’ortesi da dietro. (g. 5)
Avviso: posizionare il piede a 90°.
4. Il bordo inferiore deve poggiare sul pavimento o essere a lo con la pianta del
piede. (g. 6)
5. Chiudere e stringere bene la cintura centrale. (g. 7) Se necessario, spostare
gli elementi laterali in modo da ottenere una calzata confortevole.
6. Chiudere la cintura superiore evitando di tirare eccessivamente. Premere insieme
le estremità inferiori degli elementi laterali e ssare il nastro della suola. (g. 8)
Avviso: VACOankle va indossata con un calzino lungo e in una scarpa con lacci.
(g. 9) Evitare di applicare l'ortesi in maniera eccessivamente stretta. Nel caso si
avvertisse pressione, allentare le fasce.

Doel / functie
Orthese voor stabilisatie van het spronggewricht met beperking van pronatie en supinatie.
Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Het product mag slechts door één patiënt worden gebruikt.
Draag het product nooit op open wonden en alleen na voorafgaande medische
instructie.
Aanpassing door de patiënt is alleen toegestaan in overleg met zijn behandelend arts.
Mocht u extreme pijn, zwellingen, gevoelloosheid of sensitiviteitsveranderingen,
ongebruikelijke reacties of een oncomfortabel gevoel ervaren tijdens het dragen,
neemt u dan onmiddellijk contact op met uw arts of orthopedisch technicus.
Dit medische hulpmiddel werd ontwikkeld voor de genoemde indicaties en kan
worden beschadigd door ongewoon en onreglementair gebruik resp. activiteiten
zoals sport, valpartijen of andere ongelukken of door vloeistoen.
Raadpleeg uw behandelend arts voordat u dit product samen met een ander
medisch hulpmiddel gebruikt.
Houd u aan de verkeerswetgeving in uw land.
Voorkom dat de orthese aanvankelijk te strak wordt geplaatst.
VACOankle is niet gemaakt van rubberlatex.
Alleen door OPED GmbH vrijgegeven vervangende en/of reserveonderdelen mogen
worden gebruikt.
Aanlegtechniek
1. Open alle drie de klittenbandsluitingen en rijg ze uit. (Afbeelding 1)
2. Duw de gele spang naar achteren tot hij stopt. (Afbeelding 2+3)
3. Klap de zijschalen open (Afbeelding 4) en leg de orthese van achteren aan.

Opmerking: zet de voet in de 90° positie.
4. De onderrand moet op de vloer rusten of gelijk zijn met de zool van de voet.

5. Sluit de middelste riem. (Afbeelding 7) Verplaats indien nodig de zijschalen zodat
een comfortabele pasvorm wordt bereikt.
6. Zet de bovenste riem losjes vast. Druk de onderste uiteinden van de zijschalen
op elkaar en zet de zoolband vast. (Afbeelding 8)
Opmerking: VACOankle moet met een lange sok en in een veterschoen worden
gedragen. (Afbeelding 9) Vermijd te strak aanleggen van de orthese. Als u enige
druk voelt, maak dan de riemen losser.

leiden, moeten aan de fabrikant en de bevoegde autoriteit van de lidstaat worden
gemeld. Ernstige incidenten worden gedenieerd in artikel 2, punt 65, van Verordening

Účel/funkce
Ortéza ke stabilizaci hlezenního kloubu s omezením pronace a supinace.
Bezpečnostní pokyny
Produkt je určen k použití pouze u jednoho pacienta.
Produkt nikdy nenoste přes otevřené rány ani bez předchozího doporučení lékaře.
Měnit nastavení může pacient pouze po domluvě s ošetřujícím lékařem.
Pokud se objeví nadměrné bolesti, otoky, znecitlivění nebo změny citlivosti, neobvyklé
reakce nebo nepříjemné pocity při nošení, kontaktujte ihned svého lékaře nebo
ortopedického technika.
Tento produkt byl vyvinut k uvedeným indikacím. Neobvyklé použití nebo použití
neodpovídající účelu, např. při aktivitách jako sport, při pádech nebo jiných nehodách,
jako je např. kontakt s tekutinou, může vést k jeho poškození.
Pokud budete chtít použít produkt současně s jiným lékařským produktem, poraďte
se se svým ošetřujícím lékařem.
Dodržujte místní zákony o provozu na pozemních komunikacích.
Dávejte pozor, abyste ortézu na začátku nenasadili příliš pevně.
VACOankle není vyroben z přírodního kaučuku.
Povoleno používat výhradně v kombinaci s náhradami a/nebo náhradními díly
schválenými společností OPED GmbH.
Postup při nasazování
1. Otevřete a vyvlékněte všechny tři suché zipy. (obr. 1)
2. Zasuňte žlutou sponu dozadu až k zarážce. (obr. 2+3)
3. Otevřete boční výztuže (obr. 4) a nasaďte ortézu zezadu. (obr. 5)
Pokyn: Noha by měla být v 90° úhlu.
4. Boční hrana by měla ležet na podlaze, příp. můžete zaxovat plosku nohy. (obr. 6)
5. Pevně uzavřete střední popruh. (obr. 7) V případě potřeby posuňte boční výztuže do
pohodlné polohy.
6. Volně uzavřete horní popruh. Spodní okraje boční výztuže přitlačte k sobě a zaxujte
popruh chodidla. (obr. 8)
Upozornění: Ortézu VACOankle je třeba nosit s dlouhými ponožkami a šněrovacími botami.
(obr. 9) Nenasazujte ortézu příliš natěsno. Pokud cítíte tlak, uvolněte popruhy.

Produkt nie jest przeznaczony do stosowania na otwartych ranach. Należy stosować
go tylko po wcześniejszym poinstruowaniu przez personel medyczny.
Pacjent może zmienić ustawienie tylko w porozumieniu z lekarzem prowadzącym
leczenie.
Jeśli wystąpią silne bóle, obrzmienia, odrętwienia lub poczucie drażliwości, reakcje
nietypowe lub nieprzyjemne uczucie podczas noszenia produktu, należy niezwłocznie
skontaktować się z lekarzem prowadzącym leczenie lub technikiem ortopedą.
Niniejszy wyrób medyczny został opracowany z myślą o wymienionych wskazaniach
i może ulec uszkodzeniu w razie użytkowania niestandardowego i niezgodnego
z przeznaczeniem, np. w czasie uprawiania sportu, w razie upadku lub innego
wypadku, a także w razie kontaktu z płynami.

Używać można tylko części zamiennych i/lub regenerowanych, zatwierdzonych
przez OPED GmbH.
Proces zakładania
1. Odpiąć i wyciągnąć wszystkie trzy rzepy. (rys. 1).
2. Przesunąć żółte zapięcie do tyłu, aż się zatrzyma. (rys. 2 + +3).
3. Rozłożyć łuski boczne (rys. 4) i założyć ortezę od tyłu. (rys. 5)
Wskazówka: Ustawićstopępod kątem 90°.
4. Dolna krawędź powinna spoczywać na podłodze lub przylegać do podeszwy stopy. (rys. 6).
5. Zapiąć mocno środkowy pasek. (rys. 7) W razie potrzeby przesunąć łuski boczne tak,
aby zapewnić komfortowe dopasowanie.
6. Zapiąć luźno górny pasek. Docisnąć dolne końce łusek bocznych do siebie i
przymocować taśmę podeszwową. (rys. 8).
Uwaga: Produkt VACOankle powinien być noszony z długą skarpetką i w sznurowanym
obuwiu. (rys. 9) Należy unikać zbyt mocnego zaciskania ortezy. W przypadku uczucia
uciskania należy poluzować paski.

Izdelka nikoli ne nosite na odprtih ranah. Izdelek nosite po predhodnih navodilih
zdravstvenega osebja.
Bolnik sme spreminjati nastavitev samo po predhodnem pogovoru z lečečim
zdravnikom.
Če med nošenjem pride do prekomernih bolečin, oteklin, otopelosti ali sprememb
občutljivosti, nenavadnih reakcij ali neprijetnega občutka, nemudoma stopite v stik
s svojim lečečim zdravnikom ali ortopedskim tehnikom.
Ta medicinski pripomoček je bil razvit za navedene indikacije in se lahko poškoduje pri
nenavadni in nenamenski uporabi oziroma pri aktivnostih kot so šport, padci ali druge
nezgode oziroma če pride v stik s tekočinami.
V zvezi z drugimi medicinskimi pripomočki se posvetujte z lečečim zdravnikom.

Pazite, da ortoze na začetku ne boste namestili pretesno.

Postopek nameščanja
1. Vse tri ježke odprite in razvozljajte. (slika 1)
2. Rumeno sponko potisnite do konca navzdol. (slika 2+3)
3. Razprite stranski lupini (slika 4) in ortozo namestite od zadaj. (slika 5)
Napotek: Stopalo namestite v položaj pod kotom 90°.
4. Spodnji rob mora nalegati na tleh oz. se zaključiti s podplatom. (slika 6)
5. Zapnite sredinski trak. (slika 7) Po potrebi stranski lupini zamaknite tako, da dosežete
prijetno prileganje.
6. Ohlapno spnite zgornji trak. Stisnite skupaj spodnja konca stranskih lupin in pritrdite
trak za podplat. (slika 8)
Napotek: VACOankle nosite z dolgo nogavico in čevljem za zavezovanje. (slika 9)
Izogibajte se tesnemu nameščanju ortoze. Če začutite pritisk, zrahljajte trakove.
