CUANDOUTILICE LA CAFETERAPORPRIMERAVEZ
Paraasegurarsedequeelprimercafé seaexcelente,deberíaenjuagarlacafeteraconaguacaliente,
siguiendoestas instrucciones:
1. Eche250mldeaguaenel tanque deagua.

2. Coloqueelfiltro denylonen el embudo (no añadacafé), cierrelatapa del tanquedeagua.
3. Pongaunatazacerámicaen labandejayconectelacafeterapulsando el botóndeencendido.
4. Unavez que haya llenado latazaya puedeusarlacafeteranormalmente.
INSTRUCCIONESDE FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. Abralatapa del tanque deagua, llénelo conaguafrescahasta unadelasmarcas (dependiendo desi
quierehacerunaodos tazas decafé).
2. Añadacafémolido al filtro denylonconlacucharamedidora, unacucharadecafémolido puedehacer
unatazadecafé deprimeracalidad, pero usted puedeelegirlacantidad asugusto.
3. Pongael filtro denylonenelembudo.
4. Pongalatazao las dos tazas (segúnlo desee) enlabandeja.
5. Pulseel botóndeencendido, laluz rojaseiluminaráycomenzaráasalirel café despuésdeunmomento.
Nota:
6. Despuésdequeterminelaelaboracióndel café, lacafeteraseapagaráautomáticamente. Sideseavolver
ahacerotrocafé, repitelos pasos descritos anteriormenteypulseel botóndeencendido otravez yla
cafeteravolveráafuncionar.
ATENCIÓN: nodeje lacafeteradesatendidamientras hace el café, paraevitarque sederrame el café.
LIMPIEZAYMANTENIMIENTO.
1. Apague ydesenchufelacafeteraydejeque seenfríe completamenteantesdelimpiarla.
2. Limpieamenudoelexteriordelacafeteraconun traposuaveyseco. Limpieeltanquedeagua,la
bandejayel filtro regularmenteconaguayséquelos después.
AVISO: No limpieconalcohol oproductos abrasivos. Nuncasumerjaenagua lacafeteraparalimpiarla.
3. Saque elembudo, limpielos residuosdecafé enelinteriorconjabónydespuésenjuagueconagua.
4. Limpielas tazas cerámicas conjabónyséquelas antes deusarlas denuevo.
DESCALCIFICACIÓN
Paramantenerlacafeteraen óptimascondiciones, deberíalimpiarlos depósitos decalcadatresmeseso
antesdependiendo deladurezadelaguaylafrecuenciadeuso. Sigalossiguientespasos: llenelataza
cerámicaconunapartedevinagreytrespartesdeaguafría,pongalamezcladeaguayvinagreen eltanque
deagua,nopongacafé enelfiltro,hagafuncionarlacafeteracomoenelapartado “Primeravez”, repita el
procesahasta queno salgael aguaamarillao nohuelaavinagre.

andallow it tocooldownforat least30 seconds!
WHENUSING THE COFFEEMAKERFORTHE FIRST TIME
To ensurethat thefirstcoffeeisexcellent, youshould rinsethepotwithhotwater, following these
instructions:
1. Pour250ml ofwatertank.
2. Place thenylonfilterintothe funnel(do notadd coffee),closethelidofthe watertank.
3. Place aceramic cuponthetray and connecttheappliance bypressing thepowerbutton.
4. Once youhavefilled thecupandyoucanusethecoffee makernormally.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Openthe watertank, fill withfreshwaterto one ofthe marks (dependingonwhetheryouwanttomake
one ortwocupsofcoffee).

2. Add groundcoffeeto thefilterofnylonwithmeasuringspoon,1spoonofground coffee canmakeacup
ofpremium coffee, butyoucanchoosetheamountto yourliking.
3. Place thenylonfilterintothe funnel.
4. Place thecuportwo cups (as desired)inthetray.
5. Press thepowerbutton, the red lightwill illuminateand begin to leavethecoffee afteramoment.
6. Afteryoufinishpreparing the coffee, the coffeemakerwill turnoff automatically. If youwanttomake
anothercoffee, repeat the steps aboveand press the powerbuttonagainand theappliancewillwork
again.
CAUTION: Do notleaveunattended coffee makerwhilemakingcoffee topreventcoffee fromspilling.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Turnoffandunplug the appliance and letitcool completelybeforecleaning.
2. Regularlycleantheoutsideofthe coffeemakerwithasoft, drycloth. Cleanwatertank, tray andfilter
regularlywithwateranddryafterwards.
NOTICE:Do notcleanwithalcohol orabrasivescleaners. Neverimmersethe appliance inwaterforcleaning.
3. Removethefunnel, wipethe coffee residueinsidewithsoap and thenrinsewithwater.
4. Cleantheceramiccups withsoap anddrythembeforeusingthem again.
DECALCIFICATION
To keepthemachineinoptimal conditions should limescalecleaningeverythree months orless, depending
onwaterhardness and frequencyofuse.Followthesesteps: fill ceramiccupwithone partvinegarto three
parts cold water, putthemixtureofwaterand vinegarinthe watertank, do notputcoffeeinthe filter,
operatethe coffeeas in“firsttime”, repeat the process untilno yellowwaterordoesnotsmell likevinegar.
