ANTESDEL PRIMER USO
Paragarantizarque el sabor delaprimeratazadecaféseaexcelente, tendráque enjuagarlacafeteracon
aguacalientetal comoseindicaacontinuación:
1. Viertaaguaen eldepósitodelaguasinsobrepasarlamarcade“MAX”deldepósito. Despuésvuelvaa
colocarlatapadel depósitodel agua.
Nota: El aparatose suministracon un depósitodesmontableparafacilitarlalimpieza,puedellenarel
depósitocon aguaprimero y,acontinuación, colocarel depósitoen el aparato.

2. Coloque el filtro deaceroen el porta-filtros metálico(sincaféen el filtro deacero).
3. Coloque unajarraenlaplataformadesmontable.Asegúrese deque elmandodecontroldelvaporesté
en posición "OFF".
Nota: El aparatonovaequipadocon jarra,utilicesu propiajarraotazadecafé.
4. Conectelafuentedealimentación, pulse elinterruptor 1"CalentamientoparaelCafé", elpiloto
indicador parpadeará.Espere hastaque el pilotoindicador se quedefijo.
5. Cuandoelpilotodelinterruptor de"CalentamientoparaelCafé" dejedeparpadearyse quedefijo,
indicaráque se haacabadoelcalentamientoprevio. Pulse elbotón ON/OFF paracaféparaque elagua
circule.
6. Cuandoelaguayano bajemás, puedeverter elaguaen cadacontenedorparalimpiarloafondo, ahora
yapuedeempezaraprepararcafé.
USOBÁSICODELACAFETERA
1. Precalentarlacafeteraparahacer café.Pulse elinterruptor 1“CalentamientoparaelCafé”.Mientras
parpadea,lacafeteraestáprecalentando.Cuandolaluzse quedefija,estápreparadaparahacer café.
Parapararel precalentamiento, pulse denuevo el interruptor 1“Calentamientoparael Café”.
2. Hacer café. Unavezqueelinterruptor 1“CalentamientoparaelCafé”tiene laluzfija,puedepulsarel
interruptor 2“ON/OFFparaelcafé”ycomenzaráasalircafé.Pulse denuevo elinterruptor 2“ON/OFF
parael café”paraparardehacer café.
3. Precalentarvapor. Pulseelinterruptor 3“Calentamientoparaelvapor”paraprecalentarelvapor.
Mientraslaluzparpadea,lacafeteraestáprecalentando. Cuandolaluzse quedafija,estarálistapara
expulsarvapor. Paracancelarlaoperación deprecalentamiento, pulse elinterruptor 3“Calentamiento
parael vapor”.
4. Mandodecontroldevapor. Unavezque laluzdelinterruptor 3“Calentamientoparaelvapor”estáfija,
puedeexpulsarvapor. Paraello, gire elmandocontrolador devapor en elsentidocontrarioalasagujas
del reloj.Paranoexpulsarvapor, gire el mandoen el sentidodelasagujasdel reloj.
ELABORACIÓN DECAFÉESPRESSO
1. Retire eldepósitodesmontableyabralatapadeldepósitoparallenarloconelaguadeseada,elnivelde
aguano deberíasobrepasarlamarca"MAX"deldepósito. Después coloque eldepósitoen elaparato,
correctamente.
2. Seleccione elfiltro deunaodos tazas,coloque elfiltro deacero inoxidableen elporta-filtros metálicoy
llénelodecafé, ayudándose con lacucharamedidora.Retirehaciaatráselsujeta-filtro,asegúresedeque
eltubo delporta-filtros se alineacon laranuradelaparato, acontinuación, inserteelporta-filtrosen el
aparatodesdelaposición "Insertar" ysuelteelsujeta-cacillo, ypodráencajarloen lacafeterafirmemente
girándoloen sentidoanti-horariohastaque estéenlaposición "fijado". (Consultarfig.1).
3. Coloque unatazadeespresso (no incluida) en laplataformaextraíble.
4. Después conecteelaparatoalafuentedealimentación. Asegúrese deque elmandodecontroldel
vapor estéen posición "OFF" o"0"

5. Pulse elinterruptor "CalentamientoparaelCafé", elpilotoindicador de"CalentamientoparaelCafé"
parpadeará.Esperehastaque elpilotoindicadorse quedefijo. Acontinuación, presioneel"ON/OFF
paraelcafé"yelcafésaldráporlos orificios delporta-filtros.Cuandotengalacantidaddecafédeseada,
pulse el botón “ON/OFF parael café”ypararádesalircafé.
6. Pulse el botón “Calentamientoparael Café”paraapagarlacafetera.
7. Cuandohayaacabadodehacer elcafé,puedesacarelporta-filtrosmetálicogirándoloen elsentidoanti-
horarioy,acontinuación,saque los residuos del cafécon el filtro deacero apretadocon el sujetacacillo.
ADVERTENCIA: Mientrasse haceel caféno dejelacafeterasinvigilancia,yaque aveces hayque manejarla
manualmente.
ESPUMADELECHE/ELABORACIÓNDEUN CAPPUCCINO
Se obtiene unatazadecappuccino cuandose rellenaunatazadeespressocon espumadeleche.
Método:
1. Prepare primero elcafécon un recipientelosuficientementegrandeconformealoindicadoen laparte
"ELABORACIÓNDE CAFÉESPRESSO",asegúresedeque elmandodecontroldelvapor estéen la
posición "OFF" oposición“0”.
2. Pulse elinterruptordevapor, espere unmomentohastaquelaluzindicadorapase deparpadearaser
fija.
3. Llene unajarracon unos100gramos deleche paraprepararcadacappuccino, se recomiendaeluso de
leche enteraatemperaturadel frigorífico(¡que noestécaliente!).
4. Gire el mandodecontrol devapor lentamenteen sentidoanti-horario, se formarávapor en el dispositivo
espumador.
5. Inserteelespumador en laleche unos doscentímetros, espumelaleche moviendolavasija
circularmentedearribaabajo.
6. Cuandose consigaelobjetivo requerido,puedegirarelmandodecontroldevaporalaposición "OFF" o
"0".
Nota: Limpielasalidadel vapor inmediatamentecon unaesponjahúmedacuandodejedesalirvapor,
¡pero tengacuidadodeno quemarse!
7. Viertalaespumadelecheen elespressopreparado; ahoraestálistoelcappuccino. Endulceasugustoy
si lodesea,espolvoree laespumacon un pocodecacaoen polvo.
8. Pongael interruptor ON/OFF en laposición "0"paracortarlafuentedealimentación.
Nota: Recomendamos que dejelacafeteraenfriarpor lomenos durante5minutos antes devolver ahacer
café. Delocontrariopuedeque se produzcaolor aquemadoen el caféespresso.
LIMPIEZAYMANTENIMIENTO:
1. Cortelafuentedealimentación ydejeque lacafeterase enfríecompletamenteantes delimpiarla.
2. Limpielacarcasadelacafeteracon unabayetahúmedacon frecuenciaylimpieeldepósitodelagua,la
bandejadegoteo ylaplataformaextraíbleregularmenteydespués séquelos.
Nota: Nololimpiecon alcohol ni con limpiador disolvente. Nosumerjanuncalaestructuraen aguapara
limpiarla.
3. Retire elporta-filtros metálicogirándoloen sentidohorario, elimine los residuos decafédelinterior y,a
continuación, límpielocon aguajabonosayenjuague con aguaclara.
4. Limpietodos los accesorios en el aguayséquelos concienzudamente.

LIMPIEZADEDEPÓSITOS MINERALES
1. Paraasegurarse dequelacafeterafuncionaeficientemente, los conductos internos estánlimpios y
garantizarelcafécon elmejor sabor,habráque limpiarlos depósitosminerales que se formencada2o
3meses.
2. Llene eldepósitocon aguaydescalcificador hastaelnivelMAX.Laproporción entre laacumulación de
aguayeldescalcificador es de4:1;podráobtener los detalles en lasinstrucciones deldescalcificador.
Utiliceun "descalcificador doméstico".
3. Realiceelproceso dehacer cafésinincluircaféyexpulsarvapor hastaque se agotetodaelaguadel
depósito.
4. Repitael paso anterior, rellenandoestavezel depósitocon aguasindescalcificador.

BEFORETHEFIRSTUSE
Toensure the first cup ofcoffee tastes excellent,you should rinse the coffeemaker withwarm wateras
follows:
1. Pour water intowatertank,the waterlevelshouldnotexceedthe “MAX”markinthetank.Then replace
the water tankcover.
Note: The applianceissupplied withadetachabletankfor easycleaning,you canfill the tankwithwater
firstly,and then put the tankintothe appliance.
2. Set steel mesh intometal funnel (no coffee powderinsteel mesh).

3. Placeajug on removableshelf.Makesure the steam control knob ison the“OFF”position.
Note: The applianceisnot equipped withjug,please use yourselfjug or coffee cup.
4. Connecttopower source; press the “Warmingupfor Coffee”button, theindication lampflashing.Then
wait until the indicator light keeps on.
5. Pressing ON/OFF Coffee button and water will flowout.
6. After water notdroppingoutanymore, you canpour the water ineachcontainer outthen cleanthem
thoroughly,nowyoucanstart brewing.
BASICUSEOFTHECOFFEE MAKER
1. Preheatthe coffee maker: Press button “Warmingup for Coffee”.Whilethe pilotflashes, the coffee
maker ispreheating.Oncethe lightkeeps on, the deviceisreadytomakecoffee. Inorder tostop
preheating,press again“Warming up forCoffee”.
2. Makecoffee: Oncethe pilotlighton “Warmingup for Coffee”keeps on,press “ON/OFF Coffee”andthe
coffee will start falling tothe cup. Press again“ON/OFF Coffee”inordertostop coffee from falling.
3. Preheatsteam:Press “Warmingupforsteam”inorder topreheatsteam.Whilepilotlightflashes,the
coffee maker ispreheating.Oncethe lightisfixed,the deviceisreadytoejectsteam.Ifyou wish to
cancel the preheating,press again“Warming up for steam”.
4. Steamcontrolknob: Oncethe lightofthe “Warmingup for steam”isfixed,the unit canejectsteam.In
order todoso,turnthe steamknob anti-clockwise. Ifyou wantnotstop ejectingsteam,turn theknob
clockwise.
MAKEAN ESPRESSOCOFFEE
1. Remove the detachabletankandopen the tankcover tofill it withdesiredwater, the water levelshould
not exceed the “MAX”markinthe tank.Then, placethe tankinthe applianceproperly.
2. Selectthe one-cup or two–cup mesh, setstainless steelmesh intometalfunnelandfill it withcoffee,
withthe helpofthe measuringspoonandtamper. Pull thepressbarbackward,makesurethe tubeon
the funnelaligns withgroove inthe appliance, then insertthe funnelintothe appliancefromthe
“Insert”position and release the press bar, and youcanfix them intocoffee maker firmlythroughturn it
anticlockwise until it isatthe “lock”position. (Seefig.1).
3. Placeanespressocup (not provided)on removableshelf.
4. Then connectingthe appliancetopower supplysource. Makesure thesteamcontrolknob isonthe
“OFF”or“0”position.
5. Press the“Warmingup for Coffee”switch, the “WarmingupforCoffee”indication lampflashing.Then
wait until the indicator lightkeeps on. Thenpressthe “ON/OFF Coffee”,andthe coffee will startflowing
outthroughthe funnel.Onceyou have the desiredamountofcoffee, press “ON/OFFCoffee”andthe
coffee will stop flowing.
6. Press “Warming up for Coffee”and the coffee maker will turn off.
7. After finishingmakingthecoffee,you cantakethemetalfunneloutthroughturn clockwise,andthen
pour the coffee residue out withthe steel mesh pressed bymesh support bar.

WARNING: Donotleavethe coffee maker unattendedduringmakingthe coffee, asyou needoperate
manuallysometimes!
FROTHING MILK/MAKECAPPUCCINO
You get acup ofcappuccino when you top up acup ofespressowithfrothing milk.
Method:
1. Prepare espresso first withcontainer big enoughaccording tothe part “MAKEESPRESSO COFFEE”,make
sure that the steam control knob isat the “OFF”or“0” position.
2. Press Warmingup for steambutton, wait for amoment,until the warmingup for steamindication light
changefrom flashing from tokeeps on.
3. Fill ajugwithabout100 gramsofmilkfor eachcappuccino tobe prepared,you are recommendedto
use wholemilkat refrigerator temperature (not hot!).
4. Turn the steam control knob slowlyinanti-clockwise, steam will comeout from the frothing device.
5. Insertthe frothingdeviceintothe milkabouttwocentimetres, frothmilkinthe waymovingvessel
round from up todown.
6. When the required purpose isreached,youcanturn the steam control knob to“OFF”or “0” position.
Note:Cleansteam outlet withwet spongeimmediatelyafter steam stops generating,but care nottohurt!
7. Pour the frothedmilkintothe espresso prepared;nowthe cappuccino isready.Sweeten totasteandif
desired,sprinklethe frothwithalittlecocoapowder.
8. Press the Warming up forsteam againtocut the power sourceoff.
Note: werecommendyou allowthe maker tocool downat least for 5minbefore making coffee again.
Otherwise burnt odour mayoccur inyour Espresso coffee.
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Cut off power sourceand let the coffee maker cool downcompletelybefore cleaning.
