PREPARACIÓNDELCENTRODEPLANCHADO PARA SUUTILIZACIÓN
Se recomiendallenareldepósitodeaguaconunamezclade50%deaguadelgrifoy50%deagua
destilada.Estoserecomiendaespecialmenteenzonasdondeelaguaesdura,yaquees unabuenamanera
deevitarunaacumulaciónexcesivadecal.
ANTESDEL PRIMER USO
1. Retire cualquier pegatinaoplásticoprotector delasuela.
2. Seleccione máximapotenciayplanche untrapodurantevarios minutos siguiendolasinstrucciones
delasección “Planchadocon vapor”con el propósitoderetirarcualquier residuo en lasuela.
NOTA:Esnormal que surjaun olor extraño delaunidad en su primer uso. Cesaráal cabodepocotiempo.
Algunaspartículaspueden salirdelasuelacuandouse laplanchaporprimeravez.Esalgonormal;son
partículasinofensivasydejandeaparecer al pocotiempo.
Duranteelproceso decalentamientodelasuela,saldráun pocodevapor delasuelaautomáticamente
duranteunos tres segundos. Esalgonormal.
UTILIZACIÓN
Esteproductotiene dos opciones: Puedeplancharen secoocon vapor:
Planchadoen seco
1. Coloque laplanchaen labase amortiguadoradecalor.
2. Conecteel cableyel indicador detemperaturacomenzaráailuminarse.
3. Gire elselector detemperaturaasu posición deseada,loque dependerádeltipo detela.Más
adelanteencontrarálasección “Consejos deplanchado”que leayudaráalrespecto. Latemperatura
delasuelacomienzaasubiryel indicador detemperaturapermaneceráencendido.
4. Cuandoelindicador detemperaturase apague,significaráqueyahallegadoalatemperatura
seleccionadaypuedecomenzaraplanchar.
ATENCIÓN:¡Nuncatoque lasuelahastaque sehayaenfriado!
Planchadoconvapor
1. Agarre elasadeltanquedeaguaconunamanoypresione elbotón deaperturaconun dedopara
sacareltanque. Abralatapadellenadoyviertaaguadentro deltanque. Recomendamos eluso de
aguademineralización débil con pocaspartículasdecalcio. Unavezllenadoeltanque, cierre la
tapa.Lacapacidad máximadel tanque es 1.8L.Elaguanuncadebe excederlamarcaMAX.

NOTA:Sielaguadelgrifoen su localidades muydura,recomendamosmezclarcon unacantidadigual
deaguadestilada.
2. Vuelvaacolocareltanque con cuidadodehacerlocorrectamente. Sieltanque deaguano se coloca
correctamente, laplanchano emitiráningún vapor.
3. Coloque laplanchaen labase amortiguadoradecalor.
4. Conecteel cableyel indicador detemperaturacomenzaráailuminarse.

NOTA:Duranteelplanchado, elindicador detemperaturase encenderávariasveces. Estosignificaque
laplanchaestávolviendoacalentarse parallegaralatemperaturadeseada.
7. Presione el pulverizador devapor paraliberarel vapor.
7.1 ¡Nuncatoque lasuelahastaque se hayaenfriado!
7.2 Nuncadirijael vapor hacialagente.
7.3 El cablepodríacalentarseduranteunasesiónlargadeplanchado.
7.4 Esposibleque laplanchano libere vapor silasuelano haalcanzadolatemperatura
seleccionada(no salevapor alguno en laprimeraysegundapotencia).
7.5 Esposibleque necesiterellenarel tanque deaguasi labombaproduceun ruidofuerte.
8. Trasplanchar, dejelaplanchareposarenlabaseamortiguadoradecalor.Desconecteelaparatode
lafuenteeléctrica.Sinembargo, recuerdeque lasuelacontinuaráestandocaliente, nuncalatoque
con lasmanos. Espere unos minutos hastaquese hayaenfriadocompletamente.
9. Puedeplancharen verticalsisujetalaplanchaen dichaposición ypresionaelpulsador devapor. De
estemodopuedeplancharcortinasyropascolgadas(chaquetas,trajes, abrigos…)
10. Laplanchatiene unafunción anti goteo.Cuandolatemperaturaesmásbajaquelaseleccionada,no
importasipresionaelpulverizadordevapor,laplanchadejarádeemitirvaporautomáticamente
paraevitarque lasuelagotee.
LIMPIEZA
1. Desenchufeelaparatodelatomaeléctricaypermitaque se enfríecompletamenteantes de
limpiarlo.
2. Vacíecompletamenteel depósitodespués deutilizarel centro deplanchado.
3. Limpielacarcasadelaplanchacon unpaño suave humedecido.Nouse productosquímicos ni
abrasivos en lasuela.
4. Recojael cableen el enrollador paradicho finyasegúrelocon el sujetacables.

Eliminacióndelelectrodomésticoviejo.
Enbase alaNormaeuropea2002/96/CEdeResiduos deaparatos Eléctricos yElectrónicos
(RAEE),los electrodomésticos viejos no pueden serarrojados enlos contenedores municipales

BEFOREFIRSTUSE
1.Remove anysticker, protective foil or storagecover from the soleplate.
2.Heatup theiron tomaximumtemperatureandiron overapieceofdampclothfor severalminutes for
the purpose ofremovinganyresidue on the soleplateaccording tothe section of “Steam ironing”.
NOTE: Itisnormalthatstrangeodor comes outfromthe unit for the firstuse. Thiswillcease after a
short while.
Someparticles maycomeoutofthe soleplatewhen you usethe ironforthe firsttime.Thisisnormal;the
particles are harmless andstop comingoutofthe iron after ashortwhile. When you switchon the
appliance, the steamstation iron mayproduceapumpingsound.Thisisnormal;thesoundtellsyou that
water ispumpedintothesoleplate. Duringthe heatingprocess ofthesoleplate, there will be littlesteam
comingoutfromthe soleplateautomaticallyand thisphenomenonwill continue for about 3seconds, thisis
normal.
USING YOURSTEAMSTATIONIRON
Theappliancehastwo ironportions.Youcanusedryironingorsteamironing.Thedetailsreferto
thefollowing:
Dryironing
1.Put the ironon the steam station iron’s thermal insulating cushion.
2.Connecttheplugtowall outlet,one“D”soundofbuzzercanbeheardandthe temperatureindicator
startstoilluminate.
3.Turn temperature dialtoyour desiredsetting,whichisdependedon the fabricofgarment,refer to
IRONINGTIPSlatter. Thesoleplatestartstobe heated up and the temperature indicator begins toflash.
4.When the temperatureindicator changes fromflashingtoilluminating,itmeans theselectedtemperature
isreached and you nowcanstart ironing.
WARNING:Nevertouch hotsoleplate atanytimebefore coolingdown!
Steam ironing
1. Grasp the water tankhandlewiththe handandpress the tankrelease button withone finger to
move outthe water tank.Open the fillingcapandfill water intothe watertank.You hadbetter use

purifiedwater withless calciumparticles. After it,close the fillingcap. The maxcapacityofwater
tankis1.8L,the water level shall not be exceeded the MAX mark.
Note: Ifthe tapwater inyour areaisveryhard,weadvise you tomix it withanequalamountofdistilled
water.
2. Replacethe detachablewater tankproperly.
Note: Ifthe water tankisnot properlyplaced,the iron does not produceanysteam.
3. Put the iron on the steam station iron’s thermal insulating cushion.
4. Connectthe plugtowall outlet,one “D”soundofbuzzer canbe heardandthe temperature
indicator startstoilluminate.
5. Turn temperature dialtoyour desiredsetting,whichisdependedon thefabricofgarment,referto
IRONINGTIPSlatter. The soleplatestartstobeheatedup andthetemperature indicatorbegins to
flash.
6. When the temperatureindicator changes fromflashingtoilluminating,it means the selected
temperature isreached and the steam isreadyforironing.
Note: Duringironing,thetemperature indicator goes on fromtimetotime. Thisindicates thatthe iron is
heating up tothe set temperature.
Note: The systemmayoccasionallyproduceapumpingsoundduringsteamironing.Thisisnormaland
tellsyou that water ispumped intothe soleplate.
7. Press the steam trigger torelease steam for ironing.
Caution:
7.1Donot touchhot soleplateat anytimebeforecooling down!
7.2Never direct the steam at people!
7.3The supplycord maybecomehot during along ironing session.
7.4The appliancemaynotrelease steamifappropriatesoleplatetemperature hasnotachievedor
correcttemperature settinghasnotbeen selected.(There isno steamreleasedunder temperature
setting 1and 2.)
7.5The water tankmayneed tobe refilled ifthe pumpproduces larger noise.
8. After ironing,you canputthe ironthe thermalinsulatingcushion.Remove the plugfromthe wall
socket.Butthe soleplateisstillhot,never touchit withhand,placeiton the thermalinsulating
cushion until it coolsdowncompletely.

9. Andyou canhold the iron inverticalposition andpress the steamtriggertoiron hangingcurtains
and clothes (jackets, suits,coats).
10. The iron hasananti-dripfunction. When the temperature islower thanthe selectedtemperature,
no matter ifpress downthe steamtrigger or not,the iron will stop sprayingsteamautomaticallyto
avoid water dropletscoming out from the soleplate.
CLEANING ANDMAINTENANCE
Before cleaning,firstlydisconnect the power outlet and let the appliancecoolsdown.
1.Wipe flakes and anyother depositson the soleplatewithadampclothor anon-abrasive (liquid)cleaner.
NOTE:Donot use chemical,steel,wooden or abrasive cleaners toscrape the soleplate.
2.Cleanthe upper partofiron withasoftdampcloth. Wipe thewater drop on the steamstation iron and
the thermal insulating cushion withdrycloth.
3.When donotuse the appliancefor alongtime, pour outthe water inthe tank,andstore the iron on the
thermal insulating cushion.
4.Wind the iron cord and power cord around thecord winding groove and secure it bythe cord clamps.
IRONING TIPS
-Alwayscheckfirstwhether alabelwithironinginstructions isattachedtothe article. Followtheseironing
instructions inanycase.
-The ironheatsup quicker thancoolingit down,therefore,you should startironingthearticles requiring
the lowest temperature suchasthose madeofsyntheticfiber.
-Ifthe fabricconsistsofvarious kindsoffibers, you mustalwaysselectthelowestironingtemperature to
iron the composition ofthose fibers.
-Silkandotherfabricsthatarelikelytobecomeshinyshould be ironedon the inner side. -Velvetandother
textures thatrapidlybecomeshinyshould be ironedinone direction withlightpressure applied.Always
keeps the iron moving atanymoment.
-Pure woolfabrics(100%wool)maybe ironedwiththe steamiron. Preferablysettemperature dialtothe
maximum position and use adryclothasamat.
-Never iron over zip, rivet inthe cloth. Thiswill damagethe soleplate. Iron around anysuchobject.
NOTE:When ironingwoolen fabrics, shiningofthe fabricmayoccur. So it issuggestedthatyou should turn
the articleinsideout and iron the reverse side.
